we couldnt sleep in the night - people still walking with bags.. and STAFF fixing somthing IN THE NIGHT.. I travel a lot and never seen poor hotel like this..
For reference, I was in room 51. I was in the room for 3 nights, had a good night sleep on all 3 (with earplugs). - No bed bugs - toilet/room/sheets/towels were cleaned/replaced daily - safety locker (haven't lost anything so I guess it worked :) ) Managed to fit in my laptop, money, loads of electronics, so pretty spacious.
- Smell from the toilet (from the pipes I guess?), had to keep the door closed at all times.. - Mould on the walls, in both the bedroom and the toilet. - Wifi for 3 euros (1h) or 5 euros (24h). Haven't used as it was better to - No option to leave luggage until later in the day, but it's close to Termini so I left my luggage there.
very near to Termini station literally a stone throw.
you need to pay for wifi and for breakfast, so have politely declined
Location And being woken up by church bells at 6am in the morning and then progressing throughout the day
Dust!!!!! Dust!!! There is so much dust in this hotel!!! And the internet is a ripoff 3 euro an hour or 6 for 24 hours and only available on one device And did I mention dust!! Dust!!!!
First of all , they gave me a room they don't show in pictures, obviously because it was a dirty , old, small, smelly, uncomfortable with limited facilities room. Curtains never been washed. Sheets were smelly and dirty. Horrible dirty small bathroom. The stuff was rude and not friendly at all. The bed was terrible, it was too small and uncomfortable. So noisy hotel. I could hear all the noise from the next rooms and from the street outside. This is not a 2 star hotel but a -2 star hotel. This "Hotel" might ruin your visit in Rome. Not recommended at all !!!
Good enough for staying for one night before flight
Very noisy inside the hotel. Not very clean.
Wifi paid but very poor connection checkout time 11 am bag charged at euro 2 per bag if kept after 12 noon hotel want to charge for everything if possible..
Proximity to Rome Termini
Close to Termini station
I might call it "Hotel of the slamming doors". No sound isolation makes not possible to have a rest and sleep. It is fair not to receive perfectly clean room and shared bathroom for lower cost. But not acceptable not having possibility to sleep. Having private room, but living like in hostel's dormitory. I would never return to this hotel.
-The toilet in the room smelt horrible! -Charging 5 euros a day for wifi?! -2 euros to store luggage and it's just left in the hallway. Thanks but won't be coming back here!
Localisation was perfect, next to Tremini station easy to find and also just next to bus station to airport.
I didn't like that everything was extra paid. The breakfast was 5 euro, the wi-fi was another 5 euro and just for one day, I guess ac was also paid because it didn't work. The hotel it's not to clean.
no independent bathroom
Location is excellent just in front of central station of Rome (Roma Termini) Bus from or to the airport (Terravision) also stops on a 1 minute walking distance.
During the night the sleep is disturbed because of traffic outside the hotel being very close to central station.
confortable position close to termini station, reception 24h, according to the price my room was ok
smell in the toilet
Location - very close to Roma Termini train station
Not very friendly staff, noisy and not very clean and slightly uncomfortable.
Great location, couple of hundred meters from roma termini station, fits in budget
Noisy, since it is very near to the station
breakfast at concessional /promotional rate
- the lack of access to internet (5 eur/day is too much) - always smelling like gas in the hotel - poor breakfast - poor cleaning services - toilets that were not flushing
It is a good hotel, clean, and quite friendly staff. The best advantage is it's closeness to the Termini station.
Few steps from Termini station, where you can get the subway to central Rome and the Vatican or trains to several destinations in Italy/Europe.
the staff are nice. and the public bathroom on the 4th floor is the cleanest.
we pay 10 euro（2 for each) for Luggage Storage. the rooms are not that clean.
It was very close to the termini train station
Very greedy business, none of the man in counter recognized the document for the reservation that said about included breakfast and cinema movie channels. Also the hotel charges for everything Wifi 3 euro per hour (slow conection), breakfast 5 euro (they only had regular cheese and cereals) and also they charged 2 euro for each luggage in the luggage room.
location are excellent, staffs are helpful
neighbor are noisy, specially the shared bathroom
Excellent Location just a few steps away from The Roma Termini Main Train Station !
NO WiFi ! you have to pay for WiFi services which I think is lousy and GREEDY on the part of the Hotel owners!
Room size good
Breakfast, even the cornflakes were stale
