Just a few minutes to the station, beds are clean, service is impressive.
Aircondition not functioning well
The room was very clean, comfortable, quiet. Great location and the staff very helpful.
Location, kind staff....
15€ Extra to check in after 7pm. I was surprised indeed...Simple sweet to have for breakfast, breakfast is not mentioned any way...3 Min walk you fined excellent bars and great italian espresso etc
Close to Termini station and rental car center. Half an hour walking distance to Colosseum or Trevi fountain. Very helpful staff. Bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen. Good free wi-fi.
Keep attention and be careful in the streets surrounding Termini. A lot of unemployed persons, immigrants live in those blocks.
Location, very close to Termini Station, in a quite nice area.
The reception is not available 24/7. Inform the hotel managers about your expected check-in time.
Good location, really near Termini Station. Good restaurants in the proximitys. Superb wifi connection. Be advised that 69 Manin Street Deluxe is a 3rd floor of a building, not a building itself.
I asked for a quiet room and got the one closest to the entry door. Could hear everybody in and out.
The staff and cleanliness.
The rrom eas very small with the bunkbeds. I tthought the suite would be bigger.
Our room (6) was very quiet and very clean. It was also very close to the termini, about a 3-5 minute walk. I would definitely stay again.
It looks a bit uninviting at first but is functional and cheap.
location and cleaness
the bed....older than the Panteon....internet conection sucks....trams right under the window at the rooms facing the street...!! and the guy at the front desk...I guess that 69 is there with a reason..!
Conveniently located near Termini Station, friendly staff, quiet building.
We had an infestation of ants in our room and flies in the bathroom - not pleasant. It is called a B&B, but does not include breakfast, unlike every other hotel in Italy. Will not stay here again.
I like the location of the hotel, I liked how it feels like home, they only have few rooms (total of 5), so they take good care of these room. The bathrooms are amazing.
Breakfast is meh, nothing special. The shower had molds on wall. The walls are very thin, so you can hear people in the reception desk.
Within minutes from the main station whihc was great. Staff were helpful and accommodating when needed. Room was always clean and serviced.
Consider changing it to just a hotel rather than a b&b. I expexted breakfast to be included.
Very good localization and excellent conditions. This is not my first B&B in Roma but the best one. Very nice personnel.
Couldn,t make calls & could not get wake-up call to work
very clean room, driver that picked us up was excellent. the lady that cleaned that room was excellent. great experience with this place.
Very good location, only ome minute walking from Termini Station. The staff is really nice and friendly. The room was nice and tidy. Excellent choice.
B&B without breakfest, wonderfully.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Ample supply of tea, coffee, mineral water. Friendly atmosphere and close to the Termini which is good for public transport.
The only problem was the noise from the tram close to our window. Not luxurious but comfortable enough on a budget.
Close to termini. Room is clean and staff is nice.
location, clean clean clean!! , service
nice little B&B, not shady at all. owner also nice. location great, near termini but not on the shady blocks. private bathrooms are great considering alot of b&bs in rome don't have that.
Very friendly staff, 5min walk to Termini station but still quiet area, free daily water, juice, sweets and a cornetto, very clean
Reception only limited available for consultations
Nice room, location strategically good to discover Rome, but not a nice area close to the train station - but we did not encounter any problems.
We did not find anybody at the reception or who could open us the door to the B&B. We walked with luggage through Rome after arrival. I had communicated my time of arrival pior to our travel.
It had a great location and it was central to everything. The room and the bed were very good. I think for just a few days the place is great.
Almost everything. Very good Small hotel.
