This place is really fancy. At a 4km distance from the city center, it's a good get away from the hectic city.
Only good if you're motorized.
beutiful environment view for the sea big balcon big bed excellent restaurant
airport is too close
Hotel Staff friendliness. Very quiet area even if close to the airport. A relaxing environment overall. Great view of the Marina. No hassle to park the car.
Taxi is the only real option to get around.
The location at the port made it nice and quiet. There were some restaurants nearby within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
We thought this was closer to the city center, but it required a cab or car to get there. However, we didn't change our stay since the hotel itself was nice and comfortable. I would just give fair warning to those who want a hotel in the city center, that this is NOT there.
A little remote. Old meat in the restaurant
Smallish room with no marina view. Clean and comfortable . Although located in a marina there were plenty of restaurants to choose from and pleasant area to stay in although very close to airport. Noise was not a problem for us. Facilities were all of good standard
We went for our included breakfast at 9.30 ( closed at 10 ) and felt a bit as those we were left to the dregs of things. Felt there should have been more attention to topping up bits and pieces so you didn't feel you were having the scraps. Also bathroom tiles had some mould appearing and needed attending to. But overall a good stay
The marina and surrounding was great.
I do not recommend this hotel. Place very nice, but ... The room was dust from in front of over a month. The walls were dirty. The bathroom had mold in the bathtub. The door to the bathroom and lights were broken. Front of the hotel, has also not been cleaned in a month. The floor in the restaurant, was already dirty in the morning. The worst, however, were the mosquitoes that sting us for 3 nights. This hotel does not deserve, in my opinion a 4 star rating.
It was a beautiful, large room with a balcony facing the marina. It was very clean. The staff seemed very nice and helpful.
It took us a long time to find, even with GPS. It would help if people knew they have to go into a gated area to get to the hotel. Wifi did not work in our room the first day. There was only one towel in the bathroom when we arrived, so we had to ask for more. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived. They said they were having a problem with it and were working on it. By the time we left it seemed much better. The lights on the patio flashed like a strobe light when turned on. The breakfast was questionable and the service was not great.
If you need to catch an early flight from Genoa Airport and want a good night sleep, this is the place. A bit high-tech, but they FINALLY have instructions in the room on how to :-)
Very clean; very comfortable. Liked the uncluttered design and smell of rooms and hallways.
Clean and quite rooms. The service was quick and helpful every time we asked.
No 4 stars room standard and no 4 star service/accessories within the room.
Inside the airport car park Free parking Friendly staff Gorgeous room and view
Far from city centre
Great place on the marina. Great amenities. Rooms were modern and new. Spacious room and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. We traveled 2 weeks in Italy and choose this place to spend our last night prior to flying back to the US. Great proximity to airport.
Great room and bathroom, fantastic shower cubicle!!! Bed very comfortable and the towels and bed linen were superb quality. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke very good English!
We wanted a bottle of wine and some nibbles outside on the Sunday evening, waited for 20minutes to be served, so my husband went inside the waitress was rude and said private party being held, he said we were residents she retorted beer only!! So we reported this to reception who agreed that they were separate and not very helpfull so we walked along the marina to another bar!!
Request a marina side room with balcony, lovely view and comfortable terrace area with sofas etc. room spotlessly clean, air conditioning effective and silent, en suite bathroom clean, well lit with modern fittings.
Inclusive breakfast was a little limited. Getting into gerona proved expensive, taxi the only option and cost 20-25 euros each way. Location at the end of the airport runway was quite off putting initially, but actually noise etc given the close proximity was minimal.
The rooms. The views.
Difficult to find it. There has no dinner service.
perfect location, perfect staff, perfect atmosphere...this hotel deserves more than **** because it offers much more than ****-hotels in Italy usually offer!
that we spent only one night there - coming back!
Loved the view...the restaurants in walking distance...the comfortable beds...awesome shower. Very friendly receptionist...good breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.
We drove throughout Italy for 8 weeks – 5000km and stayed at 20 hotels We rated this hotel 8.0 Breakfast – Excellent Lunch – N/A – Good cafes within 2 minutes walking Dinner – N/A – very good restaurants within 5 minutes walking
The young girl serving breakfast was surly and arrogant. When we reported her attitude to management they apologized, but said she was from another department.
What it feels like to be rich The room with Turkish bath and sauna The marina
Being close to the airport The surrounding area was dirty and run down
We had a longer stay at this hotel and we loved it. The view from our bed of the port and Ligurian coastline with all the nice lights was just beautiful. We also had a nice terrace with sofas and table. The staff was so friendly and helpful; they did the outmost to be at our assists.
Poor Internet. But I do believe that's very common in Italy.
everything perfect, so we decided to stay 3 more nights
Restaurant was fabulous. Location was great for early morning flight.
We had 12 year old granddaughter with us, and needed room that could accommodate her staying with us. It was difficult to navigate room configurations online, and we were pleased with the initial option offered of a large room with a separate bed in a loft, but that room wreaked of smoke so we had to move. The only other alternative was another room with an extra bed for our granddaughter, and that room had a clear glass wall separating the bedroom from the bathroom, so no privacy for anyone.
Room was nice and clean
The explanations of hotel facilities were mentioned the shuttle to airport and city center, since i was looking for a hotel close to airport, shutle advantage was the only reason for me to pick the hotel, but hotel actually meant transfer service by shuttle. You've had to book the shuttle 24 hours before and charge as much as a taxi. So the shuttle advantage actually not available at the hotel. And also minibar was very poor, and not been checked before we c/in, there was an empty juice bottle left by the previous customer, which was really unpleasent, and when we informed the receptionist about this he did not respond but asked for the water payment that we had
