Bra frukost, bra läge

Aircondition fungerade inte, varmt på rummet Priset för högt I förhållande till standarden Rekommenderar inte hotellet till det priset.

Det var ett trevligt litet hotel med bra läge. Lugnt och tyst. Kan gärna rekommendera detta. Till vänner.

Dåligt med gott bröd. Alldeles för mycket kakor

Rena och ljusa rum. Bra frukost. Förnämlig bilparkering (som skall bokas I förväg). Nära till arenan, Julias balkong och andra sevärdheter

Skulle gärna se några stora, internationella kanaler på TVn, typ cnn, bbc O.D. Fördragna gardiner täcker tyvärr luftkondioneringen.

Läget var fantastiskt bra med gångavstång till arenan och centrum.

Sur personal i receptionen. De gjorde reklam för spa-avdelningen på sin hemsida men det visade sig att den dels låg i ett annat hotell tvärs över gatan och dels att det kostade en massa pengar att utnyttja det!

I liked the hotel, It is nice and pretty, careful for the details. Rooms are small but comfy and quiet. Furniture are made of metal, with some ornaments, ceilings are wooden, bed's are comfortable. Breakfast was great, with lots of the special Italian sweets, fruits and so on. It's very close to the arena, so u can take a walk all over the center to see the city. 20-30Min with a car from the airport, but it's out of Verona little bit, it's easy to get to the arena with the public transport tho and from there 5 min walk to the hotel.

We stayed there twice. The first time the room was not too big, but ok, even with a small room for the baggage and clothes, with a balcony. The second time we got a room on the third floor which was pretty small. Like roof room. So the rooms 1-11 are the second floor, I recommend.

Nice big room

Our room was in an annexe with the spa whose staff ignored us completely. The room did not seem equipped as a normal hotel room - no drawers in the bedroom, for example, no glasses in the mini-bar. High wooden ceiling through which you could hear every footstep from the room above. No lounge. Cold & unwelcoming.

Location was good. Chocolates & champagne on arrival was nice.

Breakfast was not very good. Room was small & dark.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. At breakfast we were offered a range of foods and it was good value. The location was excellent for the city and easy to find.

This is very good hotel and we like almost all. Our superior room was great, big enough and we really like it. Whirpool bath was also very nice. Breakfasts were usual for Italy - not very interesting, but tasty. Staff were attentive, almost all of them speak english. Location of the hotel also very good - it's only a few minutes to Castelveccio and Arena.

I think for 3-star hotel all was great. No free internet is not a disadvantage for this price.

Only the location, in between the city and the central station for those willing to make day trips to other places

Small rooms, no light in the room, and it stinks. The breakfast was poor, only one kind of cheese for example, but if you like sweets for the morning, then it is ok I guess. The room walls were very thin so we could hear the next room even they were only sneezing. I would not go or recommend this hotel to anyone. It ruined our holiday.

I like design of the hotel, with ships and murals and glass foor.. An the breakfast was very good. Also, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom were excelent, that impressed me a lot!

I didnt like the fact I have to go the other building for breakfast, because it was cold and it is not such a good option if you just got up from bed and took a shower. Secondly, the room smelled like dirty socks from the very second I entered inside.And the staff spoke poor english.
