We liked it all.
There was nothing we didn't dislike
The location on the sea front, the roof terrace
The room, the breakfast the scruffy bathroom
Great place...on the beachfront. Very relaxing and quiet. Friendly locals too. Definatly will return.
Didn't like having to leave
Position of hotel, free parking
Air conditioning was poor
Good location friendly staff and comfortable room
Free Parking in a reserved gated area behind hotel albeit a little tight. Air Conditioning in rooms Staff very pleasant and helpful
The location within Marina di Pisa is a little run down and it felt like we were in a cheap seaside resort in the uk. I would not have said it was a 3* hotel more like a 2* hotel perhaps 3* B&B. Breakfast did not start till 8am.
This hotel is perfectly located, right along the Marina. The hotel staff are very friendly and we felt at ease as soon as we walked through the door! The breakfast is great, which includes hot drinks, juice, cereal, crossaints and more! The sun terrace is lovely and peaceful and the view is great!
Location is very nice. The personell was very friendly and pleasant.
The room was nice, but the first thing that met us opening the door was mildew smell from the bathroom. The bathroom needs an upgrade.
Friendly staff who opened up late for us. Hotel had a period feel yet was spotlessly clean. Woke up on Sunday morning to find a street market all along the front which was a lovely surprise,
Breakfast was a bit mediocre
clean well suited for beach and exploring the area
Friendly staff, breakfast good, room was good, especially having a sea view.
overlooks sea nice terrace best breakfast of our trip
a bit noisy from street/promenade on sat evening
Near the coastline, nice place. Not far away from the beach. Staff was really helpful
Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.
Great value for money. Terrific location, across road from beach. Quiet town. Very comfortable.
Good location. Good staff. Nice terace.
There were no wide and healthy choices at breakfast but it was ok (pastries and so on). Very bad wi-fi signal - worked only near reception. Room for 4 persons was a little bit small but ok. Bath and toilet were old. Electricity works only if you are in the room (card).
The location of the hotel is very nice: the sea is just on the other side of the road. It is also very close to the bus stop that brings you to Pisa city.
Breakfast was very disappointed!!! You pass a room with a professional coffee machine and you look forward to having one...but if you want it from that machine you have to pay!!! Included in the price is the coffee from a coffee maker...quite tasteless...in one of the countries of the coffee!!!! The quality of cakes and pastry were not at an high standard, probably bought from the local supermarket and unbranded! Room was not very great, the door did not seem so secure. Finally, Wifi was not reachable from my room despite they say that it is available everywhere! I had to go downstairs every time I needed it.
Noise from other rooms and reception
Nice small hotel with a wonderful sea-view
Staff is very friendly. The cleaning is perfect. The breakfast is simple and tasty. Fresh baking.
There were no place, where it is possible to dry clothes.
The only positive feedback unfortunately was an air conditioner that worked
Table cloths for towels! Take your own! Noise...can't sleep..can hear talking, toilets flushing all night
Breakfast and sea views
I'd say I fell in love with the sea after visiting Marina di Pisa! It's not a place for those who think that "a vacation at the seaside" is lying on a yellow sand beach. It's very far from that. But it's marvellous! & the family who owns l'albergo Manzi couldn't have chosen a better place for it. The sea view they promised us is great. The air is magic. The city rythm is so different from what we have everyday in a big city, & it's so soothing & so lovely for the vacation! Manzi is not a luxury building. But it's comfortable & clean & cosy. Everyone who's working there is friendly & all smiley & helpful & I'll never trade Manzi in any Egyptian or Turkish five-star resort. & I utterly recommend it to everybody who's not a fan of all-inclusive! I'd call lack of internet access in the room a shortcoming. But if you don't need it for running your business distantly, for example, you'll survive) & even if you need you can always go down to the hall)
Very nice staff. Calm environment. Large terrace with amazing seaview (sunset). The town was not too crowded as well as the beach. Closeness of historical towns like Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena and other interesting places, e.g. Cinque Terre, Pietrasanta, Borgo A Mozzano.
Loud wc flushing. We had a room without balcony and that is why we had a problem to dry our towels and swimsuit.
