The staff was helpful and accomodating. It was located within sight of the train station, which made traveling and catching all the local tour and public buses easy. Because of this, though, some streets are a little dark, run down and not so 'touristy'. But we did not have a single problem and felt relatively safe.

Location was very good: 3 blocks from Termini Station, where you could get the train or the subway to go wherever you want in Rome.

nice room. hotel location was very good for exploring Rome.Receptionist very helpful.

only had breakfast one morning. Coffee arrived in a jug and was cold. I complained to the waitress who protested saying it could not possible be cold. she then brought down a warmer jug of coffee.
