Walking distance to/from train station so you didnt have to travel far at all with all of your luggage. Not too far from all of Romes tourist attractions so you could walk to most of them. Breakfast was good and it kept us going until dinner time. |

The location was next to the train station, and good for using the transit system. Both front desk staff spoke excellent english and were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good.. The entrance to the hotel is a large dirty open lobby of a tall building and the hotel itself is on the third floor accessible by a very small, plyboard elevator - unsettling by us standards. |

Location was the most important consideration. Our stay became more pleasing with the presence of John in the reception and Irene, the kind and efficient cleaning lady. The elevator was too small for 2 persons carrying 3 luggages. |

The only good thing was that the room was clean. Did not like anything about the hotel. Got there after 5:30 pm after a long flight and was advise that the room was not ready. Once I got the room , it was very small and the breakfast was really bad.. |

hotel is clean and walking distance from Termini. Front desk staff speaks English. My room AC did not work well so, i have to request for an electric fan in the middle of the night. Breakfast is served starting at 7am. We left early to catch our train and hotel did not agree to our request for packed breakfast. |

Staff were helpful with maps and directions. Hotel is VERY close to Roma Termini (train station) so that you can walk rather than take a taxi. Air conditioning barely worked. Shower head kept falling off. Room has a mini fridge which did not work and some items in the fridge were ... rotten. Hotel does not have a communal ice machine, so if you want ice they will give a few cubes to you in a glass. |

Convenient location, good value for central Rome and one of the few hotels with a family room for 5 which was recently rennovated. No frills but none needed. Staff were friendly, very helpful and always available to answer questions. |

On our first night, there was no hot water and we were put into another hotel which was uncomfortable. The second night we were in Marco Polo and the room was comfortable and very clean. At the time, having to wait, as our room was not ready on arrival and we had to go to another hotel, and the second night back at Marco Polo, we once again had to wait for the room to be ready, it should have been ready since the previous day already as we had booked two nights |

Marco Polo at first gave a very small, poor and ugly room. Then they offered me to get a new, comfortable and nice room. Of course i would want to have a nicer room... but then they charged me additional. In the website, the room that was shown, is not the ugly one... i think this is their tactics to be able to sell their room. They offer lower price on the internet... |

The staff were all very helpful, and treated us with a high degree of respect. It was an easy hotel to find and we were within a 100 yards of the train, metro and buses which made it invaluable to find our way around. The room needed a coat of paint but saying that they were refurbishing the hotel. We could hear the people staying in the next room to us occasionally. |

Lo mejor es la cercania a termini desde donde puedes coger todos los buses para ver la ciudad. La habitacion era grande y limpia y el desayuno lo que se espera del precio que pagas, desayuno continental sencillo pero copioso. Hicimos la reserva con una visa electron y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que booking no trabajaba con ella, asi que no teniamos las dos habitaciones reservadas. Solo teniamos una, el de recepcion hizo lo posible y al final nos consiguio otra. La habitacion tenia un olor a amoniaco un poco insoportable asi que la tuvimos que ventilar dos dias para poder dormir a gusto. En general bien |

Internet bezprzewodowy okazał się płatny. Na booking.com był oferowany jako bezpłatny, a to była jedna z podstawowych cech jaką kierowaliśmy się wybierając hotel. |

Su ubicación es excelente para los turistas que llegan a través de la Termini y que además quieran conocer Roma. El lugar es tranquilo y la entrada al hotel es bonita y más accesible que otros de la zona (teniendo en cuenta la generalidad de poco espacio en hotelería de Roma). El desayuno es bastante completo y organizado. Es uno de los pocos que encontré con habitación cuádruple. |

Instalaciones, ubicación, comida y sobre todo el personal, es muy atento.Tan pronto hacemos check in nos dieron un mapa de la ciudad y consejos de los mejores lugares para ir de compras, comer, bailar, etc. El hotel es tan bueno que quisimos quedarnos más tiempo, es una lástima que no tenía habitaciones disponibles. Sin embargo, el personal se encargó de remitirnos a un hotel cercano de la misma red y hasta se encargaron de nuestro equipaje mientras nosotros disfrutábamos de la ciudad! Muy considerado de su parte! El sistema de calentador de agua es central (para todas las habitaciones), por lo que a veces había que esperar para bañarse con agua caliente. Como crítica constructiva, deberían optimizar ese aspecto. De resto, todo estupendo |
