Hotel Marad  

Great location, quiet and excellent room.Great for the trips in the neighborhood. A real oasis of calm after a chaotic Naples experience.

Well appointed clean rooms, ideal location to visit Pompei, Herculanium & Versuvius

Wasn't very impressed with dinner menu, very little choice for a 4 star

It is great value. We were greeted with a welcome drink, the common areas are really well designed and the view from the terrace is amazing in the evening. It's a good distance if you want to see Mount Vesuvius, Ercolano or if you want to make a trip to Naples. All are also within easy reach both with car and train. There is an amazing pizzeria in the square were the Circumvesuviana train stops. It's on the right hand side when you come out of the train. Lovely staff and Bruno makes excellent pizza! Hotel Marad has a really nice breakfast selection. Rooms are clean.

Torre del Greco is really not a very nice town. The common areas of the hotel are definitely 4 star, however the rooms I wouldn't rate 4, they are more like 3.

Location was good for driving to Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius and was a little oasis in the chaos of the surrounding area which has very little to recommend it. Rooms could do with an upgrade although the public rooms are more modern. Booked annex but think were upgraded to main hotel as not many in residence. Restaurant meals and bar service were good and served by personable waiters which was just as well as nothing tempting in the area in walking or close driving distance.

Small old TV with no English channels. Free wifi but despite best efforts of staff, it would not work in room. No balcony furniture.

We stayed at Marad for 3 nights (me, my dad and my 10 yrs old son)and all together it was a good stay. I don´t know if it was a "4 star- hotel" but the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The hotel did not have any information about the area nor maps, but could show us the way to the train (15 minutes by foot) and it took us into Napoli and to Pompeii. No restaurantes close by but the restaurant at the hotel was great and changed the menu every night .but still a bit boring after 3 nights. The location is ok, close to the airport and down to the train (local train ) but that´s it. My son loved the pool though!

Wspaniały hotel koło Neapolu dojazd koleją podmiejską do Neapolu 30 min. Cisza spokój z dala od gwaru I niebezpieczeństw miasta. Cudowny widok na Wezuwiusz. śWietny punkt wypadowy na całą okolicę. Czyste pokoje, I łazienka, ręczniki, itp. Polecam wszystkim to miejsce.

la vue , la gentillesse du personnel , le fait que ce soit en dehors de Naples et tout près des sites de Herculanum et Pompei.

Un hotel molto ospitale e tranquillo. Personale gentilissimo.

Hemos gustado todo. El desayuno era abundante y los camereros muy atentos .El hotel tiene unas vistas preciosas del Vesubio y el mar y una piscina.El parking del hotel era seguro y bien vigilado.Los empleados de la reception se volcaban para ayudarnos y nos llevaban al estacion en Torre El Greco para coger el tren a Napoles y nos recogieren a la vuelta. Eran amables y atentos en todo momento. El Internet es gratis y fonciona muy bien. Este hotel es perfectamente situado para coger el Autopista 3 que conduce a Pompei etc. Para nosotros el hotel ha resultado ser magnifico.

No hay nada que nos ha disgustado.Todo era perfecto.
