The staff was SUPER! Very friendly English-speaking service, they offered suggestions were to go, chatted with the guests like friends, and made the trip very enjoyable. The room was cosy, simple but perfect for a few days. It could be potentially loud out to the front (street) in summer, so ask for a room in the back if noise would be an issue for you. The street has many other hotels, so was mostly quiet, expect when loud people returned. |

Очень приятная, домашняя обстановка, но в то же время чувствуется некий стиль. в отеле можно с успехом останавливаться и в бизнес-поездках. Очень приветливый персонал, хорошо говорят на английском, все покажут, расскажут, с удовольствем посоветует, как и куда дойти во Флоренции, где поесть не в туристических местах вкусно и недорого. Номер небольшой, но очень удобный, все есть. |

Отель расположен в 5 минутах ходьбы от железнодорожной станции, на которую приходят все поезда, но, при этом, вглубине квартала, на тихой улице и в 5-10 минутах ходьбы от всех главных туристических объектов. Номера уютные, чистые, убирают каждый день (белые полотенца, мыло, шампунь). Завтрак хороший. Обстановка домашняя, так как в отеле порядка 20 номеров. Персонал отзывчивый. |

het hotel was centraal gelegen en het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam Ontbijt was sober. iets te lawaaierige omgeving waardoor we met gesloten ramen moesten slapen |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und beinhaltete Saft, Cappuchino, Kaffee,... Brötchen, Croissants, Käse, Wurst, Honig, Marmelade, Joghurt... Die Lage war ruhig und sehr nah an sehr guten Restaurants, Markthalle, David, Dom, Kirchen, Plätzen. |

La pulizia, la cordialità dello staff, la posizione dell'albergo veramente vicino alla stazione del treno e al centro di Firenze. siamo stati benissimo! Noi abbiamo scelto la camera con letto alla francese e bagno esterno privato. il bagno si trova in fondo al corridoio, quindi non è vicino alla camera, la doccia aveva gli sportelli un po' vecchi e anche la "cipolla" della doccia era vecchia. Per il resto tutto bene: pulizia giornaliera della camera, cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero, sapone, shampoo e bagnoschiuma in bagno, tv in camera. |
