Staffs are not available most of the time. Breakfast is very poor. ( a cup of coffee and one Bigote) Room was cold. The bathroom was not equipped enough (No soap,...)
An extremely comfortable room with a comforting atmosphere. Staff were extremely genuine and friendly. Would not hesitate to book again!
Location is very close to Termini station and rooms were clean. Good for one night if you need to be close to the station.
Rooms were very noisy, could hear even the faintest sounds from the hallway from within the room. Staff decided to have a lively and lengthy discussion outside our room at 7am. TV was mounted in such a way that it was completely unviewable. Room was quite small.
Great location, friendly welcoming, comfy rooms. Very good value for money
staff was very freindly. Great location(just 5 mins away from main train station by foot)
hard to find the hostel (it's in 2nd floor of old building and sign of hostel is too small to recognize)
The location is perfect, host is very helpful and welcoming, room was big and clean.
Unfortunately the breakfast included in the price was served at the bar nearby and all you could get was 1 coffee and 1 croissant so not exactly a breakfast for a guy.
Nothing otherthan close to Termini
Bad customer service bad check in timing Very very difficult to enter the apartment through front door n ancient elevator Fire risk of the apartment for exist out of building Never never book this place again
Every thing was good but their blankets were not clean
The concierge was incredible, helpful, informative, friendly and someone I would once again like to meet.
The elevator was definitly not high tech!
Helpful friendly owner. Looked after our luggage free of charge after check out. Room extremely clean with a fabulous painted ceiling.
Could have done with some water glasses. Had a kettle but no mugs or tea/coffee.
location - that is it
should have taken more notice of reviews on various other sites, had exactly the same issues, Turned up only to get told they have issues with hot water & got moved to a different property. Any questions we tried to ask we just got barked at very unpleasant experience. As for the room the shower was stained pink from mould, hairs on shower tray! Hairs in bed just gross!
the staff was very nice and helpful and it was very comfortble place to go to any place in rome
The rooms were clean ; Jusep ( pardon me if the spelling is wrong ) , the guy at the reception was cheerful, friendly and very helpful.
Wifi was bad, it was tough to get signal inside our room. Most of the times, webpages were not even opening up. The display sign outside the hotel is too small to be spotted from a distance
The receptionist was very impolite and rude. He tried to contact us last minute and was not there when we arrived
poor internet connectivity no soundproof rooms - hearing every move in the corridor
Character of the building Good for independent travellers Knowledgeable staff that gave recommendations about how to spend our time
Breakfast facilities were not on the premesis
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very near to train station and metro station.
near the station and in the heart of the city close to everything around you
We stayed 4 night in Termini Station Rooms in triple room and I think it was a great experience. Quality/ price is correct, location is perfect and the classical palazzo is magnificent. I would point out helpful and friendly stuff - Guiseppe is TOP! Such a pitty that we forgot to make a selfie during the check out
The room was clean and well appointed, everything worked including the wifi. Giuseppe was very helpful and efficient I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome for a few nights. The location is fantastic, only a short walk from Termini Station and surrounded by restaurants.
I have no negative comments to make
Staff was very friendly, very good cleanliness, wi-fi available, great decor, excellent location
Bathroom and shower were not part of the room
Wi fi worked.
Price seemed good, centrally located near the Station, and with breakfast, the photos looked nice, but beware! Arrived and had to wait outside, no one was there. When the guy arrived he apologized saying there was a problem with the hot water, he said he was giving rooms us elsewhere, he would give a us a discount....we had to walk there (others reviewers have been given the same hot water not working story). The guy was nice, but this does not make up for the switch of location. The room we got was further away, in a very grungy building in a scary area closer to the station. There was no indication the building housed a hotel and the entry door was covered in graffiti. There was also a sign saying the building was for sale. The room was small, and depressing. Not like advertised. Breakfast was a coupon to be used at a bar next door. My wife was unable to sleep because of the bad smell from the bathroom. I would give it a 0 except it was near station and the Wifi worked...but for the price, even with a paltry discount. If you ask me it was a set-up!! Seeing as others posted that the same thing happened to them too! This experience ruined the end of a beautiful vacation. I would avoid this place at all costs.
giuseppe was very helpful and friendly!
The room was quite spacious so we had enough room to move around as well as the bed being really comfortable. We only booked for 1 night and ended up staying for 7. Close to termini train station and the other tourist attractions. Owner Giuseppe was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
We really enjoyed out stay. Great location, good facilities did everything we needed. Plus Guiseppe the guy on reception was brilliant. So knowledgable and friendly. Thanks again Guiseppe, from the Irish Girls :-)
We got a very small biscuit and coffee for breakfast, we thought it would be a bit more than that.
