The hotel is situated in the center of the city, so that we can reach all important spots quite easily. The room was extremely small for 3 people and the air conditioning was defect, Apparently the hotel has been half renovated and the rooms offered over Booking.com are the old ones, which are not renovated yet. The night guard was not really pleasant. |

great location. good value for money if u want a room to use as a base only from which to enjoy rome as its clean and staff are helpful. if u want luxury or spend time in the room this isnt the place. a little more updated decor wouldn't go astray nor a better accessway to our room. |

It's a small, friendly and quite well situated hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Nice staff, one's very friendly. The hotel has a bit of a nostalgic charme to it, with a real key you hand in when you leave, an old mable stair and a locked gate with a bell down by the street. On the other hand, I found a free wifi connection there, fast, too, and that brings it back into the 21 century. On the negative side, the bathroom is very cramped, someone decided to put a bidet just in front of the toilet and the shower, leaving too little space. There is ample space for your clothes, but the wardrobe is in an open niche, and sort of on top of the tiny TV. |

The hotel was very Central and the owner friendly and helpful Yes, the first room we were allocated did not have a wardrobe and was very basic in comparision to the photos on the website. We were transfered to a better room which was just standard but clean and quieter |

Very reasonable price for a centrally located hotel. Only several blocks from the the Spanish Steps (and the Metro). Also not far from Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Via Del Corso, Castel San't Angelo and Trevi Fountain. The lady who worked at the front desk during the day was very friendly and helpful. All rooms have their own baths. Would stay here again. Heater was broken in our room (but they gave us a new extra comforter). Had to be buzzed in everytime you want to go in the hotel. Shower door did not close the whole way and toilet lid was loose. (all minor issues) |

The bed in single room is big The location acutally very bad, although it is near Spanish steps only 400m, but it near piazza nicosia only 10m, there are some bars and restaurant that will make unpleasant noise just when you back at night and need sleeping! The noise will not disappear untill mid night. Also this hotel just is located at the corner of main street Ripetta, too many traffics! Especially in early morninG! |
