Walls made of paper
Great location Great view
Nice room w/ shampoo and safe. Good location.
Bad breakfast. Wifi's not working at all. The natural wake-up call(old italian men shouting from the street) started way to early every morning.
clean room, clean bathroom, fridge in room, staff, location, choices for breakfast.
food- hot breakfast should be hot not Luke warm.
The location thats it!
Terrible breakfeast Noisy neighbors Bed bugs Offering a double bed while its two single beds pushed together Denying the fact of bedbugs and saying its only mosquitos
Location Location Location Beautiful old fashioned room Breakfast was included and offered a wide range hot and cold.
Quite noisy (was in a room facing a side street with a restaurant)
I like the location
If you have a lot of luggage its gonna be a hassle for you as you need to cross the bridge(imagine very huge bridge)
Smell in foyer. It wasn't coming from outside.
Location, and staff. Perfect spot just steps from the Rialto bridge. Air conditioning worked well. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfasts were very good and substantial with eggs, bacon, cold cuts, etc.
very small room, slow internet access
The location of the hotel was excellent, being right by Rialto Bridge. Just outside the hotel entrance there are restaurants overlooking the the Grand Canal, which created a lively atmosphere.
There are no lifts and too many corridors before we could reach our hotel room which was on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was not good at all, with limited variety to pick from.
location was nice. staff was good.
no facilities in the room even to have some boiled water or cup of tea.
location is great breakfast was good
bad smell in 108 room not good value for money, too expensive minibar was not cooling bed was next to the wall
staff in the restaurant - one guy was trying to seat people in his own logic, ignoring their preferences even when there were plenty of free places, he also asked us three times to tell him our room number and two times took our key from the table to have a look at the room number as if it was his key. WiFi was not working properly, it was possible to get connected only sporadically
Area is in Rialto Bridge, near everything.
Mo wifi!! They advertise with wifi but their wifi only works at the lobby. Small room, no view, thin walls, mo elevator.
The location cannot be beat- right on the Grand Canal, three doors away from the Rialto Bridge. Breakfast is nice- typical European breakfast. The staff are all quite nice. Our room was fine for three people- one single bed and a queen bed. Bathroom was very nice. They welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco which was lovely on a hot summer afternoon.
Parts of the hotel could use a redo- carpets look a little worn on the upper level. Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, no matter what.
Lication was superb
Wifi was poor
It is a few steps from the Rialto Bridge.
The air conditioner is terrible. It's not very clean. No elevator. The breakfast was cold and yucky.
The location is right on the Rialto Bridge - all ferries & airport ferries stop there, as well it's easy to find when wondering the streets of Venice. Breakfast is pretty good with much variety, when it's fullly available (see my negative points regarding breakfast staff). Bar fridge is great, though not entirely very cold inside & temperature not changeable. A fantastic Phillippino employee that helps everywhere he can - front desk, luggage store & delivery to room, at breakfast etc. He is very friendly & welcoming. The bathroom is fantastic - really good shower & water pressure, with constant hot & cold water, good size bathroom & bidet as well. Large wardrobe storage space, with hanging & folding areas + in room safe.
The front desk girl says nasty things about the guests in Italian - very unprofessional. The breakfast staff (2 women) are useless, don't clear tables & give you verbal abuse when you ask for plates, cutlery or to clear the table. This means there is nowhere clear to sit at breakfast, nor do you have plates, cutlery etc!! The rooms are tiny - really tiny, especially for 3 adults. There are many flights of stairs for most of the accommodation - you won't need the gym for months after a few nights here! In fairness this place is in original form & thus no lifts exist, which is part of the beauty & the location. I only mention it here so that others will know, especially elderly, injured or disabled travellers. You will learn to appreciate the stairs when working off all those gelato ice creams!
Loction and convenience of cafés, shopping & View.
The rooms were hot, the pillows stink as well as the bedspreads! There were no amenities, business center, room service or concierge really. Way too pricey for what it is!!
The location is amazing! The neighborhood nearby has a very local feel, and the local market nearby has wonderful fruit! The view onto the Grand Canal from our room the last two nights was perfect. We had a little balcony overlooking the water. The room itself was great. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was also great. The location was easily reachable and everything was within walking distance. We only used the water taxi's to go to and from the airport. We really enjoyed out stay here! The restaurants near the hotel are in a beautiful location, but very touristy.
The internet was very spotty, it actually didn't work for a day and a half. But the hotel staff was wonderful and helped me check our flights on their computer.
Incredibly helpful staff at an unbelievable location- I was not expecting to be on the Grand Canal! Meant getting lost wasn't an option.. Room was so quiet, fab shower and the air con and wifi were the best out of the places I've stayed in Italy. Breakfast was great. Can't complain - made my stay a lot more comfortable after walking around all day in Venice.
Walking directions to Hotel slightly wrong (send you down a private road that you can't access), but once I asked Information at the station for directions it was so straightforward.
The position is excellent!
Room number 1 is a bit noisy because a (ventilator?) across the hall area in a locked room. We were advised that the noise will end in the evening but it did not happened. Close to midnight when we got asleep the noise was still there.
Great location. Super helpful staff. Would stay there again
