The staff were very helpful and the room most comfortable. We ate in the restaurant on the first evening and they did not have a menu for us to look at and only one choice of main course. |

The staff were most helpful. The rooftop bar was a great asset to hotel and we enjoyed having dring there every night. Location was quiet and as we like walking, suited our purpose. This was my third visit to Rome and Marcella Royale was best hotel so far. |

The staff were very helpful; the rooms were comfortable and reasonably well appointed. The hotel had an attractive area for breakfast on the top (7th) floor with large windows looking out over Rome, with St. Peter's in the distance. The breakfast provided was generous and buffet style. The outlook from our room was unattractive, as our view was basically a close look at the backs or sides or several other buildings. Also, we would have liked to have been able to make a cup of tea or coffee in our room, but there were no facilities to do so. |

Good location. Friendly staff with a nice room. Breakfast was very good with views from the roof bar. Very expensive to enjoy an evening drink in the bar so didn't use the facility as much I would of wanted. 10 Euro for an Irish coffee is ridiculas. Internet should be free in this day and age and no English papers. |

the hotel rooms are very small and just clean.breakfast is every day the same nothing speciall.very small breakfast place. 6 euro one hour internet. and also when they call us a taxi to go to airport it was a private car , they inform me from hotel that is fix price 50 euro..but the driver ask later 55...!!!! it is not like the photos on the booking .com , is hotel only if u are single and u need a cheap room. i do not recomend. |

The staff were very friendly and the location was good, altough slightly out of the thick of it. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathroom had a lovely power shower! |

We found the facilities in the room excellant. We were given a recently upgraded room which was very contemporary. The breakfasts were lovely and offered plenty of choice. The bar prices were expensive, however not unexpected. We would have appreciated more choice of english speaking channels on the TV. |

Location, roof terrace for breakfast and drinks outside in the sunshine. At Eur 115 this is good value (Eur 240 per day is poor value for "high" season) The shower curtain / bowl was so poor that it flooded the bathroom repeatedly. The rooms were on the small side, the bed firm but clean. We paid Eur 115 per day for low season which ended on 31st Aug and jumped to Eur 240 on 1st Sept for high season. At Eur 240 this is poor value |

Very clean and welcoming, staff friendly and very helpful. Room wonderful and made up each day, the rooftop area was so nice with a great variety of food for breakfast and night time snacks/drinks |

it was a pleasure to sit on the top floor terrace the bathroom was a bit small and i only had a small shower, i like to have both a bath and a shower, when in a hotel |

I like the Marcellea Hotel because you get what it says that is everything about the Hotel is Royal. The Transportation is great. |

Good location. Helpful staff. No bar area. Drinks could be served in dining room from 4 pm but only at dining tables and chairs. Good but resticted menu for light meals only. |

Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht das Erkunden von Rom sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit Bus und Metro. Die Dachterasse ist wunderschön und man kann ganz entspannt den Tag beginnen und ausklingen lassen. Der Service das Auto in der Parkgarage abzustellen hat sehr gut funktioniert. |
