Very handy. Quiet at night surprisingly. Very clean.
the rest room (wc&bath)was general for all rooms
the location was great and the staff are very nice. the room was clean and comfortable.
no bathroom in the room
I liked the people that run the rooms, very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfy, with air-con. Breakfast was delish! You get a token to take to a lovely café-bar a few doors down where you get your choice of drink & a croissant. Location is great from which to explore Rome. The station is at the top of Via Cavour, a short walk. Great places to eat in the vicinity. I would stay here again!
Our room was next to reception - is noisy if guests check in in the middle of the night, as happened here. Disturbed sleep one night.
Location central to metro train and taxi stand plus small cafes nearby, wifi good, quite at night
Toilet need to be redone, too old, small cubicle-no soap, towels not chgd had to use same for 3days stay same for bed linen too.this facility had available in 4 star hotel near vatican with better breakfast also-all at price lower than this place
Great localisation, good for short stays in Rome, good value for minry
Nothing really, for longer stay I would have searched for something with bathroom in the room. For one night it was great.
Great location next to Termini station. You can go everywhere by foot. The room is very cousy and quite and great for a good sleep after exploring the city.Breakfast is near, just few meters down the street ( a coffee and croissant ).I would defefinitely recommend this rooms.
Big Room Security was excellent Location = Suburb (bit hard to find though) Original features of room were interesting coffee+ croissant bfast was delicious (just wanted more options)
Shower drain was poor Weird sewerage smell in the room at various times wifi dropped out all the time
Everything!! The owner Giuseppe was fantastic, very friendly and helpful printing our boarding passes and allowing us to leave our luggage an extra day. The rooms where large and comfortable, while breakfast at the cafe down the road was also a great bonus!! Would definately recommend for a central place to stay in Rome!
mr. giuseppe very nice location was great
Brilliant location next to termini station! We stayed in a nice and cozy newly renovated room, a/c, lovely artistic ceiling in character with the old building, clean and well presented bathroom with a huge shower.. Comfy bed perfect after a day of exploring the oul city! Voucher for Breakfast in a typical italian cafe a few doors down the road. The guy at the reception is very helpful and welcoming! We would definitely come back here again!!
Location is great, near Termini station and both metro lines. Beds, and bathroom were comfortable. Recently refurbished. Giuseppe was very helpful. On the plus side, I believe they are currently working on improving the issues that I didn't like.
Although the overall experience was good they could improve in terms of the cleanliness of the rooms, as our room was not cleaned or the beds made. They could also improve the breakfast they offer. It is currently served at a bar on the corner and it is only a coffee and a pastry.
Ideal location for those who travel with a public transport, just 5 minutes from termini Friendly staff Clean, renovated
Breakfast could have been more varied, just one croissant and coffee is not enough((
location was great, right next to train station. room was very clean and convenient to get heavy bags to with the elevator, loved the balcony and the ceiling was nice and the receptionist was very nice and helpful with directions and recommendations for transport and sightseeing
The location is execellent. Value for money. Comfortable room and staff.
Simple, clean and excellent location. Lovely bathrooms. Really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included at cafe next door...but very simple a coffee and croissant...nothing for the kids to drink!
Difficult to find and there was building work going on at the time so one room was very dusty and had no curtains.
Overall, the host was good, despite being a bit sour about members of our group checking in 30 mins apart. WiFi connection is strong. Location is excellent (3 blocks from Termini station, easy access to city and public transport, walking distance to Colosseum). Overall its great for 1-2 nights max.
No sign outside made it a bit hard to find (walked past it three times). Building number is small and carved into the building. Overpriced. No soap provided. Air conditioning was very weak, we had to keep it on for hours for room to cool down (which was hard as host kept turning it off while we were out).
- Close to the Termini Station; - High ceiling room; - Very boog design; - Very friendly owner Giuseppe!
- absence of glasses
The host is very nice. Help a lot. Not hard to find. Breakfast is in a bar just downstairs the hotel. Location is good, close to train station and can walk to Colosseo within 15 minutes.
You cannot beat the location Very clean Very friendly
Rooms are spacious Inexpensive price Great location close to the Termini Station where a lot of bus stops go Hotel owner is very good with recommendations and providing directions Air conditioning
Bathroom is shared
the stuff is super nice, provides great tips and guide about our visiting in Rome; also, location is a merit, walking distance to the bars for breakfast and shops, and 3 minutes to the trains which have access to most sightseeing spots.
Location. Friendliness of the staff. Big room.
Wifi very poor/inexistent. The hotel was in refurbinishment works, which meant noise of hammers/people talking at 7am.
