Your desk staff people were very helpful and offered good suggestions, were very considerate and courteous. The location is very good, near all the center-city attractions and good restaurants. |

Hotel staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Especially with restaurant recommendations and booking reservations to local events. Location was perfect for our needs. Close to all transportation yet with in walking distance to all sights. |

Their staff were most friendly and quite helpful with everything from directions to restaurant recommendations to museum tickets. The included breakfast presented a fresh, enjoyable variety. |

The central and very convenient location. It is a small, clean hotel in an old but well kept building with very friendly staff. Everything is pretty narrow, not a luxury place. |

Well located, staff is friendly (though not very useful), unique and pleasant room design (high wooden ceilings). If you stay in the room with separate bathroom - it is still quite convenient, not a big issue at all. The acoustics of the place are very bad. If you sleep in one of the rooms that are close to reception, prepare to be awaken at 7-8 am latest. It is simply impossible to sleep if anyone talks in the lobby (and they usually do, loudly). |

Helpful accurate information given by the hotel staff. Valet parking for the car. Very central to all cultural venues in Florence. Extremely good value for money. |

This hotel is a little hidden gem in the middle of Florence. The staff were lovely and very courteous and helpful. The rooms were small but spotless and nicely furnished and decorated. Good value for money. |

The one thing that impressed me was the personal touch given by their staff - We left our luggage with them as we were arrived early and they moved them automatically to the room when it is available while we are away. This is the only hotel that does that during our stay and certainly a service that was only rendered by the 5 stars hotel that I have ever stayed. So that is a surprise. During breakfast, the staff again demonstrated their excellent attitude by asking us what kind of drinks that we would need and serving them themselves(most hotels would make you press the coffee maker button yourself to get your beverages). The bread was simply fresh and good and delicious! Only two things: 1) The bathroom was really a challenge to use due to it's small size. 2) There's two horrifying flights of stairs that we have to negotiate with our luggage by foot in order to get to and out of the hotel. perhaps they can consider building an auto ram (like that for the handicapped) to ease this woe for the travelers. |

The hotel is very convenient to the main train station, and to major tourist sites in Florence. The air conditioning was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was good, though small. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was hard to find, since the building numbers on the street are various and contradictory, and it is located at least three blocks from where the map on booking.com showed it to be. The hotel is on the second floor and there is no elevator/lift; however, the clerks happily carried our bags up to the front desk, and down again when we checked out, without expecting a tip. The bathroom is very small, though the shower is larger than the hotel we stayed in at Rome. We might stay there again. |

The staff was SUPER! Very friendly English-speaking service, they offered suggestions were to go, chatted with the guests like friends, and made the trip very enjoyable. The room was cosy, simple but perfect for a few days. It could be potentially loud out to the front (street) in summer, so ask for a room in the back if noise would be an issue for you. The street has many other hotels, so was mostly quiet, expect when loud people returned. |

Расположение около вокзала, до всех достопримечательностей 15 минут пешком, очень удобно. Хорошие завтраки, отзывчивый и очень доброжелательный персонал. Не очень легко найти - на этой улице два дома с номером 89. |
