The hotel is excellent, the staff are pleasant and helpful, rooms are beautifully decorated, modern and very clean and the location couldn't be better.
Perfect location to visit most of Rome's major nonuments and attractions. Clean and modern rooms. Friendly multilingual staff.
Limited but manageable space in the rooms. Hotel would have benefited from a larger lobby. Otherwise very good venue all around.
Location was perfect Rooms were modern
Bed was very uncomfortable Staff didn't go out of their way to help guests Rooms were small. Very bad value for money, an get a lot nicer hotel for the same money
Fantastic location and the service was second to none. A hidden gem!
The décor was stylish and the room and bathroom were spacious. The location was perfect for sight-seeing. The staff members were incredibly helpful - helped us ship things home to the US, arranged for a very early morning cab to the airport and had a great suggestion for a restaurant for dinner, handling the reservation. We would love to come back and stay again!
Me and my husband liked free capuccino in hotel 0-24 and recepcionist named Ferdinando. He was genius!
We didn t like that staff didn t tell us that in august everything in Rome, included Fontana di Trevi is in reconstruction and you can t see real picture of monuments:(
The hotel was well located and within walking distance to most of the sites we wanted to see. There were numerous dining options to choose from including a excellent restaurant right next door. The rooms were modern with nice touches, comfortable beds, luxury baths and extremely clean. The staff was very professional and friendly, assisted us easily with airport transportation, mapping out highlights and directions for us around Rome and gave excellent dining advice. This would certainly be my first option if I return to Rome!
My only complaint was that I was able to easily get wifi in the guest rooms we had, but unable to access it in the lobby.
Staff went above and beyond for us. Rooms were modern and comfortable, rare to find such a space in the location it's in.
Reception staff were good, the rooms modern and clean and plenty of room.
Where the designers put the toilet roll holder. Breakfast very poor - if you want a substantial breakfast at an early time anywhere in the surrounding area - forget it!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I can't complain about anything. The front desk staff are fantastic, the housekeeping staff always had our room made up when we returned. All the facilities are brand new and function excellently. Air con was perfect, no noise at all could be heard from the street unless you open your window, great shower and heated towel rack! Plenty of space in the room also. 10 out of 10.
Excellent location near all historic sites; friendly and attentive staff
Size of the rooms but if you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel room that isn't an issue
Great staff Very clean facilities
No view Narrow and dirty streets to access Busy location
We stayed in penthouse this is more like two rooms that have been divided. Way over priced
Lack of good breakfast facilities.Didn't affect us as there was a café some 20 metres away that did a breakfast for 10 euros
Staff were very helpful and always smiling. Very modern hotel. Location was good for such sites as Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, Coliseum, etc.
Difficult to control a comfortable temperature in room. Web site needs better directions on how to find the hotel location.
We liked the convenience to restaurants, shopping, and buses. Hotel was immaculate and staff were very helpful
Difficult to find hotel with GPS and access to the hotel entry.
The staff is very helpful, professional and polite at all times. Mancino 12 benefits from a great location, ideal for walking to most of the main sites and also to the Trastevere area. The room is very clean and furnished in a modern and tasteful way whilst the bathroom is also excellent. It is generally very quite, both during the day and night, so you can relax and rest. The wifi is free and actually works very well! We had a great stay at Mancino 12 and it's definitely a place I would gladly recommend!
difficult to find
Not suitable for families, more of a business hotel/solo traveler
Great location, convenient for walking
Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel is newly refurbished with a clean and modern decor. Centrally located to Via Del Corso and Piazza Venezia I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.
Brilliant position , friendly staff . Everything you need .
Splendid location, minutes from all major attractions (Trevi/Pantheon/Forum/ Colosseum/etc..). Very stylish hotel, small but perfectly formed ! The staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant.
About the hotel - nothing !! About driving in Rome traffic on a public holiday in Spring - everything !!
