da localizacao o atendimento pessimo,paguei a diferenca pois o quarto reservado era muito ruim,diferente do que ofereciam no site,o telefone estava quebrado,funcionarios stressados e mal humorados. |

Da localização, ao lado da estção principal de trem e metrô. Um modo de avisar quando chegamos pela primeira vez, já que a recepção fica no primeiro andar e o elevador é bloqueado, ou seja, temos de subir pelas escadas. Além disso, para o quarto individual, tem mais umas escadinhas, que poderia ter uma rampa para auxiliar com as malas. |

Sinceramente falando não gostei de nada neste hotel que tem elevador com chave fechao o dia inteiro e serviço de portaria da pior qualidade únoca coisa boa é ser perto da estação de comboio, Denise eGilberto Lima Obs: Não vejo nenhum comentário ofensivo. |

Perfect location. Friendly staff. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good breakfast. It was cold in the room, especially the floor was cold. Fixing the air conditioner at the warmest regime did not help. |

very good last resort - if you have no other option the room was dirty, hairs of previous users everywhere, dirty blankets, dreary florescent light, shower smelt of humidity and clor. Because you must pay before arrival - you either loose your money or stay in this dreary environment. |

I think the best was the breakfast. Really rich and a lot of choice :) It was quite noisy. Not from the street but from the inside of hotel. But it was caused mainly by visitors. Maybe better doors because I heard every opening of the rooms on the same floor. |

The location was great. And the breakfast was good. When we checked in the rooms were not cleaned yet and it was a big turn off. There was still sanitary towels in the bin. |

Good for price. Very good location. Just 30 m from Termini. Pineapple juic on breakfast was good. The hot food during breakfast was poor everyday. Coffee was also not the best. |

The localization was good, easy to get to/from everywhere. It was clean, breakfast was enough not to be hungry. Good choice if you want just to sleep and wash there. It was a little noisy (it was not a problem for me but for some people it may be). Just one towel per person-don't forget your own one. The bedclothes could be changed a little more often. |

The hotel Marsala is ideally situated nearby the Termini Station. The bus from the two airport stop in front of the hotel. The hotel is very simple and the noise from the street as well as from the other room is very present. There is a possibility to connect on internet via the TV/computer provided in the room or with your own laptop but the price is expensive 11€/day. |

The airport bus leaves from right outside. The sheets were clean. The reason they want payment in advance and no refunds is because when you see your room you will want to leave and go somewhere else. I am very familar with budget hotels and this was without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My matress was worn out, the iron bed was rickety. The fan and air con did not work. My sink did not empty, luckily the taps did not work either. My towel was like a table cloth. The room was dirty and tiny. It bore no relation to the images shown on this site except the dining room, which was decent. The breakfast was good if you kept to cold items. The two hot items on offer were luke warm salty scrambled eggs and hot dog sausages. Absolutely dreadful |

The receptionists are not so friendly so it shocked us but they helped us in all we needed. Privates rooms with bath are very good, clean and confortable, just what we needed to spend time visiting the city with a low budget for hotel (eu60). They have room service for food, internet as per request/extra fee. Location is good if you want to have access to public trasportation. Good breakfast included. The entrance is not nice, I guess the the hotel has been remodeling part per part. |

It is really a value for money hotel in Rome center even it was a last min. booking. Location is perfect if you take the metro often as it is only few steps across the road. Also great for train connection. Would be nice if the internet / wifi is cheaper. Printer for printing boarding pass is really essential nowadays as most budget airline require online check in. |

Is next to the rail station and near the center of Rome. Has a minibar so you can go to the supermarket below the train station and buy food. The breakfast is "good" (compared with similar hotels/price). Big bathroom, the room was ok too. Safe place. Internet. 11 Euros! |
