Good localization - 100 m to Termini Station (direct conection to Fumicino Airport), City center; breakfest - simple but better then I expected - Very small single room; air-condition - not working; wi-fi - not working in the room (only at reception); very high price comparing to quality; it's rather 2 star hotel; the city transport is good in Rome, so next time I will find some better hotel

The location was excellent as it was close (3 minutes walking distance)to the main train station and many tour operators can be found there. The staff were a bit cold except one lady who comes in the morning. She was great. Probably, it was the language barrier.

The location is convenient, right next to termini station. The room was clean and comfortable, if basic, and the free breakfast was very good. I didn't always feel safe in the area, it's definitely on the fringes of a dodgy area.

Good Breakfats, clean hotel, good location, near to the railway station The staff on the reception was very stupid, not friendly, doing mistakes with payment and not happy to answer your questions. They need new staff on the reception.

Good location in 1 min to TERMINI traffic city station: easy travel to all city and regional places. Clean, all facilities in rooms, acceptible breakfast buffet. Some discomfort with internet connection. It is free but you should to pass registration (to call from phone to special number to get pass) every 24 hours. And it is not work perfectly.

I liked the location of the hotel. The room was tidy and the breakfast was fairly ok. The shower water was quite cold and almost no water at all came out of the shower. A lot of tv channels were available but only one was in english language.

The hotel was small but cosy. The stuff was really friendly and the rooms were nice. The bed was very confortable. The bathroom was ok but a renovation wouldnt be such a bad idea. Breakfast was good. It had cakes, eggs, croissant, cheese, ham, milk, variety of yogurt, cereal. What more can anyone ask for? The hotel is just a block away from the Termini station (3 minutes walk) which makes moving around the city really easy. Next to the metro & the bus station. Termini is also the drop off point of buses from and to the airport. So really convinient. I would definetely stay again! The bathroom needs to be renovated.

Location is excellent as it is two minute walk to termini and you can get anywhere in Rome and further if you need.Staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to say about hotel but Rome itself is poorly sign posted for main attractions

Location was ideal for travellers without cars - within 2 minutes walk of Termini station. Free wifi was fast and reliable, staff were helpful, room was kept spotless. The room was a little small - even for a single.

Excellent value small hotel with plenty of good restaurants on the doorstep. 5 minutes walk from bus station and train station. 25 minute walk to colloseum, trevi fountain. 1 hour 15 mins walk to Vatican. Excellent double glazing keeps noise out. Air con isnt great and opening excellent double glazed windows isnt an option at night as its a noisy area

Hotel is very near to train station, and many restaurants. Only one lady of the staff, she is so helpful, and speaks very good English, and she know the city well to advice of where to go to see and visit, or to eat. Air Condition is very poor, breakfast is very ordinary, other stuff of the reception they can't speak English and can't help, also wifi supposed to be free, and it is not, as it is a complicated instructions and only for mobile phones, not for iPads or laptops.
