In Manfredonia typical dishes are the Ciambotta, a special dish made of mixed fresh fishes flavoured with a sauce made with olive oil, onions and tomatoes, and spaghetti with shellfish sauce.

Travel information

By Air:
The hotel is approximately 100 km from Bari Karol Wojtyla International Airport. Take the train from the airport to Foggia and then take a bus or a train to Manfredonia. If you take the bus, get off at Piazza Marconi.

By Train:
From Foggia Station, go to Manfredonia by train or by bus, you can either take the Ferrovie del Gargano or Sita. Buses run approximately once every hour. Get off at Piazza Marconi Manfredonia.

By Car (from the north or south)
- From the A14 motorway, exit at the Foggia tollbooth.
- Then take the SS89, heading towards Manfredonia – Gargano.
- After about 30 km, take the exit for the centre of Manfredonia, following the signs for Manfredonia Centro.
- Continue towards San Giovanni Rotondo for about one km.
