The room was just what we needed. Close to everything. a place we could walk all day and feel that it was close enough to everything to take a rest and go again The room was a bit noisy, clattering of dishes and people outside in the ally talking loudly. It however added to the experience of being in the center of Venice. |

in the center of the city A staff supported me very much,but recommend very expensive tours.Staffs in the restaurant do not smile , so not confortable. The bathroom stinks. Nevertheless, I still like this hotel. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and exactly as described. Excellent location in the herat of the action. Great if you only have a few nights to get to know Venice. No bar area with service to sit and have a drink. Room did have a stocked fridge |

We loved the view over the Canal once they upgraded us to a front room, although it was quite small. Very friendly, efficient staff. Delicious breakfast and very attractive breakfast room. It's very central, with lots of nice restaurants along the canal. We were first in a darkish back room, which was not exactly value for money, (despite the nice bathroom it had) but then got upgraded and were very happy. |

It was in a brilliant location, the rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was brilliant. It was a bit noisy but that is only to be expected because of the location. Also the croissants at breakfast have marmelade in them - would be better plain! |

very central location. The hotel is totally unsuitable for anyone above middle age or with any disability as there is no lift. We were on the fourth floor and after a day of hard walking the last thing we needed was that climb! The lack of a bar or restaurant would discourage us from returning. |
