Location, helpful staff, comfortable enough. I had best room, lighter side of the building and quieter. Lots of guide books to help the traveller and a cheerful pretty interior

aircon in my companions' room was broken and we were not told until we had moved into the room by which time no other rooms available. Also their side was very dark and gloomy.

mosquitos at night. but we were given anti mosquito pills.

I loved how close to everything Mario's was.

The hotel is an excellent location, 5 minutes from the station, 5-10 minutes from the city centre. Very comfortable beds in well designed rooms. The whole place has been nicely designed for comfort and ease of use. The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Breakfast was a pleasure!

Very close to the conference center and a nice short walk to any tourist attraction. Very helpful staff. Free internet.

Everything except the bathroom. It was very narrow and uncomfortable, but the shower was good, small but good. The people were the greatest, always kind and helpful. They even carried our bags up the flight of stairs and when we left, down the stairs. I would stay again when I return. It is a 8 minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes if you aren't 72 years old like me. The staff was great at helping my wife prepare her Vietnamese coffee (first need boiling water, then need ice.) Every employee at this hotel went out of their way to take care of us. They even have a free book exchange in the main room.

The bathroom was long and VERY narrow. If one person was in the bathroom, the other could not get by to use the facility. No refrigerator in the room and only Italian TV (yeah, I know it is Italy and I can 'get by' in Italian, but I'm not fast enough for TV).

Comfortable hotel with very nice italian style. Nice staff, V.good location, 5 minutes walk to old town. Air conditioning in room works good and parking place is just behind the corner. 100% quality!

It is an excellent hotel. The location is excellent within a walking distance to all important sites. It’s nearby the train station making it ideal if you want to go for day trips. The staff is friendly and very nice and always ready to give you advice. The rooms and the bathroom are spotless. Breakfast is satisfactory. Free Wifi with an excellent connection.

Amazing hotel. I love the atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel was antique and beautiful and comfortable like being at home. I recommend this hotel to anyone who visits firenze. Also the croissant in the breakfast was the best croissant I have ever had.

It's a shame you have to climb a set of stairs to reach the reception. However, the staff is always ready to help.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice interior.

Extremely noisy also at night hours as room doors were closing only with a lot of noise. You could hear every word spoken in the corridor which unfortunately happened all night long up to 3 o´clock in the morning.

Good location in Florence, near the train station and a short walk to the Dome.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy - it needs to be replaced! Breakfast was also poor, and it was quite expensive.

不喜欢酒店的装修风格，冷色调，有点阴森的感觉。

酒店装修很温馨，是传统的意大利式风格。设备也很齐全，bar台非常舒服。酒店的伙计们都非常热情。

早饭应该可以再丰盛点。
