We loved the view from the terrace especially at sunset.. The staff treated us like family offering "extra" service to make our stay very pleasant. They cooled our prosecco, lighted the terrace, helped with the internet, etc. A great bargain on the seaside, :)

(a) Friendly and helpful staff (b) right next to the beach, (c) convenient location - 20 min by bus to Pisa or Livorno (a) breakfast could be better (instant coffee is not a good idea); (b) fridge in the room would be a good idea; (c) this hotel should cost no more than 60 euros per night, otherwise it is not a good value for money

its proximity to the Mediterranean sea was excellent and it also had a very good roof terrace ideal for sunbathing as there was no actual beach close by, the room was adequate though not spectacular it had a good balcony with seats and a sea view There was no facilities for evening meals at the hotel and the addition of a tea/coffee tray (pretty standard in UK hotels) would be very nice, so residents could make a brew. Also there does seem to be poor English talking TV channels in Italy

Splendida vista mare dal balcone della stanza, parcheggio gratuito e comodo di fianco alla struttura, facilmente raggiungibile da Pisa. Ventola del bagno rumorosa, mancanza di riscaldamento nel bagno che si scalda solo con il calore proveniente dalla stanza.

Acceuil agréable. Chambre vétuste mais propre.Suffisant pour un hôtel de passage; Dommage qu'à cette période de l'année (vacances de Noêl) l'hôtel ne serve pas de vrai petit déjeuner mais seulement un thé ou café avec une viennoiserie passée au four.

God hyggelig atmosfære. Venligt personale. Dejlig tagterrasse. Super beliggenhed, fantastisk udsigt fra balkonen. Nem busforbindelse til Pisa. Supergod restaurant (Cliff) lige i nærheden.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Meer. Parken direkt vor der Tür. Sehr freundliches Personal. Meerblick herrlich. Die Toilette in der Dusche, das ist bei diesem Preis aber auch nicht anders zu erwarten.

Sanitäranlagen waren neu und hygenisch. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Terasse mit Meerblick, die jederzeit benutzbar ist. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber, leider sind die Wände sehr dünn.

Das Hotel ist am Meer, nur leider sind ein paar riesige Felsen davor.Um Baden gehen zu können, muss man etwas laufen. Die Restaurants in der Nähe sind schlimm und das Personal unfreudlich und teilweise überfordert.

Lo mejor es la ubicacion con vista al mar y frente a la playa, yo fui en un auto rentado y si te toca hacer noche cerca de pisa, es una excelente opcion, ya que esta a 10 km. El personal excelente tb Las instalacionones un poco viejas

Ottima la posizione, vicino alla spiaggia di sabbia e a quella di massi. Cordiali e disponibili I titolari, comodo il collegamento wi-fi gratuito. Buona la colazione a buffet tipicamente italiana. Colazione priva di frutta. Ventola del bagno rumorosa.
