The historic Grand Hotel Plaza has been featured in many movies. Set on Rome’s popular shopping street, Via del Corso, it has large elegant rooms with high ceilings and marble bathrooms.

4 star hotel at best Horrible value for money Outdated, in need of renovation or at least some love
The best of our stay in hotel is actually a hotel's location and very friendly and helpful hotel's stuff.
Breakfast is average, really poor selection of food was served,no room facilities like coffee/tea maker, no iron and iron board ( due to fire prevention policy???? ).Wi-Fi internet was limited to 3 days only. The hotel is average and far from being ideal.
It was my Birthday and they upgrade our room and sent us a bottle of prosecco for free Thanks alot
It was my Birthday so we asker for a nice fish restaurant and we wete advised to go one which was supposed to be local but there where No italians it was just tourists. And the food was poor. On the way to the airport they called us a taxi . Normal price is 46 Euro but the taxi driver charged us 60 Euro because it was called by the hotel
Room view (garden side) Porter Location is realy good!
The bed,the pillows, blanket Scary doorbell sound!!!! Realy!!! 4 stars- no more. Breakfast not incl. No coffe/tea in rooms
Room was excellent, bar and restaurant really good. Convenient location in great part of city. Would return without doubt
City tax introduced recently which is a bit steep.
Great staff very friendly and a very comfortable room in a good location
Price of a cup of tea!
Rooms are not too spacious
Gorgeous luxurious property, great location, super clean and traditionally elegant. Very special.
Wifi was spotty and you had to log in a lot. Front desk Staff professional and somewhat helpful but inconsistent. One or two were extremely helpful - Debora and the lovely Russian woman. I had to call American Express for a reservation at Colline Emiliane. Concierge couldn't get it and just left a note but didn't suggest alternatives. Others were very helpful.
Excellent helpful staff and good location and good sized rooms
Decor not 5 star especially on the upper foyer levels - quite depressing. Rooms were a good size but very cheap looking furniture and hotel was expensive to stay in.
nice location for the hotel, and amazing concierge thank you (Faisal) he was amazing, he upgraded us to an amazing room since he knows we are on our honeymoon.
little bit old hotel
Rooftop dining, fantastic bartenders, helpful, friendly bellboys
Buffet breakfast disappointing
Breakfast not included.
Very attentive professional staff. Accommodations were superior,
VERY ATTENETIVE....FAIR AND HONEST......
BIG ATTITUDES BEHIND THE FRONT DESK
Location, building, rooms, staff.
The entrance door needs to be replaced. It spoils the 5 star look of the hotel.
This 5 star hotel is situated on via Veneto, just a short walk from all of the attractions of old Rome. It is accessible by car which a lot of old Rome is not. We had a generous sized junior suite on the 5th floor which had a balcony with views over Rome. The bed was gorgeously comfortable as was the sitting suite. Staff terrifically helpful particularly with directions which made the stay so much more enjoyable. The bar on the first floor in the evening is just terrific. Would definitely stay there again.
Everything. Great place to stay while in Rome.
Very friendly staff, and loved the outside bar and restaurant area
Massimo's Bistro was amazing!! Having dinner there was the highlight of our stay at the hotel.
Night time noise on the via veneto I would choose a quiet room overlooking the garden next time.
the location is excellent, the staff is very friendly, kind and helpfull, the room was clean and comfortable. we very much enjoyed our atay there/
across the street to the hotel there was a restaurant and the music was a little bit loud
Location and terrace
The hotel is really very old and outdated, room is very small , no standard for 5 star facilities, only restoran
The location, the view of our room (top floor). Nice atmosphere and very good sound proof rooms.
Towels and robes had some hairs on them (housekeeping?). Despite good soundproofing we could hear some elevator sound late in the evening, since it was right next to our room.
The Service The room The location The breakfast
Having only one night there
Decor, rooms were big, location was great, friendly staff
