price location shower in the bedroom
bed not so comfortable
The staff is very friendly and willing to help in every way! The rooms are small, but comfortable. Very convenient location. Log in to the station - cross the road. At station two grocery stores. A bunch of cheap cafes nearby. The church nearby, but the bells ringing at 7 am local time (in Moscow for 9) - not too early. Earplugs help! A few days of their stay, a good option for small money!
The springs in the mattress strongly bulged!
It was very cold in the room
I only liked the location, that it was right next to Termini Station.
I had some neighbors who made a mess of the restroom and never flushed, nor cleaned after them selves. I didn't like how the cleaning people would come into the room when I was trying to sleep late. They need to have a "do not disturb" door knob sign. This place needs an update badly. The reception desk and entrance is nicer than the rooms. Only stay here unless you really need to.
The location was good. Staff came in and changed our towels and made the bed whilst we were out.
Although the bathroom was clean, I saw 2 baby cockroaches in the shower. You have to pay for the wifi and even then it's only for 1 device. There was a massive hole in the ceiling where an air vent had been taken out. Had to pay to leave our suitcase at the hotel on the last day. An alarm went off every night which was defining. Strange smell in the room, you could smell it the minute you walked in.
You must have in mind this is not your luxury hotel, but if you want to sleep and be very near the station and near a great neighborhood in Rome, that makes this hotel great.
The shared bathrooms are not the best, but I imagine it's more of a guest problem than the own hotel problem, in the morning they were all clean and good to go.
I liked the location and the hospitality of the staff
I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for wifi
Location n price only
Poor paid Wi-Fi n breakfast
The staff was very kind, helpful and informative. The room was clean, warm and comfortable, the bathroom very convenient.
Paid wi-fi. A bit unpleasant smell in the room.
very cold in winter. dirty uncomfortable bed. will never stay there again.
- Geographic situation, next to Termini Station with bus and métro connection - Reception and sevice by dedicated English speaking, personnel - Rates for high season
- Bed "king-size" 1.20m. width, very poor
Location and the receptionist (Filipino guy) is very helpful and kind.
The bedrrom is quite old. Should refurnish everything.
It is just the location, cause it is near the main train station.
sheets were not changed throughout the 5 days of my stay. you can feel the spiral springs of the mattress while sleeping, just annoying all night long. Annoying people in the neighbouring rooms. Staff don't keep a calm environment.
Location and price
Noise, Building shakes a bit because of the train station, Old construction
The staff were cheerful and very helpful
The lift from the ground floor to the first floor is unavailable so it was a hard job to get to reception with a heavy case:)
paid wifi, paid luggage storage
costwise everything was reasonable. We should not expect 100 dollar value with 50 dollar price. Cost was cheap and everything was cheap also.
not expensive and not high quality...
Location is perfect, although some could argue it's a little noisy since it's on a very busy street and right across the Termini station.
First room we booked didn't have a bathroom, so we paid about 50% more to have own. Paid WiFi rather inconvenient. Facilities and furniture quite old and in need of maintenance. Shower was ether cold or boiling hot, the mixer didn't work.
Everything was clean Staff was always available Close to the station and the Hop On Hop Off bus stop is right at the hotel which was great! White linen
Very old bed covers which was something I didn't really feel like touching. Had a weird smell through the building. Not the place to go if you care about having a nice looking place to sleep.
The only good thing is that the hotel is just 1' from the Roma Termini Station.
The room was cold, there was no heating. There was one toilette for every floor and one bathroom every 2 floors.Wireless was only for one device (computer or smartphone) and the price was 5 euros for 24 hours!!!!
1.Cheap rates 2.Prime,happening location 3.Very near to termini,bus station,bus for airport
The location is excellent: Exactly outside the Termini station, the shuttle bus to the airport (FCO), the metro, and city bus terminal with lots of busses. The room was ok. Would prefer a double bed instead of two beds just squished together, but we were fine.
The shared bathroom could have been better. If you stay for a few days it's fine though.
I was billeted for 5 days and had to leave for 2 days to join a tour of soorento. I reserved a room for a night after coming from the tour, i even deposited my luggage, only to be told when i came back that i had no reservation. And it was 10pm- I didn't know anybody and was traveling alone. I was so afraid I would sleep on the streets. The officer on duty didn't help and even told me to just look for another place.
you can't go up in the lift from the ground floor - only from the 1st floor
