Hotel Malibran  

It was very easy to find top location for all of Venice sights. Excellent value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean comfortable hotel.

It is in the middle of the city, close to Rialto (5 mins walk), close to St Mark (15 mins walk). Service is very nice, breakfast is good enough.

The location was excellent and the staff very friendly. The rooms were small but very clean with clean towels every day and frequent changes of bed linen which is nice. The breakfasts were very good with a wide range of choice. The hotel restaurant was very good but when it became busy, they did not seem able to cope very well and got our orders a bit mixed up.

Nice location in the heart of Venize, the restaurant of the hotel is very good and not so expensive, the waiters ares very welcome people,

Very close to Rialto

The rooms were very uncomfortable. Old should'nt has be bad, but at Malibran it is, unfortunately. No room service. No soundproof walls. No wi-fi, poor gsm coverage. Prices are high for this level of quality.

Breakfast

Great location, clean and great breakfast! We booked a triple room and it was bigger than we expected.

I got slightly lost and it took at least 30mins to find the property. As I came off a water taxi from the airport I followed instructions but there are 4 stops at Rialto so the instructions didn't state which stop the instructions were based from. Managed to find eventually, so this was fine.

Hotel is located about 5 mins walk from the Rialto Bridge and 15 mins walk from St. Mark's Square. Breakfast was included and had lots of choices- coffee machine made latte, espresso and cappucino.

Room 301 a bit dark and not as pretty as most of your other rooms. Bed a bit hardbut like it being a double. Also shower fixture needs renewing. breakfast - eggs over cooked. and would have liked brown wholemeal bread

Two minutes from the Rialto Bridge, a few more to San Marco, surrounded by shops, eateries & souvenirs. Lots of choices for breakfast, 10% discount for other meals at the restaurant, good Internet with their computer or yours. Staff were very helpful, except for the new girl who was no good with directions. I felt extremely safe in this area as a single traveller.

Once my room was probably delightful, but now the furniture was in desperate need of some care. The floor was missing some parquet & the curtain cord broke with a gentle pull. The worst was the tiny ensuite, they should forgo the luxury of a bidet so your legs are not in the shower when you sit on the toilet. No where to put your toilettries, except on the toilet lid when showering, hot water takes 6mins to come through, whole bathroom also gets wet as it's just a shower rose & drain in the corner with a curtain to pull around you, just.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Small but clean and nice rooms. Had free ow taxi fares to Murano incl demonstration

Excellent location, although it took a couple of attempts to find (perhaps to be expected in Venice). Nice restaurant attached.

Pokiest shower I've ever come across!

The hotel is nice and located in the centre of Venice few metres from Malibran theatre and close to Rialto bridge. The ristorant of the Hotel is good the food and costs are OK.

Single rooms are too small and wifi internet is not free. Few TV channels are available.
