very good location, close Termini Station, lots of restaurants around; very helpfull staff, rooms clean, good breakfast
Location, close to Termini Station.
Breakfast was very basic, even as a continental breakfast. Each day we had to pay cash for this meagre breakfast instead of a simple charge back to the room. there was also no refrigerator and no tea making.
Location more or less.. It's 30 minutes walk to almost all main attractions, but you live in a quite dirty and dangerous area with a lot of immigrants. It's Chinese region, after 21 I wouldn't recommend to go out here..
Rooms are old and extremely small!!! Too small for 2 people.. You can only sleep here, they don't have fridge (even small for drinks),nor tea-kettle. The coffee-machine downstairs doesn't work. The clean towels smell badly. There is no place in room where you can make sandwiches or small food, no table for it. Reception wants you to leave you room key every time you leave and you need to show your pass every time you come back.. It's very uncomfortable and also not safe to have your pass all the time with you in Rom but you have to because of the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel! No way! Don't spoil your vacation, choose another one!
e travel as family 3youngster but they make us 2room instead of one family room. Nxt day we travel to venice may be bugbed cause all our body rush red all over our body. Its worse thing ever happen to us.
all swoolen red over the skin may be bugbed but woerse thing ever happen to our trip.
Locations and big rooms and nice breakfast
Ac,Cheap wifi and lcd tv in the room
The room didn't come with WIFI you had to pay extra.
staff wasgood and helpfull
Good location, close to Termini station and old town center. 5 minutes to Metro stations. Clean rooms.
The walls were very thin, like if was none... we heard everything from the neighbour bathroom, people peeing, taking shower, drying hair, talking to each other (i was even able to understand what they said). Very annoying during late evening or the middle of the night. Similar problem with the room door, lots of noise when people move in the corridors, open/close their room doors.
Loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, close enough to the Roma Termini to walk but far away enough to be away from the crowds. It is best to pick up the 2 day train (METRO) pass at the Roma Termini that allows you unlimited access to the metro trains. Blue line goes towards the Colosseum and Red line goes towards the Vatican City. All other sites are walkable.
I didnt have an issue with this hotel at all. But for those who would like to know, my room did not have a view from the window, but I really did not care about it, since I preferred to have the air conditioning on, so would keep the window closed all the time :) Amazing hotel.
Great room with beautiful new bathroom, although the hotel is in a run down location near the station. A real surprise once you get into the room.
Cash only, and surly, very unfriendly staff in the breakfast room.
Honest cleaning lady give back some belonging that were forgotten.
location and friendly staff
no free wifi, bathtub drain is slow, after few minutes the shower filled up with water
Room was clean. Beds were fine. Windows opened to a view of the park over the road. Day reception staff was nice. Good English spoken. Handy to Termini, shopping and restaurants.
They have no credit card payments and would only take cash which was very annoying. What 3 star hotel in 2014 wont accept credit card?!?! Bathroom was really quite small. Wifi is not free, and is expensive. Discounts on breakfast and free wifi advertised at reception desk, but only apply if you booked directly through their website which seems is understandable but petty. Guy that checked us in was a bit curt, especially regarding credit card payment. Elevator wouldn't move with 5 people in it even though we weren't near the weight limit.
- Location..very close to Roma Termini. - Rooms were adequate and clean - Had accidentally cancelled and the staff were kind enough to reinstate the booking
- Extra for Wifi but anyways it wasn't available that day
Location, helpful staff at reception, room with good facilities
Its very close to the Termini Station. Staff is really helpful and kind. Laguage deposite! Room was nice, quiet, good for relax.
No wifi free for the guests of the hotel.
no free internet
Would have liked kettle to make a cup of tea
Everything else, don't bother with this hotel it's not worth it
Friendly staff good price clean and omfortable
Location close to terminus station was ideal for an 'on foot' traveller. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was good, food (continental) was very nice and fresh. I would go here again.
Being close to terminus there were undesirables around - but we were not bothered at all. Bathroom was a challenge with a huge step out into the bedroom. No tea or coffee in room - just a vending machine in reception.
Location is good: five-minute walk from Roma Termini, the central station, from which you can take both Metro lines to all Rome's main sites (a few stops away!).
- Elevator: Scary and slow. - Service: Depending on the time, you would get either a good helpful person at the reception, or an unfriendly one. As the day passes, they tend to get worse. I asked the night receptionist if I could get a box of kleenex, to which he replied: "This is a 3-star hotel!". I don't think a box of kleenex is luxury. - We were in a double room with two single beds. The reception only gave us one door key. - Little safe is broke in the room. - Bathroom lock is broken and shower gel consists of a tiny sachet that is barely enough to wash your hands. - Annoying sounds of pipe in the wall bother your sleep. Don't even think about asking to change rooms as they get aggressive. - As I got to my room, I noticed some doors having stickers with hand-written numbers. Not sure how they got their 3-star rating. - No fridge or mini-bar where you can keep your bottles. - Breakfast is very poor at 5 Euros/day. You only get Croissants, a cheap imitation of Nutella and Cheese, and some horrible coffee and orange juice. Avoid it under all circumstances. Girl serving was also terribly rude. - Wifi: 4 Euros for 3 days: Once you enter your username and password, you can only use it on the one device you have logged on from. It is also impossible to do a hotspot for your other devices as they disconnect you immediately.
no wifi except the lobby so far.
