friendly staff, size and character of the room, cooking school 4 course meal for very good price (run out of the hotel), layout of hotel and the scenery around hotel. Beautiful place and a really good experience, felt like a more authentic stay than in most hotels in italy more directions could be provided to reach this hotel by public transport, we came from the port with bags and ended up walking many stairs and asking people on the street which bus to take |

We made a reservation 2 months in advance and then confirmed with them by email 2 weeks before our trip. When we got there, they said that they did not have a room for us. But they were able to put us in a room at a nearby hostel that they are friends with. The hostel was surprising wonderful - brand new and clean with a good location. |

The dinner was awesome, and a great opportunity to meet and mingle with other guests. Our room was really noisy, we heard everything from the main hall. It was also very humid, the wet clothes remainded wet. |

This hotel is run by a family and they are all very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel also has a cooking school and you had the opportunity to have dinner each night for a small extra fee cooked by the cooking students but of course overseen by their resident chef - nobody was late for dinner and breakfast was way above average. Best food in town! |

To be honest I used hotel for sleeping. Breakfast was supposed to be between 7-10am. More like from 8am. You had to search for someone to serve you at the bar and staff charged different prices for drinks! When I went to book in I was told my room was still occupied. This was at 4pm! The reason given was that present guest had stayed a fortnight and they didn't want to rush them. I was given another room which was pretty basic. |

El ambiente relajado y familiar del hotel. Aunque a veces esos supusiera que no hubiera nadie que te atendiese en recepción La habitación que nos dieron (habitación Bac). Estaba enfrente del lugar donde servían los desayunos y el ruido te despertaba a partir de las 7 de la mañana. Poca intimidad: la puerta de la habitación era de cristal y la única forma de aislarse de las miradas del exterior era corriendo una cortina. |

Elke morgen zelf kunnen kiezen of u al dan niet s'avonds wil dineren in het hotel en het gezamelijk eten van al de gasten van over heel de wereld aan één grote tafel. Héél leuke mensen leren kennen. |
