close to the city's center, next to Rialto, clean, comfortable room for three persons.I would visit again There were not working hours for the stuff. The carpenter was working all the afternoon, the maids also were cleaning almost all day, making o lot of noise. |

Accessability to everything that Venice had to offer...very central. Reception was very helpful. With an exception of one member of reception we asked for a nice restaurant, he gave us a card of a restaurant that completly ripped us off!! We received 3 different menues. One with prices, one without and on receiving the bill & questioning it, we received a third menue with higher prices to concur with the high price of our bill...very unhappy we were. |

Location was the key to this hotel. The room was incredibly basic and possibly the worst room we have stayed in , in Venice. Carpets in hallway/stairs dirty and unpleasant. |

It was located on the Grand Canal just steps away from the Rialto Bridge. Close to shopping and tourist areas. Close to tourist areas. The hotel was very nice, would stay again. |

Staff friendly and helpfull after a bit of confusion about prepaid arrangement. This was sorted out without argument. View of bridge and cannal excelent. Cooked breakfast was cold. But all other good and breakfast room well organised. The room we stayed in was very small. I would recommend this hotel but with reservations. |

The convenience of the hotel to all popular tourist spots. Most staff were very helpful, the decor left a lot to be desired but it was very clean but the food was basic for the hotel rates. The first room we were put into was so cramped we could not open bathroom door because the bed was in the way. |

good location. close to sightseeing place. water bus located on opposit side of hotel. you need to walk across bridge (many steps). it was very tough when you need to carry luggages. hotel itself, room is small, dark, no elevator |

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very close to all parts of the city. I would stay there again, as there is not much more choice in such a central location, but this does not justify the expense. We booked a 'classic double room' with the promise of a free upgrade to a 'superior' room if available. On our first night we stayed in a classic room... which was a joke! There was barely enough room to walk around the bed, and there wasn't enough room to open the bathroom door. Anyone more than a size 12 would have really struggled to go to the bathroom!! |

The hotel was in an excellent location for shopping, eating, transport and generally watching the world go by. The hotel breakfast was also excellent. Very nice bathroom but the room itself, whilst adequate, could do with updating. |

The position was perfect, a few metres from the Rialto Bridge in Venice. It was excellent value for money which was good because with the low value of the pound everything else was extremely expensive. It was quite noisy, but that was probably inevitable being in such a prime location. The breakfast was average. |

Good breakfast, lots of choice, ideal location to main sites and vaporetto stop. rate was good as everything in Venice is expensive!!!! no free upgrade as advertised, no free wine in room as advertised but it was provided when asked. |

I found all the staff helpful and friendly and would certainly stay there again. It was in a great location and central but quiet and was just what we expected. The bathroom was absolutely fine and there was plenty of hot water. The room itself could do with a new coat of paint but this is only a minor fault. |

Excellent room, service, recommendations for food and activities. Perfect location. They even gave us capes for the night to wear for carnival for free! It was loud outside -this is the only drawback I can think of, but I would absolutely go back to the hotel, and the noise is due to the excellent location and because it was Carnival so people were out late. |

The position of the hotel is so central, breakfast excellent, the 3 restaurants in front of the hotel even though a bit expensive were a great experience to be able to sit overlooking the Grand Canal in the middle of winter, food very good and I highly recommend having the Italian apertif Spritz. |
