This hotel is amazing the views, the staff,everything is perfect! We are celebrating our 10 year anniversary and they did not forget , So much love and comfort among so much luxury. So to relax and enjoy the sounds of music wafting its way to your room with the scent of lemons and flowers and fresh beach air.. Magic is the word this place is magic! We will return next again The service, room,pool lazy relaxing walks ...all of it

Nessuno parla mai dell'inquinamento acustico negli hotel, eppure anche in Hotel 4 stelle sono spesso costretta ad usare I tappi per le orecchie per non sentire il rumore/ronzio di sottofondo causato dagli impianti di riscaldamento/condizionamento, gruppi elettrogeni, etc. All'Hotel Majestic, peraltro comunque silenzioso, ho potuto dormire senza I tappi perchè non vi era inquinamento acustico: merita un voto in più per questo!

Posizione relativamente tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere a piedi alcuni punti strategici della Città. Silenzioso e molto luminoso. Arredo molto curato. Purtroppo l'aspettp negativo riguarda la cucina: il ristaorante presenta sempre lo stesso menu e la qualità è poco curata ed alcuni piatti sono irricevibili (braciola maiale cruda, involtini crudi...),; inoltre sono molto lunghi I tempi di attesa (una cena circa un'ora e mezza). Inoltre il personale non conosce bene I piatti proposti. Altro aspetto critico è la colazione (costosa, spremute da supermercato, frutta vecchia, e prodotti banali) meglio andare al bar esterno ricco di prodotti di pasticceria fresca e profumati.

La posizione è veramente buona per visitare la città e per lo shopping, nelle vicinanze ci sono bei negozi anche di grandi firme. Buona l'accoglienza da parte di tutto lo staff. Anche la colazione non è male. La camera spaziosa e pulita ma non ben insonorizzata, per questo ho dato un punto in meno al comfort.

Sicuramente l'ottima posizione. Abbiamo lasciato l'auto parcheggiata nel garage dell'hotel e,al momento di ripartire,la batteria era completamente scarica molto probabilmente il garagista aveva lasciato le chiavi inserite nel quadro. Nessuno dello staff dell'hotel si e' prodigato per darci una mano e trovarci una soluzione...solo grazie ad un gentile taxista siamo riusciti a rimettere in moto l'auto. Segnalo soprattutto la scortesia e l'arroganza del signore che si trovava a custodire le auto nel garage.

Il prezzo del garage è alto e non inizia dal momento dell'arrivo quindi se come noi arrivi alle 18,00 devi pagare di più perchè parte dalle 14,00 fino alle 14,00....

Vicinanza al centro storico e commerciale. Pur avendo prenotato una camera superior ci è stata assegnata una camera standard omettendo di informarci. Ce ne siamo accorti per caso parlando con il nostro vicino di camera al quale era stata assegnata una superior come da prenotazione. Tra le due categorie di camere esistono evidenti differenze di dimensione e accessori. Il giorno della partenza prima del saldo abbiamo fatto notare all'impiegato della reception il problema e solo allora è stata defalcata dal conto la differenza con evidente imbarazzo.
