Hotel budget maximum 3 stars..good just to sleep..the facilities of the hotel they are null..but the attitude of the personnel is very satisfactory..very close to Cornelia Metro Station and from Rome Fiumicino Airport(maximum 50 euro by taxi) ..also free parking for the car...
the hotel is very old,but well maintained the beds are uncomfortable. the internet must be paid( 30 min 1 euro,1 hour 2 euro,2 hours 3 euro).the breakfast is similar with a breakfast in a ex communist east Europe country::))))..and in the end you must to pay a 6 euro tax/day for the Rome Municipality...because you visit this wonderful city..I propose to the management to include this tax in the costs of the room..is better...in this way we know from the begging what we have to pay..
I choose the hotel because is near of Vatican..you can use the metro Cornelia Station...the area where is situated the hotel is not very impressive..the personnel is very polite
The hotel have the impression that is very old,the breakfast is very poor, you must to pay the wifi for Internet and 6 euro/day tax for the Rome Municipalities..so If you stay more days finally you pay more than 50 euro because you visit the Rome.I recommend to the hotel to include this tax in the fee of the room..the hotel is not special and is not a 4 stars hotel..but for this price and just for sleep is ok..
Free parking even after check-out, close to several tabacchis to buy public transport tickets, 5 minute-walk to metro, free tourist map of Rome

The food in the restaurant was excellent (compliments to the cooks). The staff in the restaurant was unbelievable pleasant and efficient (Marta and Veronica especially). The lobby, bar and garden were very nice and comfortable (Franco and Walter were very friendly and helpful with some minor issues).
Most of the front desk people seemed a little arrogant at times with little patience. Sometimes to the degree of acting in condescending ways. The Internet service was sometimes unreliable and when approaching the front desk, they claimed ignorance on the problem. I would like to make a suggestion that fluent English be a requisite for the front desk job. The air conditioning was all but non functioning. Our room (504) was very uncomfortable. When mentioning this to the front desk, I believe they said it only goes on at small intervals. This was a major negative for us.
Close to a public transport station, clean, friendly and efficient staff who helped without having to be asked. We arrived around 11pm and they were willing to help with energy. Breakfast was very nice, plentiful, fresh and also had friendly, helpful waitors.
Rooms were fairly noisy (poor insulation?) so if you are a very light sleeper, keep this in mind. Bed was quite stiff, could feel springs. But, it was a clean, budget friendly place to stay.
Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was okay, not so variety but they have a coffee machine which really helped us a lot since the rest of breakfast was just okay. Free secured parking inside the hotel ground. Not far to the metro and bus stop which we used them for sightseeing in Rome.
Wifi was not good, we have to pay 2 Euro per hour and the signal was not good. Even through we used it in the lobby, still had poor signal so we have to gave up and buy another hour to use internet from their PC.
tutto gentilezza del personale d'accoglienza
