Le buffet du petit déjeuner Oui nous sommes arrivés avec notre bébé à 20h00 à l'hôtel et rien n'était prévu comme petit lit et aucune solution n'a pu être trouvée jusqu'au lendemain car le réceptionniste ne savait pas dans quel local se trouvait le petit lit...J'avais précisé dans ma réservation qu'il fallait un petit lit et j'avais également appelé l'hôtel pour m'assurer que ce serait fait. |

idéalement situé près de la gare termini, il est possible de visiter la ville à pied. l'hôtel est situé dans une rue calme, néanmoins il y a de petits restaurants très sympathiques à proximité. la chambre était très propre, très agréable et le personnel somme toute sympathique ! Matelas un peu dur. Buffet petit déj peu varié. |

Le personnel de la réceptio-Chambre assez spatieuse -Problème chasse d'eau pas réglé rapidement donc bruit gênant la nuit - Chambre donnant sur la rue bruyante - Petit déj sans fruits et jus de fruits quasiment imbuvable - Pas d'espace collectif de détente |

The reception's stuff and the stuff at the restaurant for the breakfast was very polite and they help you when you ask anything. The hotel is very central and very closed to the central train station (Termini - direct train from the airport) , to the central buses station and to metro station (A and B lines) Better breakfast and at least one small refrigerator in each room, because it was hot outside. |

Very nice hotel close to Termini station. Easy access to center of the sity and all historical places. Very nice reseptionist! I can reccomend for all people who plan to see sity and have relax after in the hotel. Location is quiet. |

Extremely convenient location, very helpful staff at reception at all times. They did not change the bedsheets during our entire 3-day stay & beds were not made up properly, with sheets thrown on carelessly. Restaurant staff noisily banging crockery in the washing sink. |

Friendly stuff. Excelent location near the principal tren station The WC broke down while we were staying there. The room is tiny but that's not a problem, the problem is that it's distribution is pretty bad, you won't even find room to put your suitcase. |

The location close to the train station is a plus and it was quiet for being so close to a lively area. The reception/desk staff were very helpful Both the breakfast and woman who worked in the breakfast room were fairly unpleasant, also no way to regulate the water temperature in the shower -- it cycled from hot to cold every minute or two. |

Hotel situated very near the Termini station, close to the underground, buses and trams but a street away from a busy street, in front of a nice old building surrounded with trees. Rooms are of reasonable size, quite comfortable, cleaned every day. Good bufet breakfast. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Always ready to advise on sightseeing, nearby restaurants or other necessary information. a little noisy from the steet side early morning (restaurant suppliers are early birds :P). One day there was a smell from the bidet in the toilet. |

the room was clean ,the extra bed had a slat missing we told them in the morning and when we returned it had been fixed. it was 5 mins from the train station. the beds were comfy.it was nicely decorated. the area wasnt that great except but we never had a problem with anyone. breakfast was quite basic. |

i was welcomed with a friendly smile and a map. soap fell down the open sink hole. Door would only open after many attempts and much patience, poor electrical conection and lock. no bar. |

I really liked the location, a couple blocks from Termini station made traveling very easy. I also liked the front desk service. They were able to answer all of our questions and help us schedule a shuttle to the airport. They were very courteous and helpful. |

The staff was very polite and helpful. We enjoy the delicate, healthy and large breakfast. Both hotel and our room was very clean. The hotel location is excellent, it is near to the Termini Railway Station from where the Leonardo express runs to Airport Fiumicino during 30 minutes and city center is walking distance. Our room was very silent. |
