Near to St. Lucia stations and local water bus station (good as I reached Venice pretty late and had no trouble of finding the hotel) Value for money Super clean Very helpful staff

No wifi in rooms (only near reception) Located away from the key attractions of the city, everything (food, drinks & souvenirs) is pretty costly around. Breakfast options are limited

The staffs were very kind et and always helpful. Very good locations both from railway station and waterbus station. Our room was not in the main building, but is was really not far by walk to reach it! The shower room is my favorite moment of my stay! I'd really have a same one at home;)

The wifi can not reach the room..:(

Staff was very nice, especially a young beautiful lady with short haircut. Breakfast was really "just a croiassant and a coffee" but you can choose different kind of coffee beverage and filling of the croissant. Coffee was very good. Bathroom was renovated, small but very good. The room was cleaned every day, I didn't expect shampoos and bath gels but stored new ones every day. Location is really superb cus you can have a nice walk to San Marco square and Realto bridge and see a lot of inland Venice, also close to Fundamente nove where you can catch the faster vapporeta to Murano and Burano . We check in almost in midnight, absolute no problem. Perfect for this price.

The location was really good and the staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped for young backpackers like we were.

Wifi was only available in the common areas and sometimes it didnt connect properly. It's a small thing but the water got stuck in the shower cabin and flooded the bathroom. I hope they will fix that.

    - close to main train and bus station. - water buses readily available - many restaurants nearby - modern bathroom (at least in my triple room) - many plug points - spacious rooms (Triple room #15, Hotel Biasin)

    - breakfast is given at a small cafe next to Hotel Marte which consists of a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate and a croissant (either plain, fruit filled, cream or chocolate). That's it. No cereals, or hot breakfast etc. - there is no staff in the reception area of Hotel Biasin. You need to go to Hotel Marte for everything from checking in to checking out. - no telephone in the room so you cannot call from room to room and you cannot get any calls into your room. - free wifi only available in the lobby - no cupboard to hang your clothes - no tea or coffee making facilities - no refrigerator in the room

The room is clean and quiet, besides it is near a boat duck.

Couldnot get on WiFi in the room. It is not easy to lock the front door.

The staff was very helpful. the location is good and easy to find, which is good in a city that can be tricky to navigate. The bathrooms have been recently refurbished.

When we arrived the only staff at the front desk was an elderly lady who only spoke Italian and kept our passports until the next day and therefore charged our card for that first night. The beds could be improved, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and the internet service. The breakfast (at a bar around the corner) is small, only coffee and pastry. Internet is only available on the ground floor.

I liked the location. Room was a good size and had a small fridge perfect for keeping fruits or cold water. Walking distance from trains, buses, vaporetto and supermarket (Coop or Billa). Front desk staff was most helpful.

Bathroom was a little snug. Water pressure was a bit low. Would have liked a little desk in the room. There was small table.

Cable for TV was missing, there were no person speaking English at reception till 22-00. Then he came, connected cable and left me remote control without batteries. It took several trips to reception in another building across the canal to fix this small problem. Service is outstandingly poor.

The location is good, on walking distance from train and bus station, and in front of a station of the orange color waterbus to the airport.

Wifi only in the lobby and sometime get disconnected. The rooms are renovated but still need to be finished a little bit. The cold shower water suddenly gets hot and can burn your skin. Ants in the room.

Location - that is the only positive point. However, I am not very sure if other hotels in Venice are the same - given the special topography of the place ....

Breakfast - they should stop calling it Breakfast Wi-fi - Horrible Ignorant Staff - they even are not aware of different types of electrical points that exist - as I was told - The type available in Venice is Universal ....

A/C did not work on whole level of hotel for entire four days. Advise staff upon arrival to room and nothing done. No TV or fridge as advised in booking. No laundry / ironing facilities in room. Cleaning staff happy to take misplaced property home (eventually got it back! ). Wanted to hold passports for entire period we stayed (had to pay entire bill upfront to get back which we offered to do in the first place). No mirrors in room or bathroom.

    - There was much to dislike about this place. However, the room was clean and functional.

    - The staff was very curt. I suppose, Venice gets so many tourists that they couldn't care less. If you can ignore a sour face, this hotel may be OK for you. - Breakfast is provided, but it is at a cafe below the hotel. What is provided is only a croissant and a coffee. I felt we could have done without breakfast and bought something more substantial which we anyway had to do. It felt like a swindle. - The cafe providing breakfast is manned by the most rude people I have ever come across in Italy. Words like finesse, service, cordiality, friendliness are completely alien to these people. Do NOT enter this place, if you can help it. - The internet was terrible. You did not get any signal inside the room. The reception, where it worked, was crowded with guests connecting their devices. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when this was pointed out. All in all, we paid a high price for little to no service

Location is convenient for train station and water bus. Croissant and coffee each morning in local cafe. Decent air conditioning. Happy to let you leave your luggage on check out day until you are ready to move on.

Surely soap in the toilets is a basic no hotel would overlook? Surprisingly we had no soap in either our room or the public toilet. Perished rubber hosing on the wall mounted hairdryer and mouldy cord in the shower make the place look grubby even if surfaces are clean. Room was directly off the lobby and there were staff chatting there until almost 1am then noise starts again around 6am. Exhausting.
