Staff were very helpful, room was beautiful and well serviced, Buffet breakfast although good quality food was a bit disappointing in that we had to wait for food to be re-stocked on both days we stayed. |

The location of the hotel is fabulous! I could walk to the Borgese Gardens, the Trevi Fountain, The Spanish Steps and the Colloseum! The shopping in the area was fantastic! I only eat fruit in the morning and I found the fruit salad skimpy, composed mainly of apples and swimming in a sea of orange juice from concentrate. Surely a 5 star hotel should have a wonderful fresh fruit salad, with melon, kiwi, pineapple and berries. |

The Location was fantastic and it was very easy to get around the city even with the public transit system. The rooms were comfortable. The front office staff helpful. Breakfast could have had more variety from one day to the next. Too bad the main elevator was broken for the first 3 days and the service elevator was slow. |

The location of the Majestic was ideal for sightseeing in Rome, the staff were extremely helpful and all had time to talk to us and offer helpful advice. The room was serviced twice a day, and always to a very high standard. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing which we didn't like about the Majestic were the pigeons at breakfast, the staff were very good and shooed them away, but they kept returning. |

It is located on one of the main city streets (Via Venetto) which has good infrastructure, many places to eat, walking distance from Piazza Spagna (main shopping area), and trully picturesque alley of pines and plane-trees. Villa Borgese (main city park) is in 5 minutes walk, church of Cappucines is on the opposite side of the street. Hospitable staff. Too high prices for minibar - 6 euro per 0,5l bottle of water. Bad internet connection - too many points of wi-fi access which are not connected with each other (no roaming), so you have to try to connect using login and password to everyone, connection is unstable and disconnects periodically, some points do not accept your password, non professional approach to internet in the hotel (it is free of charge but in few minutes you will search for some stable connection for money). In 7:30 everyday can be heared how garbage is collected from the surrounding area (sound of bottles, truck etc.). Two times about 8:00 we also heard how the grass was cut with electric grass trimmer - so do not be affraid to sleep away - it is impossible. |

the hotel location is convienient the hotel is over priced and service at reception is extremely bad.....they had me pay again my hotel stay before departure cliaming that booking.com only reserve and they do not pay them the money.....now i have to go through the saga of making sure that i do not get charged twice for my stay....room was extremely small, no proper amenities and no desk to work or put your computer.....the service, amenities and room barely match 3 star hotel and does not constitute the title category of a leading hotel of the world |

Perfect for our anniversary. It was a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, and very close to the Hard Rock cafe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was small and bathroom was huge, but it was still a very beautiful place to stay. |

Beautiful hotel. The room was kind of small but very comfortable and the marble wc was lovely, spacious and the amenities were great. Excellent service and location. If you don't mind walking you can reach most of the city's landmarks in 10 minutes. Breakfast should be better. We thought it was only OK. |

The excllent staff and the beautiful room. The hotel was in a perfct location for touring the city and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The lovely breakfast was enjoyed on the terrace and the concierge made very helpful suggestions to first time visitors to Rome with only one short weekend to take so much in. There was nothing to dislike about this lovely hotel but a better room service menu would be a good idea. |
