+ Lokalizacja hotelu umożliwiająca dotarcie do większości atrakcji pieszo lub metrem. + Śniadanie serwowane do pokoju. + The hotel's location allows you to reach the most attractions on foot or by metro. + Breakfast is served in the room.
- Rozmiar pokoju - byliśmy w tym hotelu, w takim samym składzie, po raz drugi. Poprzednim razem mieliśmy pełnowymiarowy pokój czteroosobowy (nr 9), a teraz trzyosobowy z dostawką (nr 10). - Słabo działająca klimatyzacja. - Praktycznie nie działające Wi-Fi. - Size of room - we stayed at this hotel for the second time. Previously we had a full-size quadruple room (No. 9), but now triple room with extra bed (No. 10). - Poorly functioning air conditioning. - Virtually no active Wi-Fi.
Location is excellent Staff is very nice
Sink in the room, washroom small
Very closed to train station, bus and sight seeing.
All TV caption were reversed.
location is excellent. hotel is very clean. the best hotel with two stars ever.
be ware during paying a bill. it might be happened that they will ask you to pay the whole bill, even they already took from you account one night costs.
The position is amazing, cleanness, near there are 2 supermarket, historical building. Best 2 stars hotel ever!
The lift is old and slow, the douche cabin is incredible tiny, noise from the street.
Only thing I liked about this hotel was the location
- Everything - A/C was making a huge unbearable noise every time it was running so we asked for a fix but they were not willing to do anything about it for the whole 6 days I stayed there - first, lied to me that a technician came by to fix the A/C but I knew he never did. gave an old fan to use because they were not willing to fix it. (it was 37degrees outside) - POOR service - no hot water after 12pm. had to shower in cold water - VERY small room. - During our 6 days spent there, they only changed the towels ONCE (not even once until I complained on the 4th day) - the manager was the one who lied about the technician + he gave us a fan to use until "another" technician comes in to fix the A/C. then he told other staffs that we agreed to use the fan instead of AC during our entire stay. (THEY WERE NEVER GOING TO FIX THIS)
The quiet atmosphere in the room. close proximity to the railway metro and buses friendly staff,
the small size of the room and the presence of the small wash basin in the room.
They charged my card a night even l did not have non-refundable booking. When l complained about this they start to make stories. Not professional.
Very good location, 5 mins next to termini station. Breakfast okay and deliver to my room but need to eat on the bed. I like the hot chocolate every morning! We had a short trip to Capri and the hotel was very kind to store our luggages for 3 days. We saw the name tag on our luggages when we came back and we felt they are very professional.
A baby at next door cried the whole night and we could not sleep at all. Anyway, it's not related to the quality of the hotel. One thine is I don't know how to turn on the tv and I asked the staff but the staff did not follow up.
Great location, friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. The Termini is very close but the room was not noisy at all. Really a good price-value rate and I would recommend everyone who would like to travel to Rome for sightseeing purpose.
Nothing specifically mentioned. I have just a little problem with the supply of the matieral in the bathroom, but overall it was okay.
Location close to termini & major city attractions. Breakfast is ok.
Great location and breakfast in bed!!)))
strong WiFi signal, very clean, very basic breakfast but serve to the bed :), 5min walk from termini
be aware of elevator doors downstairs !!
Excellent Value for money and good location for walking, bus, metro and train. Used as a base for rugby weekend. Continental breakfast is a nice add-on.
Shower has narrow doors but big enough once inside
Friendly staff, Great location.
Breakfast was continental and was served to the room. No options for coffee. They only serve cappuccino or tea. We asked for milk they didn't provide.
A cheap and cheerful place to rest your head in Rome, just a minute or two away from Termini station.
Some confusion about what to do with room keys when you leave the hotel for the day led to a dressing-down by staff :-\
Very good hotel. Breakfast served daily to our hotel room. Very nice small room. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to Roma Termini.
Minor complaint. Elevator is painfully slow and 3 person max. But this does not bring down the value of this hotel.
Room and bathroom is very small.
Perfect location Clean Staff - experienced and friendly
very small bathroom
This hotel has a wonderful location - near Termini station and near main tourist attractions. Clean room.
The room is not very big, but it's really enough while you spend most of the time in the city, not in the room.
The location is excellent. The staff were able to answer questions we had about location of some things and buses to take etc which was very helpful. Although the room was small, we were aware of that, but this accounts for the price, and is more than made up for by the excellent location close to train/bus station and all attractions.
Breakfast is in your room and with the limited space made it a little unpleasant. However there was a table in the reception area which we could have utilised.
The hotel was at excellent location. Only 10 min away from the Colloseo. The bathrooms were new and clean and the staff helpfull and polite. Everyday they brought our breakfast in the room.
The first night we were at triple room and we had to move to smaller room after. The double room was smaller and the bed was a feet away from the corridor. The walls were thin and we could hear everything happening outside. Some of the staff on reception didn't know english very well.
When I wanted another night mid week the price went up by $20-. Service I had at restaurants was poor & they will do you for every cent they can. Rome is amazing though.
The hotel is at a great location, I walked all over Rome on foot, the Colloseum is 15 minutes walk away, and even the Vatican is only 40 minutes of walk away (or 5 minutes on the metro). The rooms are small but nice, has everything you need if you're not planning to stay at the hotel all day, each room has it's own bathroom and shower. The breakfast is better than i expected, some coffee and bread, toast, chocolate, jam, juice and yogurt. A very nice place to stay overall
Most of the staff does not speak English, I've managed myself because I speak Russian as some of them. During the day there is almost always an English speaking person, but in the evenings it's a different story
