very noisy from the Road
Great location, you could go everywhere on foot (12 min from Colossaio and 25 minunetes max. from Piazza Navona) and metro station of Termini, tram stop and bus stop was just around the corner. Excellent staff was always helpfull per every request. Very clean room and always hot water, room was cleaned every day. Even we did not include breackfast during reservation, every day we could find in room instant coffee, sugar, tea & biscuits with boiler in order to make beverages.
The noise of tram although we were staying on 4rth floor. But when you are tired after a whole day exploring rome you don't hear any noise with so deep sleep. Luck of ventilation in bathroom, there was a ventilation device but did not worked so humidy after shower could not dry.
close to cental station

Great location next to the main train station and also an easy walk to the major attractions. Our room was modern and clean, and well worth the money (the best value hotel we had in Italy). The guy on the front desk was really helpful and polite. I'd recommend to anyone having a short stay in Rome.
- 2-3 minutes walk from Termini station where the bus dropped us off from the airport, this is very convenient when dragging luggage, do not need taxi. - staff was very helpful and pleasant. - we stayed in the red room, it was modern inside and spacious. - bathroom was great and always had hot water. - everyday they cleaned our room. - wi-fi was excellent. - lift is working. - even though breakfast wasn't included they provided us with a new packet of coffee every morning which you can use in the coffee making machine located in the shared kitchen. - in the kitchen there is a microwave and you can prepare food lf you want. - next to the kitchen there is a beautiful outdoor terrace where you can eat your meals and drink coffee. - along your street there is restaurants and a small market across the road.
- be prepared to walk a lot because it is quite far from main tourist attractions, otherwise you can use bus or metro. - difficult to sleep because our room had a window which was facing the street, this meant that we could hear the traffic. - it is located along the noisy tram track. - we didn't like it when they vacuumed at nine o'clock in the morning and the noise was waking us up. - but if this noise doesn't bother you will be fine.
The best thing about Manin suites is it is located very close to Termini station so it is convenient. The place was clean and had all basic amenities you will expect from such place. Overall a great value for money
Although location is great, the building may not be very prominent. So one should make sure they understand the location before arriving the place
Convenient location, helpful staff, house keeping
Common pantry, slow wifi
The view was excellent. The WiFi managed to work on our 6! different devices at the same time. We received a map of Rome. Great location, fairly close to all attractions (Vatican was about 1h on foot, Colosseum about 20 min).
There was no air ventilation in the bathroom and thus there was lots of dump on the walls and a very unpleasant smell. Very noisy as the hotel is close to the main road with a tramway. Wasn't that bad though with the windows closed.
