Uncomfortable bed, very noisy place, expensive wifi.
Very good location, comfortable rooms. Easy parking in the nearby streets. Definetly good value of money.
Wifi should be free in a hotel.
I liked the location and the staff
the noise, wooden creeky doors, boxed in between two bedrooms, shared bathrooms were clean but very old, the drains smelled very badly and I could hear people having sex and being loud in general
Nice view from the window to the old church, good bathroom conditions and pretty comfortable room.
We did not have information that wi-fi is an extra payment service as well as the city tax which you pay when you check in. Everything else was nice and with a good value for money in a wonderful location.
The location was brilliant! I could walk there in less than a minute from Termini station. I was in Rome for the Feyenoord game, so just needed somewhere nice and central to sleep after a busy day. For this purpose - it was totally perfect.
The reception man is so mean, He even complaint us about the price we paid.
No free Wi-Fi up to this point of the history in a hotel is unbelievable, the walls were painted like 20 years ago, no bulb in the room, light on the bathroom also did not work, towel was given until the 3rd day... Every single time I had to show that I pay for the breakfast which give me a perception they were really disorganize... I don’t know I fell I paid way more than a Hostel but received even less than what they offer with the only difference it was a single room, but you also can find a single room in a hostel... So at the end I'm disappointed of not receiving minimum from what I paid. Was chepear or more confortable going near 1 block for an expresso and getting free wifi... Unbelievable...
There is nothing to like about this cheep and nasty hotel
Stayed here for 2 nights and it was terrible! The beds were rock hard, the shared bathroom on our floor (level 4) the shower did not work. There was a town clock located close by that woke us up around 6am every morning. Every time a bus drove past our whole room would shake. As the hotel is located across from the metro and bus station the street is quite busy and noisy. All staff were rude and not helpful at all. It's not worth your time or money to stay here.
the person who was in reception,WiFi by money also very dirty
Location and price is very well.
Internet and luggage room are extra!
Location is perfect. Staff are very gentle and accomodating
Breakfast is good and as announced but could be improved
Staff is friendly and location is very convenient.
Breakfast is rather poor.
Excellent location and great price for one night. Room was actually in a neighbouring hotel and received en-suite bathroom (price paid was for shared bathroom).
Paid WiFi Shabby; would probably not stay for an extended visit Wet floors in bathroom
Taxi drivers all knew where it was, lovely Trattoria near by.
Although the hotel was very close to termini we walked, dragging bags in the pouring rain for 45 mins before we found it and even then The Marsala Hotel was closed and a random guy told us to go to the Stromboli where we were booked in! Directions on the web site telling us which exit to take from termini would have saved us a lot of trouble. Also I would have liked to have been able to boil water in the room. A lot of noise from the street night and day.
wifi is paid ;(
The location, the nice big clean room, the fridge, the views of the homeless people drinking on the corner opposite … this is how it is. It has a character all of its own and it is very close to our fave fast-food place which has spinach garnished with chunks of lemons …
No particular bad experience at all! Not too keen on the used bath-mats in the bathroom - we were not given ones of our own, and I had to go and ask for more towels as only one towel was provided for three of us. And I am not too keen on paying extra for Wifi, even though the room was very cheap and good value for money - it just seems petty. But really nothing to complain about!
price location shower in the bedroom
bed not so comfortable
The staff is very friendly and willing to help in every way! The rooms are small, but comfortable. Very convenient location. Log in to the station - cross the road. At station two grocery stores. A bunch of cheap cafes nearby. The church nearby, but the bells ringing at 7 am local time (in Moscow for 9) - not too early. Earplugs help! A few days of their stay, a good option for small money!
The springs in the mattress strongly bulged!
It was very cold in the room
I only liked the location, that it was right next to Termini Station.
I had some neighbors who made a mess of the restroom and never flushed, nor cleaned after them selves. I didn't like how the cleaning people would come into the room when I was trying to sleep late. They need to have a "do not disturb" door knob sign. This place needs an update badly. The reception desk and entrance is nicer than the rooms. Only stay here unless you really need to.
The location was good. Staff came in and changed our towels and made the bed whilst we were out.
Although the bathroom was clean, I saw 2 baby cockroaches in the shower. You have to pay for the wifi and even then it's only for 1 device. There was a massive hole in the ceiling where an air vent had been taken out. Had to pay to leave our suitcase at the hotel on the last day. An alarm went off every night which was defining. Strange smell in the room, you could smell it the minute you walked in.
You must have in mind this is not your luxury hotel, but if you want to sleep and be very near the station and near a great neighborhood in Rome, that makes this hotel great.
The shared bathrooms are not the best, but I imagine it's more of a guest problem than the own hotel problem, in the morning they were all clean and good to go.
I liked the location and the hospitality of the staff
I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for wifi
