Der er en excellent service fra start til slut. Dog kunne der godt være et større udvalg til morgenmaden, eller mere varieret. Som nævnt ovenfor kan morgenmaden godt varieres, så det ikke er det samme hver morgen |

Udemærket hotel, pænt og i orden og ikke mindst ligger det godt! Morgenmaden var ekstrem ringe og med et meget lille udvalg. Af de luksushoteller vi har besøgt igennem tiden var dette absolut bunden. |

Al service og faciliteter var udmærket, beliggenheden fin, - altså til det vi skulle bruge den til. At man ikke reklamerer en køkkenchef op med annoncer og plakater på hotellet. Det gav mig og min kone store forventninger i forbindelse med den middag vi "spiste" på hotellet. Her blev vi begge to dybt skuffede, vi valgte to forskellige forretter- 2 forskellige hovedretter og 2 forskellige desserter. Det var faktisk kun min forret der smagte af noget. Resten smagte enten ikke af noget eller direkte dårligt. Jeg vil sikkert anbefale hotellet, med undtagelse af middagsmaden. |

Hotel staff not friendly, felf no one helped me when I asked and that it was made clear to me I was putting them out, at breakfast I seemed to be the last to be seated etc as I was on my own other couples were looked after so much better than I was. First night I stayed as called at 11pm at night to ask how was I going to pay my hotel bill, other than that the hotel was amazing, beautifully decorated and spotless clean. Location was fantastic also. |

House keeping seems to very good! The design is quite interesting. Bathrooms are very good The doors are heavy and when closed you can hear them bang, it needs to be softened. At some point at night the AC did not work and it got ver hot, though it. Was ok afterwards. |

Excellent location.Very disappointed that the Hotel restaurant was closed due to holidays and we were not told in advance. In fact one of the key reasons for booking was the restaurant! Very "old school" establishment, pricey with some staff having a touch of snobbery about them. |

Great! It's a wonderful hotel! I recommend it to everybody! Great room, great staff, great service, great breakfast, great location, on Via Veneto! I will definetely come back to the same hotel! |

cosidering the poor quality of the room and bathroom, I have found the Gym good and modern. The location was good. The room decoration and furniture were old. The breakfast was not up to 5 stars standard. |

We enjoyed our ten day stay at the hotel very much. Compfort,location, staff, were all great. The only criticism would be the air conditioning, particularly in our bedroom of the mini suite which did not work well. |

Wonderfully clean bright well presented hotel full of character, design very accomplished staff, quiet and comfortable. The Ninfa bar and ist floor restaurant where places to enjoy not just eat and drink. It was unfortunate that the charminng Ist floor restaurant and bar were closed for saturday and sunday for weddings, maybe the time of year when the hotel is not so busy and weddings are numerous, however residents I believe should not be so disadvantaged in this way. |

We reserved three rooms for our 4 night stay for me, my wife and our four adult children. Everyone agreed that our stay at this hotel was perfect. All of the staff from the desk clerks to the wait staff and the cleaning people were all very pleasant and extremely helpful. A special thank you to Lon Franco for his enthusiasm in sharing his knowledge of Roman history wih me and my family. He went out of his way in pointing out several must see sites in Rome. The rooms were exactly as advertised. The daily breakfasts were excellent with a good variety of pastries, cereals, and assorted hot items. The marble bathrooms were very large by Rome standards. This four star hotel gets a Five Star ratingn from me and my family. |

Excellent front desk service. I had to make changes to my flight plans,cancel hotel reservations in other parts of Italy. The staff helped me with all these phone calls as I had forgotten my new password and could not access my email.Concierge made excellent recommendations for dinner too. The location of the hotel is also very convenient being a 10 minute walk to the Spanish steps and many other attractions. The room was small but adequate for my needs. |
