Location is just great for shopping - actually in the heart of the fashion district. New re-constructed hotel with 60 years of history. Good food.

Price performance is poor, staff is not friendly, brekfast is not included, valet pakinf costs 50 euro/day

I like the location, room was nice and clean,staff was helpful. The shops are all around, there is a few very good restaurants in 5 min. distance.

Breakfast is very expensive

Location is the best thing about hotel Manzoni. The staff is helpful. The hotel is old but clean. It is perfect if you have a limited time for shopping.

The rooms are pretty small. We stayed in Junior Suite which was quite small even for the standards of Milan.

Central location and nice atmosphere

Location is excelent for those who seek luxury shopping of the Milano triangle. Hotel is quite new, which is always a plus for me.

The style of the hotel and rooms. It is a bit uncomfortable and unstylesh. You can find many fo the same style in the much older milano hotels, so why it trys to look like them i don't know.

The service was excellent, staff friendly and very professional, Bedrooms were comfortable and very clean. Perfect location for designer shops as these are just around the corner. Staff have great knowledge of local places to eat which were excellent and not too expensive.

The cooked breakfast was poor, stick to the continental breakfast and don't eat in the restaurant in the evening as the food is poor,ask at the desk for recomendations for local restaurants. No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms, had to ask for this which came as an additional cost.

Milan is a city we visit for short stays {3 nights} twice or three times a year. We love it for a city break of great style , good food and easy to get around. We have stayed in many hotels in Milan but we have finally found 'our hotel' and will be back very shortly. Hotel Manzoni ticks all the boxes location, style, comfort, good value, clinically clean and gracious staff that could not do enough to help and make our stay as good as it could be. In particular I will say a big thank you to Marco at reception for all his help.

Nothing and I usually find some little thing but it is 11 marks out of 10!

It took two days to check IT facilities in the room to renew WiFi connection there. Looks strange after 3 or 4 customer requests.

Great location in the center of the Fashion District. Very comfortable room and in the center of the fashion area but its quiet at night time so you can sleep. Very good room...a little small but all rooms in Italy are unless you have a proper suite. Easy walk to the Milan Duomo and other Milan attractions, restaurants and cafes in the CBD area.
