Nice place. Clean room with double bed. Private bathroom. 5 minute walk from Metro station. Walking distance to the Vatican and Saint Peters church.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent with an excellent bus service

The male receptionist was very helpful re buses etc.The bed linen was clean.

The location was not near the Spanish Steps more like a brisk 15 minute walk from St Peters. The room was very tacky ie the safe was hidden behind a picture but the hinge had broken and so the picture was sellotaped to the wall! The curtains were absolutely filthy and the windows!!

The room was clean and the surrounding area was quiet. The staff was friendly and generally helpful. Both my needs (close proximity to the Vatican and the Ara Pacis) and my expectations (clean place to sleep with a private bath at a reasonable price) were met at Marta Guest House. I would recommend Marta Guest House to anyone whose expectations are basic and in line with those I have mentioned.

Located close to the city center. The staff doesn't speak much English or French but is very friendly and helpful. It says it's 3*, consider it a good 1* or average 2* and you'll be satisfied.

No air conditionning, which can be hard in spring/summer and forces you to sleep with your window open - and the street is noisy. No minibar, no hair dryer.

We liked the convenience, the very helpful staff, and the comfort level for the price.

One of our party complained of a "mioldy smell", and we found the showers were small for large Americans. The pillows were hard, and so were the mattresses, but that's a matter of preference.

the room was quite nice and stylish, with antique looking furniture. The area is a calm residential street, lined with trees, but just one minute from Piazza Cavour, and walking distance from Vatican city. there is a very convenient bus service two minutes from the hotel, that takes you to the ancient city.

the hotel was extremely difficult to find, there was no sign whatsoever on the building, and even the house number was very difficult to notice. I think it is not only my problem, because I saw outside the building other lost looking people walking around and looking for Marta Guest House, so I helped them.

Super Betreuung für Stadterkundung und Besichtigungen durch Personal (alle Informationen über Bus, Eintritt, archäologische Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.). Sehr zentral, direkt bei Engelsburg, nahe Vatikan.

O serviço de limpeza, como troca mais frequente das toalhas, deveria ser melhorado, assim como o mobiliário (colchões velhos e camas com estrado quebrado).

Iedere ochtend kregen we een croissantje en koffie bezorgd.

Zeer centraal gelegen ligging, in een mooie woonwijk net buiten het toeristische rome.

Beetje smoezelige badkamer. Achtergebleven rotzooi in de laatjes op de kamer. Kapotte televisie. Ontbijt is inbegrepen, maar bestaat enkel uit een croissantje met thee/koffie. Beetje karig voor de prijs die je per nacht betaalt. Anderzijds prima hotel als je hele dagen Rome in gaat.
