I wanted to like them... I really did... But two words: bed bugs! They have a bed bug problem. I got bitten 3 nights in a row even though they changed our room to a "newly renovated" room. What made me mad about it is that they were shocked that I had gotten bitten in the new room... But not in the first room we were in... Which tells me they knew they were putting me and my children in a room with bed bugs. One of the staff tried to tell me they were mosquito bites but it was snowing outside... Way too cold for mosquitoes. I googled the bites and they look exactly like classic bed bug bites- 3 in a row, referred to as breakfast, lunch, and dinner... Bed bugs.

Bed bugs- beware! I have bites on my arms, neck, and face! Do not stay at this hotel! Read my comments above. While the location is great if you want to be near the Termini station, this was not a great hotel. The breakfast was poor and the beds...don't let the photos on the website fool you. They are nothing more than cots... And the. Most. Uncomfortable. Cots. Ever. They have slats with a metal bar that curves up underneath them. It is like sleeping on a hill. Our backs were screaming in pain each morning. Even our kids complained how sore they were. Didn't sleep well at all because of the beds and oh, did I mention the bed bugs? Pass on this one.

Poor enough breakfast. Very little fruit and yogurt only available one day. Definitely could improve in this area

Very basic hotel.

We were very comfortable,the only thing is we had booked two double rooms but when we arrived after our long flight our friends were put in another hotel in the same building on the fourth floor,which was unfair as it was booked one month ahead but they gave them a room next to us thew next day but on the whole it is a very good hotel,and the sevice and staff are very helpful the breakfast too was very good, shall stay there again if we do come back to Rome

Airconditioner was not working room very stuffy with window shut.Asked for 1 double and 2 singles because I had my adult childern with us and they had to sleep in a bunk bed not too good for my son who is 187cm apart that the accomation was great

Buena ubicación, personal muy amable y atentos dispuestos a solucionar cualquier duda o problema.

El comedor donde se desayuna es bastante pequeño y el desyuno buffet poco variado y repetitivo.

W-Lan gegen Gebühren...das Frühstück ist zwar ok, aber man könnte ruhig darauf verzichten und einen viel leckereren Kaffee woanders trinken...Einzelzimmer ist zwar sauber, aber eher ein Abstellkammer, als Zimmer

Mangelfull frokost (gikk bl.A. Tom for rundstykker). Elendig kaffemaskin. Små rom. Slitt/utslitt utstyr på rom (vask, toilett, bad, vinduer osv) Kan dette være et 3-stjerners hotell?? Oppvasken fra frokost gikk manuelt I kum I bardisken Toilett virket av og til. Anbefales med advarsel om noe lav standard.

Gostamos do conforto, do tamanho do banheiro e da limpeza. Mas achamos a decoração muito pesada, muito escuro, apesar de limpo. Como fica no terceiro andar, precisamos passar pela entrada do prédio, que é muito descuidada. Dá a impressão que o hotel será também.

La decoración casposa tanto de la habitación como de las zonas comunes. El baño necesita reforma total. El inmueble está muy envejecido. En España sería una pensión mala. Precio 90 euros/noche!!! Lo cogí a la desesperada. Nada recomendable.
