The room was really very small, they didn't cleaned the carpet in our room. The Shower was broken, bathroom was extremelly small, and dark. No air in the room. We bought a breakfast in the hotel and they were realy poor. Crousan was old and the coffee not like in Italy. |

Aurora the lady at the front desk is extremly nice and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the city and different things to do other than the tourist activities. She really made the stay nice and comfortable. The room smelled a bit musty. Breakfast was not included in the rate. |

The bedrooms we booked were very tiny, the bathroom design was not at all thought out, there was no shower curtain, so the water sprayed all over the room, and you couldn't sit on the loo properly as the bidet was too close to the toilet to allow room for your legs!! |

The price was accurate to the location and description. The ambience and aestetics were very modern and pleasant. The hotel was extremely loud due to the other guests loud music, the cleaning staff talking on their cell phone. Additionally, there was zero airflow, thus causing us to get horribly sick. Also, there is no shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries. |

Location of the hotel is excellent for city trips. Nice romantic building. The room and the corridor was recently renovated and it looks nice, well designed. We had nice view to a lovely square from our window. Bathroom was extremely small, water came out to the floor from the shower and basin, so the floor in the bathroom was always watery. There was often no hot water so we had to ask for it. Heating system was not the best. We had TV in the room but didn't got remote control for it. |

The only good thing was the location - central to most things either for shopping or sight seeing. Tiny room very bad value for money considering the amenities provided. Breakfast at extra Euro 5 was a total waste of money - coffee from a machine (which delivered luke warm water), thankfully we did not book to include breakfast so for the other days, we ate out. |

My room (standard) was very dark (windows to the courtyard). If you are looking for a bright room with windows towards the (cute) street, the "superior-rooms" are the better option! The breakfast is not included (5€) for booking.com clients. If I'd knew that, I would have gone to a bar for a "caffé-cornetto". |

Small room. No frigo bar. No breakfast included in the rate. Advance payment upon arrival. Discoteque with loud music inside the same building which make it impossible to sleep well over the weekend. |

A lot of reviews for this hotel complained about its old and falling apart condition but we had no such problem. The hotel is actually renovated and we had a very nice room with a huge bed and even a mini fridge, small tv, and ice cool AC. Aurora at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, as was Neeraj the night guy. Its certainly not a 5 star hotel but its very comfy and for its location, the price can't be beat. We walked everywhere during our 5 night stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome. -MG Room was tiny. No computers or business center. Breakfast wasn't included. |

During my stay in this hotel I was excited by staff of this hotel. Aurora(I hope i wrote name correctly) was just wonderfull. Location of the hotel was just great. As my main goal during staying in this hotel was city trip, I am glad that I have chosen this hotel. I didn`t like the comfort in the rooms, there was bad airconditioning. |

The marcus was clean and the staff was friendly. The Front desk staff also spoke some english. It was also in an excellent location, less than 10 minutes to Las Ramblas, and about 15 minutes to the beach, and close to great shopping and eating. My room also had a balcony, many do not, so be careful about that. Also, check in the Internet room downstairs, there are tons of brochures with ideas and maps and coupons! (if you bring your own laptop the hotel has free wifi connection) Slightly loud at night if you are on the front of the building, but we were up late anyways so it was not an issue for us. |

The staff was very welcoming and warm. They also gave us some good advice. It was an excellent value for the location! Our room's AC unit wasn't working while we were there, so it wasn't as cool as we would have liked. Also, some of the lights were out and it was pretty dark in the room at night. |

The hotel is situated in the center of the city, so that we can reach all important spots quite easily. The room was extremely small for 3 people and the air conditioning was defect, Apparently the hotel has been half renovated and the rooms offered over Booking.com are the old ones, which are not renovated yet. The night guard was not really pleasant. |

I liked the location, it is really near from most of the attractions. The pictures showed in the web are not showing the real Hotel. The rooms are really and extremely smalls and the building is not good prepare for a Hotel (no roof in some part of the Hotel). |
