Great location near the Via Corso. Clean room if a bit small. Basic breakfast,

Shabby entrance for a smart hotel. Hotel was up 2 flights of steps but there was a lift.

Location of hotel

Very small room could hardly walk around beds to get to bathroom. Entrance lobby paint peeling and grubby looking. Beds were so close together no room for bedside tables. Went to Rome with my grown up daughter two women need a bit more space to get ready.

Perfect location, very friendly staff, rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. It was a great pleasure to stay here.

Nothing, everything was fine

The location was second to none, 5 minutes from Spanish Steps.

The room was very small so if you have a lot of luggage it would be tricky but when onlu there for a couple of nights not a problem. The shower sprayed all over the bathroom floor. The worst thing was there was a night club underneath the hotel so until we got ear plugs for the second night it was hard to sleep. Once we had ear plugs it was fine though.

It was rather cold (January, +10C outside). Several nights loud music played on the street ('piano bar')

It is not a stand alone hotel facility. The hotel is located on the second floor (not unusual for Rome) with other spaces occupied by various businesses. Once you understand this the accommodations are comfortable and small but adequate. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Centrally located within walking distance of major tourist sites.

First we were allocated in standard room although we have paid for superior room.the standard room was terrible because of small area.the water was flowing under sink in the bathroom,therefore the air was very dambness. No breakfast except of cup of tea and kruasan. So dont recommend to stay in this hotel at all.

We definitely like the location, towels were changed everyday.

Breakfast was really really poor and same everyday, only croisant, sweet hard little toast, little butter, little jam, only one kind of juice, watter, milk and few kinds of coffee from the coffee machine. There were also corn flakes available but without any flavour. No fruit, no vegetable served. The wi-fi connection was quite slow. The waste pipe of bath didn't work in our room so we couldn't have a bath only a shower, the staff knew about it since the first day of our stay but they didn't fix it.

The hotel has good location and it gives very good value for the price: clean room with bathroom, nice breakfast, and cooperative staff. המלון נמצא בבית דירות במיקום קרוב לכל האתרים ברומא. חדר צנוע, נוח, נקי עם שירותים ואפילו ג'אקוזי. ארוחת בקר טובה עבור רומא. בהחלט תמורה הולמת ואף יותר, עבור המחיר האטרקטיבי.

The personnel at the reception was helpful and very friendly, answering our needs for information. They went out of their way to help us find taxis, and assisted us to track down luggage lost by the airline, as well as allowing us access to print airline paperwork.

The first impression when arriving at the hotel is not very appealing. Don't be alarmed by the entrance, which looks a bit like a run-down building. The hotel itself is on the second floor and has a much nicer appearance inside.

First day was so bad as the room A/C was not working, but they made it up for us by sending us to another hotel including transportation and fees, returning back next day in an upgraded room. Breakfast is poor

It was fairly central.

We had trouble finding the hotel on the first night - the name of the street wasn't indicated in any way. We were on foot at first, and when we found a taxi later on (out of desperation), the taxi driver had trouble finding the hotel too - even with a gps. Our room was located directly behind the reception desk, and it was really, REALLY small - there was barely any room for putting down our suitcases. There was no one to clean the tables in the breakfast room on the first morning of our stay, so our first breakfast occurred in somewhat untidy conditions...

The location in Rome were perfect. You could easily walk to all tourist highlights. Good price, the beds were very good and it was clean.

The rooms were rather small and a very small reception on the third floor.

unbelieveable value for the money

position. walking distance to everything. but maybe better to have a hostel near a tube station and pay weekly travel card. still needs 10 mins walking to spagna tube station

small problems in the room, water temperature difficult to set manually for the shower, not possible to set tv off with remote control, some channels not visible. room very small for two people, but very clean and high level forniture

only the location! walkable distance to many piazzas and shopping areas

this is infact a very basic hotel (if you can call it that). its basically on the second floor of an apartment block. our room was down a corridor and a dodgy looking wooden ladder (not stairs)!! rooms were dark and gloomy too! towels looked filthy and the the toilets were so small that you couldnt turn without bumping into something.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, si raggiungono a piedi tutte le zone del centro di Roma.

La camera un po' troppo piccolina, ma dall'altra parte era una economy, quindi non si poteva pretendere di più.
