I liked the idea of staying in a portion of what had been a residence of some elegance. The conversion was somewhat eccentric but interesting. |

Very nice welcome from personnel and helpful, nice clean hotel in the heart of Catania. Had a feeling of staying over at friends house. Breakfast really nice (some extra cheese would be appreciated). Pay attention at the parking, tell them to open a huge gate door. Very important for Catania Center. Took us a while to locate the hotel, pay attention to the signs on the road. A slight smell from the toilet, but nothing 2 bad. In general everything else was perfect !! |

Absolutely central, secured parking, friendly staff, the hint from another user that helped me save a lot of money: Dont park your car on the publich square in front of the hotel. Wait in front of the garage door and have someone contact the receoption to open the doors. breakfast very basic |

Walking distance to everything. Easy driving access (you can avoid the worst of the traffic). Parking. Room and ensuite spotless and stunning. |

Very pleasant stay. Staff were very welcoming and ready to assist in additional needs, like ice, wine glasses, e-mail access, cab arrangements. Breakfast was great. Hotel parking was not clear. We were taken advantage of right in front of the car park gate entrance area by a street parker who charged double what the hotel would have charged. By the time we were informed it was too late. |

Sehr schönes Hotel mit schön hergerichteten Zimmern. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden, es ist aber bis ca. 1:00 Uhr nachts aufgrund der Straße laut. Es stehen auch Zimmer zum Innenhof zur Verfügung. Ideal: eigener Parkplatz. |

Grote, prettige kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Gunstige locatie Zeer eenvoudig ontbijt in klein ontbijtzaal. Badkamer had beste tijd gehad, maar ok. |

La ubicación junto al centro es estupenda. El personal del hotel muy amable, aunque para ser de 4 estrellas los recepcionistas atienden en el desayuno, al teléfono, para mover los coches del parking y para informarte, multiempleo. El desayuno era muy pobre. Un día llegamos 30 min antes de la hora y ya no quedaba nada (en compensación no nos cobraron el desayuno) Nuestra habitación era preciosa con frescos en el techo, pero especificad en la reserva que os pongan una habitación así, porque hay otras que son un zulo con escaleras, sin ventana abajo y sin aire acondicionado en la habitación, por el mismo precio! |

La ubicación en el centro de la ciudad y sobretodo el personal del hotel, muy amable i cordial.El edificio es magnífico,espero que algun dia lo restauren, puede ser magnífico. El desayuno me ha gustado, es correcto pero se podria mejorar, podria ser mas variado. |

Está en muy buena zona, en el centro de Catania. Es el último piso de un palacio muy bonito, pero está un poco difícil encontrarlo. La habitación era acogedora con frescos preciosos en el techo. El personal muy amable. Unicamente que no está fácil el localizarlo porque la entrada da a un callejón de la plaza. |

Het hotel ligt centraal in de stad en heeft bovendien een goede parking op de binnenplaats van het gebouw. Kamers zijn bijzonder mooi (met name plafondschilderingen!), goed afgewerkt, ruim en comfortabel. Weinig. Het enige nadeel (minor) was dat het hotelpersoneel mee moest lopen als je de auto uit de parking haalt (poort moet geopend worden). Ontbijt is niet best, maar dit geldt voor vrijwel alle Italiaanse hotels waar ik ben geweest. |

El hotel es muy bonito. La habitación y el baño amplio y decorados con muy buen gusto. El personal amable. Ubicación inmejorable. Muy acogedor. Nuestra habitación daba a la plaza y tenía balcón. El aparcamiento se encuentra dentro del edificio y dispone de muchas plazas. Al lado del Plaza Duomo y de calles con terrazas para tomar una copa. Recomendable. Está ubicado en un plaza llena de coches bastante fea/sucia. La fachada (casi ruinosa) no se corresponde con el interior. El desayuno muy pobre y poco variado. |

Mooi in oude stijl uitgevoerde kamers met prachtige plafondschilderingen. Super groot bed en vooral 's avonds leuk uitzicht op een drukke straat. Het Siciliaanse verkeer is meer dan de moeite waard. Wat een chaos, Desondanks hebben we geen enkel ongeluk gezien. Het personeel doet alle mogelijke moeite om het de gasten zoveel mogelijk naar de zin te maken. Wil je even je e-mail checken...geen nood, log maar op de hotelsite in. De receptionist trekt zich even discreet terug. Lief toch... Het Siciliaans/Italiaans ontbijt is niet echt uitgebreid, in die zin dat ze een zeer divers assortiment aan zoetigheid aanbieden maar kaas en vlees, zoals wij Hollanders dat graag lusten, wordt maar mondjesmaat geserveerd. Wij passen ons echter graag aan, want per slot van rekening hebben ze op ander gebied veel te bieden. |

Hotelbesitzer spricht sehr gut deutsch. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Piazza Manganelli. Bei der postalischen Adresse Via Recalcaccia handelt es sich um eine winzige Gasse, die auf keinem Stadtplan verzeichnet ist, deshalb als Adresse an Piazza Manganelli orientieren. |
