The staff was patient and helpful as we tried to figure out how to park and also how to check out early. Even though this hotel supposedly has a 4-star classification it is at best a 2-star. I suspect it was classified when it was new 25 years ago, but it has degenerated and not been reclassified. The exterior facade has eroded and crumbled, giving a very bad appearance. The room was heavily perfumed with cleaning agents. The surrounding area was run-down and scary. We were booked for two nights but left after one night. |

We had a clean, nicely furnished, spacey room with two large balconies overlooking the sea, large and lovely bathroom with a whirlpool bath, etc. Breakfast was good. Safe and comfortable parking. Nice and helpful stuff. Good (if not the best!) value for the money in Aci Trezza which itself seemed rather dirty city set in charming and unique Riviera dei Cyclopi surroundings. The only thing we missed was a private hotel beach, but we found a beach club nearby for 15 € a day (2 sunbeds, 1 umbrella and steps for safe (!) swimming). |

Il comfort e la spaziosità delle camere. Ottimo rapporto qualità offerta - prezzo richiesto. La colazione scarsa e poco varia, non da 4 stelle. La vasca con idromassaggio non funzionava e nemmeno il televisore. La struttura esternamente non è da 4 stelle. |

Grote comfortabele kamer met terras. Karig ontbijt, één kopje koffie of thee, enkele dorre broodjes, afschuwelijk fruitsap. 's Avonds moet met het doen met een bijna leeg koelkastje. |

Muy buen precio y habitaciones enormes con bañera e hidromasaje. El desayuno muy escaso. Tuvimos que pedir fiambre pues todo eran dulces y bollería. A partir de ese día nos pusieron fiambre el resto de la estancia. El parking del hotel está bastante sucio y con aspecto abandonado. Para salir del mismo no os olvidéis de pedir una ficha en la recepción; algo de lo que no te informan a la llegada. Cuando estuvimos había mucha gente de prácticas en el hotel. Supongo que para el verano habrán aprendido. |

Il prezzo (il più basso anche per le altre categorie), la stanza grande e confortevole. Il letto era più grande del normale ma le lenzuola no. Invece di una coperta matrimoniale avevamo due coperte singole. La colazione è pessima, per fortuna ci sono ottimi bar sul mare. Il bar d'inverno è chiuso al pomeriggio. Il garage versa in condizioni pietose. |

Il comfort delle camere, pulite e spaziose.L'hotel si trova a pochi passi dal mare a pochi passi dal mare ed è ben collegato avendo le fermate dei bus proprio di fronte.Buona anche la colazione e la gentilezza dello staff. |

La camera è molto spaziosa, pulita e ben arredata. Non abbiamo potuto valutare gli altri servizi perchè abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte L'accesso alle camere, così come alla sala colazione, avviene tramite dei corridoi scoperti, quindi lo riteniamo un pò scomodo in caso di pioggia o forte vento. La colazione decisamente carente sia nell'assortimento che nella qualità, non consona ad un albergo che vanta 4 stelle. |

Dit hotel is een aanrader, zeer stijlvol ingericht. Zelfs de badkamer is uitgerust met een bubbelbad. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. |
