Hotel Majestic Roma

トレヴィの泉、スペイン広場まで徒歩１０分圏内と、観光には絶好の立地。近隣にはモダンなBARも多く、周- 囲の雰囲気もたいへんよい。館内のエレベーターや装飾・調度はさすが５つ星か。部屋はデラックスツインだっ- たが必要最低限の広さ。由緒あるローマのホテルに泊まってみたい方にはお勧めかも。・・・朝食はバリエーシ- ョン豊富。

インターネットは館内WiFi（無料）だが、室内ではシグナルが弱くつながりにくい。部屋がレストランのあ- る１Fであったこと、リネン室の前だったことで遅くまで騒がしかった。チェックアウトの際、ポーターの荷物- の取り扱いがぞんざいであった。

地下鉄の駅やツアーバスのバス停もにも近く、観光にも大変便利。朝食の種類も豊富で良かった。

ダブルルームタイプを予約していたが、案内された部屋はツインタイプ。フロントに電話すると、ダブルタイプ- に変更してもらえるとのことだったので部屋を変えてもらえるものと思い、しばらく待っていたが１０分たって- も音沙汰なし。再度電話すると部屋を変えるのではなくベッドをくっつけてダブルタイプにするのだと言われ（- 先ほども説明したはずだと）、スタッフをよこすのでもう少し待てと説明されました。この時点で口調がかなり- 高圧的でこちらが何か言おうとしてもそれをさえぎるような話し方でした。やがて来たスタッフはてきぱきとベ- ッドを替えてくれたので良かったのですが、今度はセキュリティボックスが壊れていたため再度フロントに電話- 。出たのは先ほどと同じ人で、どのような状況かを説明しようとすると、直すのは自分ではないので、派遣した- スタッフに説明しろと電話をガチャ切り（耳が痛くなるほど激しく！）。他が概ね良かっただけに、たった一人- のReceptioスタッフの対応の為に大変不愉快な気分にさせられ、せっかくのローマ滞在が台無しにされ- たような気がしました。

Location, Close to downtown & hotel staff approach.

Food. Very limited selection.

Staff very helpful and attentive. The whole atmosphere was elegant. Certainly lives up to its name.

Very clean and lot of details. Excellent hotel.

Excellent front desk service. I had to make changes to my flight plans,cancel hotel reservations in other parts of Italy. The staff helped me with all these phone calls as I had forgotten my new password and could not access my email.Concierge made excellent recommendations for dinner too. The location of the hotel is also very convenient being a 10 minute walk to the Spanish steps and many other attractions.

The room was small but adequate for my needs.

Staff were excellent. Location fantastic. A wonderful stay and definately the hotel we will choose on our next stay.

The staff were friendly and gave good recommendations on dining and sightseeing venues. The lobby and rooms were spacious and furnished very "roman". The dining area was super nice and the waiters were attentive

This was very nice hotel. Room was white, lot's of light, beautiful garden view. Service was very friendly.

Room was really beautiful. We were upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise.

The bar was like a ghost town. Although nice in decor on the 2 occasions that we visited it was empty of customers but full of staff.. would have been nicer if there was a more happening atmosphere.

Hotel was well located. Had 2 choices of rooms. However, we would have had to wait several hours in early AM to wait for second to be available for viewing, so we chose the first. Room overlooked Via Veneto. bright and not noisy, although on 1st floor. Clean and well maintained. Hotel small and breakfast included in price

Service was spotty, and at times unpleasant. Just learned on returning that I did not receive a message that was sent to me.

The hotel was very nice, very clean and comfortable. It was a great location and within walking distance to all the tourist attractions in Rome. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. I would stay there again if I was visiting Rome.

The lobby area may need a bit of an uplift and need to be re-decorated.
