My sister and I had the water front room with the balcony and it was very nice and comfortable. The uninviting look of the spa pool because the water was discoloured and rusting pipes were visible. Also, the water was tepid. |

We had a very nice view from our room even though we didn't ask for a sea-view room! The view of the "Castello Aragonese" was simply gorgeous! The beach...if it can be called a beach! It belonged to another hotel, a 5*, but it was very small and the water was always washing off the sand under our sunbeds. They could do better! |

La situation de l'Hôtel à ischia ponte très agréable,les petits endroits agréables de l^hôtel, 2 coins piscines, le jardin, etc. la plage de l'hôtel voisin très agréable et à dispostion des clients de Mare Blu.Le buffet petit déjeûner très copieux Nous avons été déçus par la chambre très petite mise à notre disposition alors que nous avions réservé une chambre de 22m2. L'hôtel prétend que sur la réservation les m2 n'étaient pas mentionés alorsque sur la nôtre ils étaient mentionnés.Vu que nous ne restions que 3 nuits,ils n'ont pas jugés nécessaire de changer de chambre. |

Расположение, отношение персонала - прекрасно. Завтрак сервируется несколько поздно - горячие блюда (яйца, омлет) подаются не с момента открытия. Пляж маловат, правда в во время нашего пребывания места и лежаков хватало. Несколько удивило требование заплатить 8 евро за рваный зонтик. Некуда ставить чемоданы. Подставка предусмотрена только для одного, второй, чтобы не занимал место в номере, пришлось ставить в шкаф. |

Персонал отеля вежливый, дружелюбная атмосфера. В ресторане очень вкусно запекают рыбу, морепродукты. Шведский стол разнообразный, вкусный. По вечерам - ужины с живой музыкой и танцами, по пятницам - gala-dinners с шампанским, креветками и морепродуктами, жаренными на гриле. В отеле есть свой бассейн с термальной водой, по утрам приятная девушка Милена проводит дыхательную гимнастику, перед обедом - аквааэробику в бассейне. Пляж - через дорогу, очень близко, совместный с отелем Miramare E Castello (5*), там же - неплохая турецкая баня. Различные spa-услуги (оплата на месте). Есть некоторые минусы, хотя хозяева отеля уже сделали все возможное по усовершенствованию. На пляже солнце бывает только до 15-00, затем падает тень от отеля Miramare E Castello. В этом случае можно перейти на лежаки у бассейна. Если окно с видом на море, то под окном - небольшая дорога, а поскольку основное средство передвижения на осторове - скутеры, то при открытом окне бывает шумновато. Но на окнах установлены стеклопакеты, и система кондиционирования работает хорошо. Наилучший вариант - окно выходит во двор, но эти номера стоят дороже. |

La cortesia, disponibilità del personale al ricevimento. Particolarmente da parte della Annalisa. La possibilità di poter utilizzare i servizi (spiaggia, ristorante, ecc) dell'hotel Miramare e Castello, struttura a cinque stelle ed appena a 30 mt. dal Mare Blu. La rumorosità vocale degli adetti al servizio ristorante. Erano piu' interessati a scambiarsi opinioni, pareri (ad alta voce) che porre attenzione ai commensali. L'arredo delle piscine (sedie sdraio, ombrelloni) si presentavano sporche e datate. |

A pochi mt dal centro di Ischia Ponte...comodo anke nel spostarsi, fermata a pochi mt dall'hotel... Forse meglio classificarlo come un 3 stelle...la stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato era un po piccola....anche se era abbastanza confortevole...x un weekend |
