Reception and concierge staff give the impression to pocket a considerable amount of money from restaurant reservations, guided tours, etc. |

The excllent staff and the beautiful room. The hotel was in a perfct location for touring the city and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The lovely breakfast was enjoyed on the terrace and the concierge made very helpful suggestions to first time visitors to Rome with only one short weekend to take so much in. There was nothing to dislike about this lovely hotel but a better room service menu would be a good idea. |

Our room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, great breakfast (our rate included it), great location. Unfortunately our rooms were right next to an opening night party for the new restaurant, and the noise level was unbelievably loud until the morning hours. |

Loved the central location, sedate, classy deco, the very personal attention of the staff. The food was very good, although a little too salty for our palate. It was the perfect location to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary! |

The location is excellant--we either walked or rode the nearby metro to all the important sights. Very comfortable rooms. The morning breakfast was just average. |

Practically everything - the Hotel was superb and the staff were as helpful as any hotel that we have stayed in. Junior Suite was perfect, clean, large/airy and most certainly value for money. The constant free Internet access in the room is also a major plus for the hotel. The Gym could do with a few more free weights but other than that, nothing bad about the whole experience |

Location of the hotel is ideal for tourist in a relatively quiet area. Room is very comfortable and quiet. Restaurant service staff were great. Shower drainage was unusually not good for a luxury hotel. |

Free internet. Nice location. Hotel facilities are old. And there are too few of them. Breakfast (though usually included in the cost of the room) is not good and the choice is poor. Some furniture needs to be replaced due to its age and look. Really - strong 4 stars but for sure not even close to 5. |

The staff was very accommodating and before we left home I had to get in touch with the conceirge to help me get tickets for an event. He was extremely helpful and patient. Only that I did not stay there longer. |

The service was very good, nice staff in the bar and the piccolos were very friendly and serviceminded. The hotel is so beautiful, it doesen`t matter that it`s old, it`s a charmful hotel. It`s a pitty that the terrace was closed. |

I loved the convenient location - central to the major sights one expects to see in Rome. It was a small hotel but with a feeling of having everything one needs for a few days in the heart of the city. The free access to the internet was great too and the morning buffet was excellent. I would have preferred to be on the garden side of the hotel as the outside noise penetrated the hotel walls late into the night. This was not a major distraction as some street noise is acceptable in a major city setting - even expected. |

An excellent 5 star hotel in a wonderful location. Easy access to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. Also close to metro. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were not informed of any building work in the hotel and unfortunately this was one floor directly beneath us with hammering, drilling etc starting at 7.30 am. Also buffet breakfast was not of 5 star hotel standard. At 9am I was told there was no bread left - breakfast didnt stop until 10.30am. |

A lovely, elegant hotel located in a prime location! Excellent and very attentive service. Hotel staff made me feel very welcome and was extremely helpful in providing information about restaurants and things to see. I requested an early check-in and the hotel was able to acccomodate me. I would definitely stay there again. It was a little tricky trying to adjust the water temperature in the shower. |

From the moment we arrived we met smiling, friendly, helpful staff everywhere. A beautiful hotel which we wish well for many years into the future. Congratulations Signor Michele Pati and all the staff at Hotel Majestic Roma! We would recommend this hotel as the place to stay. In Rome. |

Room was bright, clean, comfortable; reception staff were helpful. Before arriving we questioned the daily internet charge politely and the manager was kind enough to waive it for the duration of our stay. Breakfast buffet was less than impressive for a 5-star hotel. So if you stay ask the waiter for an omelette or another style of eggs. Also, just because there is no mini-bar pricelist in your room, do not assume any of the goodies are free. |
