location (close to sea port since we came by boat), efficient service, nice room, close to down town facilities
The hotel staff v gud, bud the hotel outdated. Suited more if u have a zimmerframe. Overpriced also.
Room not as described, no pool available, no balcony.
location and well looked after. Staff were great
The hotel was in a great location. A short walk from the train and bus station. The cycleway and bike hire were also close to the hotel. The Marinella staff, particularly Gianni, were friendly and spoke good English. We had an excellent room with a great sea view.
V good location ..near the beach ...good breakfast ,,nice staff.
V poor wifi and air con not working in our room.
Excellent staff, fair WiFi
Desk in the room unusable - used the chest of drawers instead, after taking the drawers out.
Location, walking distance from train station, breakfast, air conditioning, safe & refrigerator in room.
Traffic noise, small beds. Although check-out time was stated as 10:30 - 12:00, they preferred that we left by 10:30. We managed a noon check-out with a little convincing as our train was scheduled at 3:15.
Room 404 is a corner room with a balcony providing great views to the beach, Marina and Mediterranean Sea. A room to enjoy as opposed to just a sleeping place. Good location not in, but close to the main and old towns. Room rate includes a good breakfast.
Good staff. Good wifi. Excellent location for business on yachts.
There were no English TV channels.
Location on the San Remo waterfront was perfect! Staff was helpful, breakfast was good. Room was pleasant and clean.
Great location, not far from the train station and right on the harbour. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice and modern.
Double bed was two single beds just pushed together
Very clean hotel in a nice location.
Breakfast quite poor.
helpful staff, we liked location of hotel, good breakfast with very kind waiter
was difficult to find parking place around hotel even though all parking spaces were charged.
the staff was really helpful and friendly. parking availible on premises for 15 E, needed to book before arrival, and staff guides you to private garage.( your are allowed to park right infront of hotel while checking in and then going to the private garage) Breakfast was ok and the hotel was located right next to the beach. Great marked on saturdays, great resturrants close by
the rooms that are presented on the bookingpage are not what met us when we arrived. The room was clean and ok, but not nothing like the pictures. Pretty pricy, ok, but wouldn´t book again
Price and location
The bathroom was not cleaned during our stay and we presume that it may have not been cleaned between tenants either. The way leading to the 'family rooms is quite tragic nd you wonder where it may lead. The reakdat is Very poor, more in quality rather than variety. It is great pity that in Italy you are not offered a fresh Espresso or Capuccino and you can only get one from a selfservice machine. Toast bread did not look fresh. Cutlery and crockery was dirty. Pity the Hotel has a Lot Going for it but the management need to look at its tenants as guests and make them want to come back, and recommend it further. I am not sure I would recoomend it happily
Weak quality of breakfast. You need to reserve a place at the parking lot of the hotel.
