The hotel was more of a 1 star. The showers were so small that we were unable to shower. Poor lighting in the rooms and the bedding was full of insect which resulted in us being bitten. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Terrible experience would not recommend it! |

This is a 4 star hotel, but the shower in the room barely rated 2 stars. When booking, I advise asking for a room with a 4 star shower cubicle. |

This is a very nice romantic hotel, idecally situated in the heart of the old city of Padova. The personel is very friendly and the capucino offered during breakfast magnificent!! Certainly one of the best hotels to use as basis for exploring Padova and the surroundings. |

breakfast was very good and various The light and the ventilation in the bathroom couldn't be switched off, I had to wait for the timer (10 min) to have silence in the room and sleep. |

Gratis upgrade naar mooie suite, goed ontbijt in bijzonder gezellige ontbijtruimte en gewelgig advies om te gaan eten bij Al Falcaniere aan de via Umberto I. Heerlijke verse truffels 's nachts tot diep in de nacht een hels kabaal van de omliggende cafees. Een rede om er niet weer te logeren. |

Hotellet lå centralt pladseret i en lille gade tæt på Duomoen. Der var desværre temlig meget støj sent om aftenen ud mod den lilleplads, hvor hotellet lå p.gr. et par barer, hvor de unge talte mere end højrøstet til ud på natten. Vælg værelse væk fra den lille plads. |

Centrale ligging middenin historische binnenstad van Padua. Dichtbij bezienswaardigheden en winkels. Rustige setting. Goede parkeerservice. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was niet optimaal. Kwaliteit en afmeting van kamer lieten te wensen over. |

Trotz schwieriger Anfahrt in der Stadt liegt es sehr zentral. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr zufriedenstellend. Zimmer und Räume sehr sauber. Wir würden wieder dort hingehen. Von den vielen Fahnen am Hotel, keine deutsche. Deutschsprachigkeit an der Rezeption fehlt |

vor allem die Lage im Zentrum, das Obstangebot zum Frühstück, die Einrichtung beleidigt auch das ästhetisch geschulte Auge nicht Die originellen Serviceleistungen von früher sind leider aufgegeben worden, die Dusche ist etwas sehr eng, kann man aber als Mensch mit normaler Körperausdehnung in Kauf nehmen |

La disponibilità del personale, ho preso una Junior suite, quindi spaziosa. Nella nostra stanza mancava un armadio chiuso che forse farebbe comodo per soggiorni più lunghi e una cassaforte (a meno che ci sia sfuggita oppure che eventuali oggetti di valore si possano lasciare alla reception) |
