Martina House

The staff was quite friendly. The room was clean, although everything was quite old. The view was nice

It was an expensive room for what it offers. The breakfast was poor everything in the room was old and used a lot and most imprortant the first night, without letting us know in advance, they moved us in another hotel nearby, which was really awful and it was charged the same.

we spent 4 nights at martina house on september.it was a hot week but we were told that the air conditioning doesnt work (even though while ordering they say they have air co.)and there was not even a ventilator for the rescue . we had to sleep with open windows as it was very hot in the room . the room was facing a very noisy street so we could hardly get some sleep VERY DISAPPOINTING breakfast was very poor.

A.C. "not working" for some reason and the mosquitoes are celebrating that fact due to the opened window through the night. VERY DISAPPOINTING, would have picked other place if I knew that very simple breakfast

Our stay at Martina House was lovely. We had a spacious double room with large ensuite. The room was bright, clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay again.

The interior was almost like walking into an 18th century palace. The doors and window shutters were like Louis xviv furnishing. The wood floor was exquisitely designed. Staff was very accomodating and I felt like royalty the way I was pampered especially at breakfast. The location is directly across from the Marriott Gran Flora and just yards from the Borghese Park.

I loved the room at Martina House and the host, Martina. She was extremely accommodating and made me feel right at home. The breakfasts were more than I had expected and we very delicious. I would recommend the Martina House to anyone visiting Rome.

B&B con interni d'epoca molto accogliente e pulito, 10 minuti a piedi dalla fontana di trevi e vicinissimo ai mezzi,cordiale e professionale lo staff.

Старинная мебель, всего 4 или даже 3 номера - маленький и уютный отель с прекрасным месторасположением - одна минута ходьбы до Виллы Боргезе! Чистенько, приятная обстановка.Вид из окна - супер! Персонал приветливый

Нет возможности оставить вещи после сдачи номера. Из окна нашего номера был потрясающий вид, но достаточно шумно, т.к.внизу большая дорога.

Es nuestra segunda estancia en Martina House, lo único que podemos decir es que lo recomendamos sobre todo por su relación de higiene, calidez en la atención , ubicación y precio. Volveríamos siempre a Martina House

イタリアの家庭的な雰囲気で入り口の扉、各室の扉はとても古くアンティックの扉と年代物のステンドグラスが- 素晴らしい。 朝食もイタリア家庭の朝食が味わえてとても良かった。ボルゲーゼ公園に近くスペイン広場にも歩いて行ける範- 囲で、スーパーも近くに在り便利な所で、とても良かった。

部屋数が4室なので人数に制限が出来てしまう点

Vi gillade framför allt den familjära atmosfären på Martina House. Martina House ligger dessutom mycket centralt i Rom, promenadavstånd till allt även om vi valde att ta buss till Trastevere på kvällen och Metro till Vatikanen pga regn. Svårt att tänka sig att man kan hitta något så prisvärt boende så centralt i Rom som detta.

Accueil chaleureux, notre hôtesse a été de bon conseil, ne pas hésiter à lui poser des questions sur la ville. Le logement est situé dans un des quartiers les plus prestigieux de Rome, et tous les monuments sont accessibles à pied.

Seul le sol était moyennement propre même si la chambre était bien entretenue.

Hotel zit in een oud pand bij de Via Veneto onder het Borghese park. Ruime hotelkamer met tv en koelkast. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Prima ontbijt.

Martina herself is beautiful, charming, and friendly and so is Martina House. Breakfasts were wonderful and were served in a lovely small dining room. Our room was very clean and comfortable with parquet floors, handpainted doors, and a beautiful window with shutters. We liked having the small refrigerator. The location was excellent. We could easily walk to many places including the hop on, hop off bus and beautiful Villa Borghese Park. This was our first trip to Italy, and Martina House was a lovely start to our visit.

Everything was charming.

Loved the breakfast and Martina was absolutely wonderful! Convenient location and the building was quaint with character.

The bed was not very comfortable and the room was small.
