It was all ok only the matress was a bit uncomfortable but the rest was fine. Breakfast was good and all was fresh.

The location is excelent and the facilities are good and clean

Airconditioner was not working room very stuffy with window shut.Asked for 1 double and 2 singles because I had my adult childern with us and they had to sleep in a bunk bed not too good for my son who is 187cm apart that the accomation was great

Its location near Termini Station.

I had booked a smoking room and I got a non-smoking one. On the website, they were saying that the rooms had safe boxes, but they did not. I had booked a matrimonial bed, but I got instead two beds put together.There is not even a carpet on the floor. The walls are very thin, so one can hear everything that happens in the other rooms. Lousy breakfast. The inside courtyard (which the window of the room faces) is full of trash. The water at at the toilet won't flush sooner than every other 5 minutes. You only get one glass in the room, even if you are two persons. Finally, the blanket provided is not entirely clean.

Goed verzorgd hotel.

Wat kleine kamer, werd gecompenseerd doordat het gewoon goed verzorgd was.

Personalen flyttade oss till annat rum när vi var borta, utan att vi hade blivit varskodda om det I förväg. Nya gäster flyttade in, så när vi kom tillbaka fick vi gå in I deras rum för att ta ut våra saker ut säkerhetsskåpen. Lösa klädesplagg försvann vid flytten de gjorde. Dessa fick vi tillbaka, men först efter flera påpekanden och efter att ha hänvisats av han I receptionen till städerskan. Andra gäster blev också flyttade under vår vistelse. Extremt lite engagerad personal, som mer ägnade sig åt att skylla på varandra, än att ta ansvar för att representera hotellet som verksamnet. Utlovat frukostutbud fanns inte i verkligheten, om något som fanns tog slut på bufen fick vi be om att mer togs fram. Men det kanske inte är konstigt om det är samma person som ska städa, diska (för hand), duka fram, duka av osv osv.

Ubicación perfecta al lado de la Estación Termini. Personal atento y profesional. Instalaciones cuidadas, buena limpieza, no hay ruidos por la noche.En general muy bien, volvería.

El desayuno. Considero que es pobre, mucha bollería pero falta embutido, zumo en condiciones, porque el que ponen parece anticongelante, y algún yogurt o más variedad de fruta.

Habitación tranquila (a patio). Buena cama

La decoración casposa tanto de la habitación como de las zonas comunes. El baño necesita reforma total. El inmueble está muy envejecido. En España sería una pensión mala. Precio 90 euros/noche!!! Lo cogí a la desesperada. Nada recomendable.

De receptie was erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam.De ligging van dit hotel is super. Dicht bij de metro en de verbinding van het vliegveld naar het station was makkelijk.Dit hotel ligt gunstig voor een stedentrip.

De kaners zijn gehorig en de sanitaire voorziengingen werken niet optimaal. De douche was erg klein en het water liep slecht weg.
