View was incredible especially from the breakfast balcony! Room. Staff were lovely. Location was fantastic!
Bed was a little on the hard side. No tea or coffee facilities in room.
The hotel is wonderfully located with stunning views over the Amalfi seafront. An easy walk into town gives access to the shops, restaurants and boats to Positano and elsewhere. Try their sister rstaurant "EOLO". It is superb. Do make use of the suggested parking offer. It's good to know you will have somewhere to park when you get there!
This is the effect place to stay in Amalfi. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, the location is ideal for views across the bay and the rooms are fantastic.
Like all hotels in Amalfi and Positano it is expensive as you are partly paying for the views.
-Top-notch staff -Delicious breakfast (including eggs, any way you want them) -Breathtaking view of the coast -Incredibly clean rooms and facilities. -Romantic getaway all around -Eolo restaurant is the best fine dining in Amalfi I highly recommend this hotel for newlyweds our those on a romantic vacation.
Everything was superb. No complaints.
We stayed in one of the Junior suites which had excellent views over the Amalfi bay. Top service and genuine caring attitude to assisting with sightseeing in the area. Excellent buffet.
Only 2 issues with the stay. The hotel staff cleaning the rooms adjacent to ours decided to yell across the rooms to each other whilst doing their cleaning, this was very annoying when trying to sleep in on holiday. The other issue was the cocktails, way too expensive for what you got.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere
our room was a little damp. No tea & coffee facilities in the room.
The staff were incredibly friendly in a professional manor. No over the top Italian showmanship. Just very nice people who gave you enough space. The rooftop pool and bar area is amazing. Never too busy and the lunch food was amazing. This hotel is a really old building that has had a lot of money spent on it to keep it traditional with all the mod cons. You really do get what you pay for and more. So worth the splurge
I genuinely couldn't find a fault with this place. I've already booked back in for next year
Location, staff, facilities, roof top pool, noyhing to fault
My partner and i stayed here for 3 nights in peak season. Such an awesome hotel (beautiful tiles and marble throughout) in a fabulous location with great views from our balcony. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Buffet breakfast was great. Rooftop pool was a fantastic place to relax and have drinks. Highly recommend!
Location is amazing and the hotel is lovely
Staff, location, food, coffee and cleanliness were absolutely fantastic Eolo restaurant was exquisite
that I had to leave :-(
Location......."right on top of the beach and overlooking the town" Ultra modern room and bathroom conveniences........ Fabulous balcony Rooftop swimming and steam baths.... Incredible ham and cheese omelets at breakfast Attentive and accomodating staff !!
coffee americanna was not hot enough.....thats it !!!!
The view is amazing, you are only 2 minute walk to the sea or town centre. Room was a good size and balcony an excellent bonus. Breakfast had a great selection.
Parking was separate and cost 20euro a day. We arrived for our car at 12:20pm just after a mid-day check out and were charged 3euro for the 20mins. After a lovely stay it was a little disappointing to be charged 43euro for 2 nights.
The property is really close to the harbor and city center. We had an amazing ocean view room which I felt was worth the money. The rooftop pool was very convenient. And the staff was very helpful on restaurant recommendations and let us have a late check out.
We were there in August and the town had a massive outdoor party with tons of people and had the music blasting until 4am. I didn't mind much but I could see that irritating some people.
location, food, stuff,pool are perfect
noise in the morning
Lovely hotel in fabulous location. Superb friendly staff and without doubt the best food we had in Amalfi . Views from lovely rooftop pool simply amazing. Rooms spotless. Would stay nowhere else
Location, hotel pool and sun beds, food
The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable with a lovely view of the ocean and the town of Amalif. It was an easy 5 minute walk to town. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
Overpriced. Maybe it's because of Amalfi in August...
Beautiful room, incredible view, wonderful staff, a very brief walk into the center of Amalfi. A perfect location.
It was all great.
Way way way over priced. Don't order the eggs at breakfast!!! Not good at all. Place is nothing special at all. Way way way over priced!!
Loved it all. The breakfast on the terrace with delicious choices every morning. The pool was great, my kids loved it (and so did I). The views of Amalfi from the hotel unforgettable and the staff were very attentive.
Pool is such a plus. Short walk to Amalfi, fantastic views. The staff on reception were so helpful.
Breakfast staff were slow to see to you unless you where lucky enough to have the waitress -very efficient. No dinner service.
View from the hotel and my room was spectacular! Room was very well serviced. I was attending a wedding at the hotel next door so for me the location was great.
Bedroom furnishings were extremely dated. At > 500 euros a night i expected a higher standard.
Great location. Fantastic view from the balcony. The jacuzzi in the balcony with view over the harbor and the Amalfi Cathedral was a fantastic surprise. Room was good and very clean. Staff very very friendly. The swimming pool with a well equipped bar and great view. We loved every minute of our stay in Hotel Marina Riviera and will love to go back! Excellent!
