The location was good and the staff was friendly There was no elevator and that made it hard for us to carry our luggage. The price was too big for what the hotel had to offer and for the way the room looked like.

Good location, clean, quiet. The room is simple, but has everything you need. The stuff is very kind and helpful. Hotel receptionists need to learn some more English, sometimes it was difficult to communicate.

The hotel is quite old fashioned, but it's cheap compared to Milan regular prices, and it's very clean: the room was cleaned every day, with bed making and new towels. The staff was polite and easy goin' You really should keep the windows closed, or be prepared to traffic noises and gargabe collection and street cleaning the whole night

It's a simple hotel without much luxury or elevator, but nevertheless it had everything I needed as an individual traveller on a city trip. The room was clean and light; a little bit dated, but actually that had it's charm. I liked the fact that it felt a bit like a room in an Italian house instead of a hotel. It had a small tv which actually had cable tv with a lot of channels. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the subway, that brings you quickly to the centre or the train station. Overall good value for money. I stayed in a one person room and although I knew from the picture it had a one person bed, the bed was a bit narrow to me, but that's maybe because I'm used to sleep in a double bed. Besides that, the first night there were quite a few mosquitos in my room that woke me up several times, but then again, I wouldn't really blame that on the hotel.

The rooms were clean and fairly comfortable, and the location was right next to the train station, which was convenient for travel. The hotel was pretty bare, with no breakfast and very little help at the front desk. Also, if you are looking for a nice area of Milan, this hotel may not be right. It was conveniently located next to the train station, but not very close to the nicer areas of Milan.

Only the fact the room was on a quiet garden. I asked specifically for a non smoking room and was put in a smokers one. And had troubles getting a new one because I was sleeping there for one night only (thank god!)

Disgusting. No Hot water supply for shower with very slow water in my bathroom, it was very very slow even for wash hands! But the stuff said that it's not their problem, and they don't know how to solve the problem. Finally I couldn't had bath. Also no electric socket in room, only one socket in bathroom,I had to use my computer in the bathroom, but the toilet was smelly! poor soundproof, dirty carpet, poor location far away from the site seeing, and it's not safe in metro line 4 district.

Staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and quiet although a bit dated. A bit far from the main station and the center (about 30 minute walk, however a metro station is nearby). Wifi was not free of charge.

Hotel Malta's staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel is very well situated, near Buenos Aires Avenue (lots of shopping!!!!) and near metro Loreto. The hotel was clean and I had a private balcony. Only inconvenience was the absence of an elevator. I had to carry my luggage several floors. I would recommend Hotel Malta, the price and location and cleanliness were great.

The location was great because the metro is very close. The area has some cute spots to eat and shops, but is a bit more industrial looking over all. The price was great and exactly in my budget. The building next door is and has been under construction for a while (according to the owners) and every morning at 8 am to 5 it sounded as if they were drilling in my actual room. It was incredibly noisy. The walls are very thin, and you can hear people on other floors showering or going to the bathroom. They don't really clean your room everyday- they make your bed (do not change linens) and they just refold and hang your dirty towels unless you ask for fresh ones. There is no elevator and some stairs to climb, so if you have very heavy luggage, you will need help.

Close to metro stops and only a short distance from the centre of Milan. Fine for a short (one or two night) stay. Staff couldn't be bothered; they were neither friendly nor helpful. The hotel was so basic that they couldn't even offer us somewhere to sit or to use the bathroom when we arrived a bit early to check in. In addition there was no breakfast on offer.

Balcony was very convenient, double doors to balcony, underground very nearby which has 2 subway lines so you're very flexible to go where ever you want, central station only a 15 minute walk, cheap restaurants in the neighborhood we couldn't really tell if they changed towels or if they just folded the old ones up (the ones we especially left on the floor to change and we didn't do that every day but only when they were very dirty), bathroom is a bit small, but ok, bit noisy; if somebody else flushed the toilet we could hear that and also when people walked up the stairs. Still is good value for your money and I would stay there again for the price and location

the bed is big and the room is spacious first of all when we entered the hotel we had to wait more than 15 mins before the receptionist came and he was very rude to us. the room doesnt have air con and there were a lot of mosquitoes. plus, we asked for non smoking room and was put in a smoking one. the condition of the bathroom was very bad, needs renovation. had to return the key everytime u leave and there is no one available to return the key, or even help you with anything from 4 am to 7 am.. not very convenient.
