Baño deficiente

Que está al lado de la Estación Termini y si vienes del aeropuerto es cómodo, a la vez, que por la zona hay servicios económicos para comer y comprar productos básicos. El hotel estaba reformado en las partes comunes (no la habitación)

Han reformado las partes comunes pero la habitación echaba en falta una revisión: papel pintado gastado, algun enchufe deslucido o muy poca potencia de las luces al lado de la cama lo que hacía difícil leer (aunque ésto me lo he encontrado en muchos hoteles, ¿por qué será?)

Está cerca de la Estación de Termini, a un paso del metro. Habitación muy limpia, no muy grande pero tampoco incómoda (eramos 4!!). El personal es amable y atento

Por poner algo, el ascensor, q tardaba en abrir la puerta...

Calidad precio está bien

Extremely convenient location, very helpful staff at reception at all times.

They did not change the bedsheets during our entire 3-day stay & beds were not made up properly, with sheets thrown on carelessly. Restaurant staff noisily banging crockery in the washing sink.

The location close to the train station is a plus and it was quiet for being so close to a lively area. The reception/desk staff were very helpful

Both the breakfast and woman who worked in the breakfast room were fairly unpleasant, also no way to regulate the water temperature in the shower -- it cycled from hot to cold every minute or two.

Hotel situated very near the Termini station, close to the underground, buses and trams but a street away from a busy street, in front of a nice old building surrounded with trees. Rooms are of reasonable size, quite comfortable, cleaned every day. Good bufet breakfast. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Always ready to advise on sightseeing, nearby restaurants or other necessary information.

a little noisy from the steet side early morning (restaurant suppliers are early birds :P). One day there was a smell from the bidet in the toilet.

The room was rather small, but it's alright if it's just for sleeping at night. It would be nice if there was at least one hot dish at breakfast.

soap fell down the open sink hole. Door would only open after many attempts and much patience, poor electrical conection and lock. no bar.

The staff was very polite and helpful. We enjoy the delicate, healthy and large breakfast. Both hotel and our room was very clean. The hotel location is excellent, it is near to the Termini Railway Station from where the Leonardo express runs to Airport Fiumicino during 30 minutes and city center is walking distance. Our room was very silent.
