Room was clean and it was close to center of town. I felt like I was in a prison. There is no common room, no elevators, and you have to give your key to the front desk everytime you leave the hotel. A youth hostel would be better than this place. |

I guess the room was ok for the price, but the service really bad. The subway and train station is close, but the center and most interesting part of the city is 5 station far by subway. The service was terrible. I wouldn´t go back to this place. Can you believe that they didn´t allow me to leave my suitcase a couple of hours the day that I was leaving?? even if you go to a really cheap place they don´t have problem keeping your lugage for some hours....but they said the hotel staff were going in holiday and they wanted people to leave early even before 11am which was the check out, so they ask me to leave at 10:30.!! Also they don´t have elevator so they said that I should keep my suitcase at the reception and just take what I really need to my room because they didnt want to help me to go up with the suitcase. And they charged the full price on my credit card the day of the reservation, usually they do it the arrival day |

for money it costs it was more than expected. you have everything you need for a short city stay. the hotel is conveniently located, close to metro station and central stations. everything is clean, though small and not very new there are no elevators, it was ok with me but might be a problem for older people. there are no breakfasts, but there is a nice cafe near by. |

decoration of the hotel is quite new, compared with the other one. it's a bit far from the station, even though u can take the tube...but just hard to find it. |

I stayed a single room. It was small, but what I noted at first is that room was really clean and tidy. It was relaxing to stay for one night. Just to chek-in, to have a shower, to have a sleep and to check-out early in the morning. Not spoke in English receptionists. There was some problems when I needed a help. |

the staff was very friendly from beginning til the end. Very good price according to the Milano hotel prices. The beds were quite hard... my shoulder complained about it, but it might be my body. Besides that, I wish it had been located in a street with more shops or supermarkets around. |

The location near the Metro station is convenient. For 25Euro per night per person in a double room, I would say the prize/service ratio is OK. Do not expect new facilities, a nice view or an elevator. |

This is a very tidy, clean little hotel, not far from the Centrale Station but still in a very quite and calm area. Rooms are perfectly equipped, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent value |

Excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Very homely and comfortable environment. Super clean. Ideal for international traveller/ professional on a budget seeking to stay in Milan for a few days as quick Metro ride into city centre and major sites. Would highly recommend and plan to stay again on return visits to Milan. No lift and 4th floor not easy to get to with very heavy luggage |

that's very close to the Metro Station, so in 3-4 minutes walking distance you can go anywhere you want There's no heating, neither extra blankets in the room (didn't ask for one though), so if it's a cold night you will feel it. Also, you can hear whenever someone else is using the toilet or the shower (I personally had trouble sleeping for the noises of water running either from someone else's shower or toilet, very late at night or very early in the morning). |

clean, friendly staff, 2 stops from centre of Milan, good powerful shower, great value for money. Listen, you have to be realistic! this Hotel cost me €45 per night, whilst it is not the Ritz, it is perfectly good for the price, the decor maybe a little dated, the rooms are the biggest, and there is no lift, but at this price I could not ask for more value for money! Probably not ideal for a Honeymoon. |

Closeness to the metro station, from there the Duomo in less than 10 minutes. Next to the shopping street Corso Buenos Aires. Quiet neighbourhood. Friendly staff; I liked the male attendant at day times! I requested a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. It didn't bother me much as I smoke socially. This also happened to me many times now in Italy. |
