Sometimes a bit difficult to get into the hotel - had to wait

The location was perfect--5 minutes from the Repubblica metro stop that connects to Vatican City and the transfer station at Termini. It was an easy walk to the Trevi and Pantheon as well, and you could even head down to the Vittorio Emmanuele if you wanted a longer walk. The breakfast in the morning was good; they do have real coffee (not instant stuff) and usually a baked Italian cake of sorts. Hard boiled eggs, soft cheeses, and toast as well.

The hotel manager was very kind, but unfortunately the rest of the staff (mainly family members) was not. My friend got breakfast and then wanted to go back out and sit with me, and they said she had already eaten. Completely uncalled for. In the evenings, you have to be buzzed back into the hotel. I was out until 1 a.m., touring the city at night, and the front desk man was irritated with me for returning "troppo tarde" (too late). The rooms are small, and there was black mold in the bathroom (no fans to pull humid air out of the bathroom when you shower). It was chilly in Rome and we didn't have a control to increase the heat in our room. There was no counter space or space to put luggage; it was very cramped. For a 3 star hotel, it was definitely not worth the money.

Very helpful and warm staff, great location (we went almost everywhere by foot,metro Republica is 2 min walking anyway),clean and comfortable rooms with daily cleaning services, normal breakfast, in general great value for money choise

The room was clean, the stuff was polite and gave us all the information we needed, the terminal main station was close and all the sights of the centro istorico were within walking distance.

This hotel is in a great location near the train terminus. It is very clean and quite comfortable. I would recommend it for the price.

Was all fine - enjoyed our stay. Good aircon. Antique lift is quite an experience!

Something funny in bathroom though... Floor was always a bit wet... Perhaps a Rome thing?

Hotel Martini is within walking distance from the 'centro storico' and all the main attractions of Rome, and is situated in Via Nazionale which has no shortage of bars/restaurants and shops of different kinds. The staff is friendly, professional and multilingual; the rooms are comfortable and clean and the continental breakfast is good. We've stayed here before, and would do so again!

This is a very nice, small hotel which is located on the 4th floor if the building and is close to all important places (shopping streets, Termini station, sightseeing). The hotel staff is very friendly and is ready to help. The rooms are of the normal size, Wi-Fi is available in the room. The bathroom equipment and furniture are not modern but worked ok.

Great location. The staff was very helpful. Very close to bus and train stations. Cleaning services were excellent. There is a small breakfast room, but it is very warm. Even there is no fridge in the room, staff will be very helpful and suggest usage of caffeteria's fridge.

очень удобное расположение: до всего рукой подать, а если лень пешком, рядом все виды транспорта. много магазинов, баров, ресторанчиков с хорошей кухней. вечером не такие толпы туристов, как в старом городе, можно спокойно найти свободный столик где угодно. отель чистый, все работает, персонал очень приветлив, завтраки хорошие. и в то же время некоторая оригинальность: старинный дом и лифт, большие ворота, вход по звонку. не так скучно, как в стандартных отелях.
