Really loved it here. Will stay again as the location is fantastic. No long walks to vaporetto stops and located in a very central buzzy area. We loved it, loads of history and character.
No or expensive wifi. This seems to be the norm in venice so no real issues with this.
We own a 4 star guest house in Eastbourne (Brayscroft House) and we always feel at home here
Wh-fi (hit and miss)
Room comfort ..balcony and view... shower...reception area....staff... area....beautiful thankyou
Tea n coffee making facility not availability
At the center of venice. Easy to reach every where.
Location, Price, Breakfast, Friendly atmosphere!
No elevator, but our luggage was taken upstairs by the service man!
The bathroom was superb
No cooling only heating
The staff were very nice all throughout our stay. I booked this hotel on a very stressful time when we missed our flight but it was worth the money. The room was clean and nice. The only downside is we were on the 4rth floor and there was no lift available.
Because of the location being so close to Rialto and restaurants, it was a bit noisy in early morning and at night.
Great location next to Rialto Bridge Large room compared to other Hotels. Very clean Very friendly staff Very near Water Taxi Very near food/shopping
No elevator - especially hard with room on 4th floor and large luggage. Hotel needs a computer/printer for guests to use/print documents.
Accessibility and friendliness of the dining staff and front desk.
Random change of room rate just a day difference!
The hotel was in a wonderful location right near the Rialto Bridge with all the attractions within an easy walking distance. The room was comfy with all he conveniences required. They even had two table reserved for guest to use on the boardwalk right out the front of the hotel
The hotel location was wonderful Could not ask any better.
A nice bottle of Prosecco waited for us in the room, which offered the most splendid view of the Rialto bridge from the balcony. The view was actually the only reason why we selected this hotel.
We stayed there for one night and spent about one hour in total at the balcony. At a rate of 737 Euros per night, this means that the extra cost of that hour was at least 500 Euros. I can think of many alternative ways to spend that sum of money...but since we chose the room in spite of the price, we cannot complain. But this expensive room was tiny, the bed very hard and breakfast served in the cellar. Ok at max 200 Euros but not at the price we paid.
Great location on the Grand Canal by the Rialto Bridge. You can sip your coffee at reserved tables right on the bank of the canal and watch Venice wake up.
Not convenient when you have bags - lots of steps to cross the bridge and no elevator in the hotel. They put us on the 4th floor into a large quiet room, and a porter carried up our heavy bags, but it was still tiring for these aging knees.
Walls made of paper
Great location Great view
Nice room w/ shampoo and safe. Good location.
Bad breakfast. Wifi's not working at all. The natural wake-up call(old italian men shouting from the street) started way to early every morning.
clean room, clean bathroom, fridge in room, staff, location, choices for breakfast.
food- hot breakfast should be hot not Luke warm.
The location thats it!
Terrible breakfeast Noisy neighbors Bed bugs Offering a double bed while its two single beds pushed together Denying the fact of bedbugs and saying its only mosquitos
The location is exquisite . right at Rialto Bridge , with the vaporetto stop facing the hotel , and in the midway of all of Venice attractions . a pleasant area for night , and charming views at morning time before the crowds . the whole atmosphere reminds you of the Venetian culture and history . Frederico , the receptionist , was very polite , helpful and friendly with a delicate perfect attitude . clean rooms and toilet sets . excellent wifi .
Somewhat expensive for the room condition . we stayed in a triple room , and for 300 euros per night , we expected a marvelous room . it was very modest and basic .
Location Location Location Beautiful old fashioned room Breakfast was included and offered a wide range hot and cold.
Quite noisy (was in a room facing a side street with a restaurant)
I like the location
If you have a lot of luggage its gonna be a hassle for you as you need to cross the bridge(imagine very huge bridge)
Smell in foyer. It wasn't coming from outside.
Location, and staff. Perfect spot just steps from the Rialto bridge. Air conditioning worked well. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfasts were very good and substantial with eggs, bacon, cold cuts, etc.
very small room, slow internet access
The location of the hotel was excellent, being right by Rialto Bridge. Just outside the hotel entrance there are restaurants overlooking the the Grand Canal, which created a lively atmosphere.
There are no lifts and too many corridors before we could reach our hotel room which was on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was not good at all, with limited variety to pick from.
