Some, but not all, of the personnell were not very friendly.
Narrow and a bit cosy Hotel
Breakfast staff no manners and have angry type of staff have only 2 to serve so many guests
The first day we had no room in the hotel booked and got put to the sister property which was fine but not ideal. Breakfast was not the best but coffee was good
I liked when we were able to check-in to our booked hotel the second day, the staff were friendly and the location was spot-on
the room was very warm and could not adjust the thermometer.
staff eager to do whatever to make our stay great.
air con didn't work well and nosy if opened the window
great value for money stayed in a room for four
It's a shame that there aren't tea-making facilities. The heating is higher than it needs to be.
The position is excellent. The hotel is comfortable. The staff are pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast room was not too inviting, relative to the rest of the facilities.
The view was wonderfull. The cleanliness was excellent.
Good location, big room, good price
96 stairs to the forth floor
Being in the middle of everything and on the grand canal
The single room is really small and the widow is too dificult to open for fresh air.
Very nice location, near the Riato bridge with very beautiful view. Unforgettable day and night stayed there... Thanks a lot to Livio..
Some people might find lack of elevator a problem, however most of the rooms is on the 1st floor (above ground)
Although takes some time to walk from railway station (head to Rialto) once you get there it is great starting point for discovering Venice. It is just 10 min walk to S.Marco and there are a lot of restaurants bars and shops nearby.
the venezia street is quite similar. i got loss last time with bad weather. better to using the gps before going a place.
the location is not really well when you go to there first time.but is good for travel.
Great location near Rialto bridge. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Room very clean. Great breakfast included. ++++++highly recommend
congested size of the room but that is not a problem as most of the time you spend it outside in the city and only use it for sleeping at night.
The location of the hotel is very well placed and near the center of the Venice city and all the good places to see are near from the Hotel. The boat station to both train station and other important location is just in front of the hotel.
Thin walls meant we could hear the amorous couple next door very well!
Fantastic Location near the Rialto Bridge. Venetian decor. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
The beds weren't that comfortable. The shower wasn't the best. And the wifi connection was bad. Only minor things.
We liked that it was close to the famous bridge and the grand canal.
No or expensive wifi. This seems to be the norm in venice so no real issues with this.
Really loved it here. Will stay again as the location is fantastic. No long walks to vaporetto stops and located in a very central buzzy area. We loved it, loads of history and character.
Wh-fi (hit and miss)
We own a 4 star guest house in Eastbourne (Brayscroft House) and we always feel at home here
Tea n coffee making facility not availability
Room comfort ..balcony and view... shower...reception area....staff... area....beautiful thankyou
At the center of venice. Easy to reach every where.
No elevator, but our luggage was taken upstairs by the service man!
Location, Price, Breakfast, Friendly atmosphere!
No cooling only heating
The bathroom was superb
Because of the location being so close to Rialto and restaurants, it was a bit noisy in early morning and at night.
The staff were very nice all throughout our stay. I booked this hotel on a very stressful time when we missed our flight but it was worth the money. The room was clean and nice. The only downside is we were on the 4rth floor and there was no lift available.
No elevator - especially hard with room on 4th floor and large luggage. Hotel needs a computer/printer for guests to use/print documents.
Great location next to Rialto Bridge Large room compared to other Hotels. Very clean Very friendly staff Very near Water Taxi Very near food/shopping
Random change of room rate just a day difference!
Accessibility and friendliness of the dining staff and front desk.
