Belle camere, molto pulito e ordinato, anche il verde e la piscina Bella la vista su Merano. Cortese e professionale il personale anche se qualche cameriere non parla italiano Wifi solo nelle parti comuni

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geführt, der Chef ist immer präsent, nettes hilfsbereites Personal, ausgesprochen gute Küche und sehr grosse Zimmer. Billard, Tischtennis,Spiele und Bibliothek stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Preis Leistung stimmt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Strassenlärm ist etwas störend aber durch den Wasserfall am Pool unterdrückt.

Ausstattung und Komfort des Hotels lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Wellnessbereich sehr ansprechend mit tollen Behandlungsangeboten. Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend. Anlage sehr gepflegt. Leider war der Service nicht sehr aufmerksam abends, so dass wir nach zweimaligem Versuch auf der wunderschönen Terasse einen Drink zu uns zu nehmen, stattdessen ein benachbartes Lokal aufgesucht haben.

Freundliche Bedienung, gutes Essen, sehr schöne Lage, wunderbare Aussicht von der Terrasse, jedoch war dieselbe Aussicht vom Zimmerbalkon durch unnötigen Baumbestand absolut versperrt.

Ein sehr gepflegtes, ruhiges Haus in edlem Ambiente. Zimmer, Matratzen und auch Bettzeug wirklich top. Keine billigen Matrazen, keine Kunstfaserkopfkissen, die die Gesichtshaut glühen lassen. Putzpersonal war auch sehr nett und auf Zack. Empfang, Bar ... Service überall top - außer beim Frühstück. Die Frühstücksbedienungen haben mich täglich ignoriert. Es wurde anderen (später eintreffenden Gästen) der Tisch bis in kleinste Detail gedeckt und bedient. Wir mussten mehrmals anfragen bis wir Kaffee und Gedeck bekommen haben. Pfeffer, Salz und ein Abfalltöpfchen waren auf jedem Tisch - nur nicht bei uns. Hat mich sehr geärgert. Dort gabs dann auch kein Trinkgeld. - Sauna ist nur kurze Zeit beheizt. Der Bade- und Saunabereich wurde uns nicht gezeigt, schwer zu entdecken. ......

We stayed three nights at the Marlena and thoroughly enjoyed it. From the start the staff were welcoming and attentive. We had booked B&B but once we realised how good the food was we ate there each evening. Dining was relaxed and friendly, the staff charming, and the owner came each evening to say a word of welcome to guests. The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the original style has been beautifully maintained. It turned out to be very important to us that we enjoyed the accommodation so much, as we hit a spell of very rainy weather, and returned to the room more frequently than usual. The views all around the hotel are gorgeous, and the hotel is easy to find and easily accessible from the main road. If we return to the area we will be very happy to return to the Marlena, and recommend it highly.

Schöne Ruhelage in Marling oberhalb von Meran (toller Rundblick) , immer sehr freundliches Personal und bemüht, sämtliche Wünsche der Hotelgäste zu berücksichtigen, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und ebenso das Abendessen, ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub (mit unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten - Sightseeing, Sport, baden)

Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurantbereich waren äußerst nett, obwohl ich erst kurz vor 10.30 Uhr zum Frühstück kam, haben sie das voller Service geboten. Wirklich toll! Der Indoor-Pool ist etwa in die Jahre gekommen und das Wasser war trüb. Warum auch immer ...?
