Location, staff - exl. The owner, Martha - who is more interested in making money than measuring up the reality of her hotel and services.

The facility is run-down. The minimal service is not available in the hotel. For example: there is no phoner in the room, message reaches the guest just as an accident. In the breakfast room there are only standing places. If the guests sit down, others have to leave the area. The place is too small to accomodate the hotel guests. The breakfast is boring and the same every single day. The price for the rooms are not realistic considering the quality of the hotel and services. People who have higher quality in mind should avoid this hotel.

location is great - only 30-40 minutes for Fiumicino airport by bus. Hotel is only 2 minutes away to the bus stop. Decoration is tastefull, Bed was comfortable. Vatikan and river, Piazza Popolo and Spanish steps are walking distance. There is a stuff at the lobby 24 hours/day

Breakfast is a bit poor but typical for Italy.

This hotel is seated in a building off of Tacito, a bit hard to find because you're expecting a hotel building, which it is not. It's more of a quaint , but large apartment within a larger building. We were very impressed with the hotel staff, the rooms, everything. Upon arriving, the guy at the front desk drew us all of the important bus lines on a map, gave us hours information for various tourist sites. A small continental breakfast is available each morning. It felt like being at Mom's house. Loved it.

It was a good price and good location. I liked the architecture of the building as well.

The room was very noisy and hot. There is an old AC which does not work properly and even for that they wanted to charge me per night, a couple or euros but strange. It was the noisiest hotel I have every stayed.

The staff spoke English and were really helpful. It was a direct walk to the Vatican - ten minutes. The room was pleasant and en-suite and the bed comfortable.

Guests rang the bell for half and hour at 4.30am. No one answered. In the end I got up and let them in. My room was not cleaned on the second day.

I like the receptionists there, they are so nice and be familiar with the city. They are very helpful to tell the good sights and ways to go there.

It was very comfortable, clean room. And staff was good. Wi-fi was a plus point. Location is very much close to all major tourist spots. 15 mins walk from Vatican and 5-10 mins from Piazza Novona.

Breakfast was given in the room and tea/coffee was not great. Little costly but probably because of location.

La location che e' quella in cui devo trovarmi quando vado a Roma, per il resto personale scortese, molte bugie alla reception dal fatto che la camera prepagata non rimborsabile fosse una doppia basic ( 100 euro a notte). Camera polverorosa mobili rotti, dall'armadio alle mensole dei comodini, polvere ovunque.Avevo chiesto camera con vista mi viene data una camera con vista sul cortiletto interno con scarico dei consdizionatori degli appartamenti limitrofi. Cambio degli asciugamani non garantito per 100 euro a notte ed una persona.Problemi col pagamento con carta fdi credito prima dell'arrivo. Dopo numerosi tentativi da parte dei gestori notificatomi sul telefonino ho dovuto collegatmi in treno col mio pc e ridigitare il numero di carta. I gestori ptretendavano il numero di carta in treno affollatissimo,Connessione wireless assente anche col la mia chiavetta di pc. segnale cellulare assente. Tentativo di smentire il prezzo diverso pagato da altri utenyi incontrati a colazione che avevano pagato 50 euro a notte ( gia' troppu!).Totale inaderenza fra descrizione sul sito boolings e realta' della struttura.
