Goede ligging, prestigieus hotel

Kamer viel serieus tegen, klein, niets speciaals, badkamer té eenvoudig voor 5 sterren, naast werkkamer personeel gelegen dus veel last van lawaai.

klasse hotel met geschiedenis. Erg comfortabel, pikfijn in orde, alle moderne faciliteiten, vriendelijk personeel. UItstekende ligging.

the location was excellent and the staff wereboth friendly and proffesional

i appreciate you can't control when others check out, but were able to check in until late in the afternoon, not impressive. The staff were good and accommadated us as much as possible though. The water for the shower and bath wasn't hot, it was merely tepid, I don't expect to have to complain about such things. Considering the price of the room, i expect to walk in there and everything should work. ie pay for quality, receive quality

The Hotel was very nice, old feel but clean and updated. The location to most things was very good and certainly close the subway systems. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location to restaurants and many things was very good.

I really can't say there was anything I could point to that I didn't like.

The restaurant recommendations of the concierge Faisal were fantastic. He is a real asset to the Hotel. In fact all of the front of house staff were perfect and should be used as an example to all other hotels.

Classic hotel with large room,clean and comfort,easy to metro just 75 m ,full bar around it,nice neighborhood,and nice staf

The price 30 euro for breakfast is too expensive, menu not so vary especially asian food

The staff were really exxcellent and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located. The food in the hotel was very good.

The room was too hot and the air conditioning did not work so we had to open the window, which made the room noisey. Not a pleasnt sleeping experience at all. Some of the light bulbs in the room did not work. For a deluxe room and considerring the price paid, we were very disappointed.

We especially enjoyed the wine at the bar after a very busy day of sight seeing. The room was beautifully designed and the staff solicitous. The concierge was extremely helpful and made our stay exceptional.

Location. You go out and it 2 minutes you are in the crowd of tourists. 5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain, 5 minutes to the Spanish Steps, 15 minutes to the Pantneon, 30 minutes to the Colosseum. For the Vatican you'd need a taxi or bus, or walk 45 minutes. Lots of restaurants around but go to the ones next to the Pantheon.

The price and no swimming pool.

The staff worked hard and was very helpful and accommodating. The room was excellent and well cared for. The dinning food was excellent and well presented. We may very well return to this hotel.

The reception staff were very busy and at times appeared to be stressed. Food , while not at good, was found at almost half the price a two or three blocks away.

Great historic building and very clean everywhere inside the hotel. Comfortable room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the city center and convenient to walk around.

I rarely complain breakfast at hotels but this hotel has really poor breakfast. Even though setting of the restaurant is luxury, choice of food you have is very minimal without any warm food and terrible taste of coffee, but you need to pay 30 EUR per person!

The size of the room

They advertised the room as having a king size bed but was just two king singles just shoved together- for a five star, I expected A LOT more than that. The fact that it said there was a bath but in fact, it was just a shower head that went in to a bathtub, so to fill it, you had to run the water from the shower head. Also, the whole bathroom was damaged...holes in the wall above the bathtub..the curtain rod broke..the door handle came loose every time you opened the bathroom door. The room service people also just came straight in to the room without knocking, which I thought was really strange. Lastly, the price for room service was unnecessarily extortionate and not worth the money..8 euro for a can of soft drink-ridiculous!
