Good location, very close to the Rialto Bridge, very easy to access from the airport. Very friendly staff.
Tiny room, with visible stains on the walls and spider webs and dust in the corners. Water in the shower was barely warm. Wi-fi (charged extra) slow and unreliable. Not what I expected at this price.
Good place to sleep for one night.
Breakfast was weak. Room and bathroom small.
The Mattress was very unforgiving.
good value breakfast. nice people. good meal in restaurant
Location is very good. Staff is very friendly. Foods in the restaurant are very tasty and the price is OK.
The room is very old and not well equipped, bed is very poor.
I booked room for 4 person, but get two rooms for 2 people, which were recently renovated. The room and bathroom were really big. Easy to find the hotel and the location near Rialto was really good.
The TV was very old model, but I don't need it at all :)
Would like tea making facilities in room
breakfast staff location room decoration
I liked our superior room with view to the Malibran theatre - a bright room with a perfect, little bath. The staff was very friendly, the Restaurant had excellent food with reasonable prices. The location is perfect to discover all districts of Venice!! It was not our first and certainly not our last stay at the Hotel Malibran.
The choice at breakfast could be much better!!
nice hotel, great location in the centre, breakfast included and good choice, nice room, enough space for all in the quadruple room
shower on the 3rd floor had too low water pressure - some of us could shower, others were not lucky
took notice of type of room I liked, comfortable, good restaurant, nicely furnished, staff friendly and helpful always someone in reception.
No bar to sit in in evening still everything else was good
The hotel is only minutes from the Rialto bridge... Very easy to find and the staff were very helpful. Would stay here again.
Excellent and helpful staff. Fabulous location which compensated for the small room. Good breakfast. Terrific restaurant which was a part of the hotel. Situated on a little piazza which was very nice. It was well worth the money we paid to get the porter to get us from the vaporetto to the hotel considering how many little bridges there were on the way and getting through the crowds!
Extremely small bathroom. Very poor and unreliable water pressure in the shower.
HOTEL ROOMS NEED A REFURB. THEY ARE A BIT TIRED
The location is perfect. The on site restaurant is excellent and generally the vibe is one of really good hospitality.
Not a thing.
My shower was a pain sometimes the water came out sometimes it cut out while my hair was full of shampoo and then took for ever to come through again. The shower was almost over the toilet so it made such a mess on the floor and was dangerous. NO Wifi without paying for it not even in the lobby.
Very responsive staff. Excellent dining.
Rooms need a makeover however it was adequate for our purposes
Great decor, breakfast was plentiful, staff were very helpful. Walking distance to St Mark's
The extra beds in our room were quite uncomfortable.
Location is great, short walk to Rialto bridge and St Marks square. Breakfast was great for a European breakfast.
Lift is very small, so be prepared to take the stairs. Decor of rooms is a bit tired.
dirty, need a extensively renovation
Not a lot
Climbing 2 flights of stairs with heavy cases not good for older people .
The staff was helpful and the room is quite spacious..
The location that is pretty far.. 30 mins walk to station if u have baggage to bring..
-Even though close to Rialto, not noisy. - Close to central Venice but moderately easily reachable by public transport from airport (1h water bus)
-Expensive, like all hotels in Venice. -Not very close to bus and train stations.
Antiquated is an understatement- Was about 50 minutes from the train station and navigation in Venice is limited to water taxi's which are costly
Situation was fine and it wasn't noisy.
Facilities were bad. Dusch was quite odd and water was cold.
