Location was excellent, rooms large, very clean. the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.
Wifi wasn't great!
Location was very good. Internet was very good. Good places to eat very close by. Ten mins walk to main railway station.
So many stairs and lift very poor. Too much noise at night and workmen started at 0730hrs in premises. Difficult to locate property when first arriving. No real sign. Fine when located.
-Great location, close to everything -Various food options just few meters away from the hotel. -Not expensive as compared to other hotels in similar locations. -Nice staff, very cooperative. -Clean room. -Fairly good breakfast in a nearby cafe.
-Very noisy neibourhood, but that what you expect from a hotel in the city centre. -Not suitable for light sleepers! you can hear noise from the reception and other rooms till after midnight. -No 24hrs reception desk. -Hard to find, there is no clear sign on the building.
good location and price, friendly staff, metro is not so far, breakfast in the neighboring cafe coffe and croissant
a little bit of noise, our room was next door to the administration desk
The only bad thing about the hotel was the noise. The room was very noise from the street. therefore is was less comfortable and sleeping was possible only with earplugs.
Rooms were pretty decent. The location was good and one can walk to Colosseum and the main train station.
Tiny toilets and shower area. The toilets smelt bad maybe since it was clogged due to the last visitors. We were told multiple times not to throw stuffs into the toilet probably to keep our mouth shut regarding the smell. Breakfast included is just a croissant and a coffee. Bad value for money option and booking was made solely considering the good reviews from booking.com. Might be a good option if the rooms are available on a half price offer or so.
* Nice staff. Due to the complexity in finding the location I was delayed by 1 hour (I promised to reach at 10:30PM but I reach the hotel at 11:30PM, still the person at the hotel was patiently waiting for me) * Walking distance to main attractions. (Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, Coliseum, Roman Forum) * <500 meters from Metro Station: Cavour * 10 minutes walk from the the main railway/bus station: Roma Termini * Rooms are clean and Tidy - But very small. * Good location and good WiFi signals inside the rooms. * What ever they provide is exactly mentioned in description, nothing more.. So we cant expect anything more.
* Not at all easy to find the hotel if you reach the area late night for the first time. (Bus's wont display the "next stop" name - which makes things hard for you to decide where to get down) - I missed the stop "Santa Maria Maggiore" of Bus-16 and I was able to get down only after quite a good distance from hotel which took me half an hour walk back to the hotel - Thanks to my GPS device for helping me in that. * The LIFTS, they are just for you and your bag. An average sized person + wife + 2 bags wont ever fit in that lift at all.. :) :) * Breakfast - Just a Croissant variant and a Tea/Coffee of your choice. The worse is this is served at a neighboring Cafe which is a 50m away. (Outside the hotel complex - on the main road). Note: If you ask for a juice instead of the coffee - no way - you wont get it.. you have to pay that of your own. (This is why I mentioned - what ever described is precise - No option for an X or Y.. just you will get what is WRITTEN) * You have to go up to the 2nd floor to even find the reception.
Nice and accommodating staff; Location was good; Rooms were organised, clean and comfortable; Reasonable rate
Those travelling with a huge luggage may encounter some difficulties with the small lift in the building; Some rooms had electric pumps for drains so the water takes awhile to drain.
Good location, friendly staff and clean rooms
The place was very difficult to find as it's part of an apartment building
The staff are incredibly helpful. The location is a quick walk to 2 different Metro lines. The hotel is basic, but the price is great for the location. Breakfast is around the corner at a cafe - coffee and pastry - enough to last you until lunch. We'll be staying there again on the next visit to Rome.
Nice staff. Priceworthy.
The AC is controlled by staff. You dont get any remote. The included breakfast contained 1 plain croissant and 1 cup coffee.
Very good location, room was newly renovated so it was vey nice. It is truth that breakfast is essential - a croissant and coffee, but that croissants are the best I have ever eaten and you can always buy a few more like we did :) If we come back to Rome, we will stay here again.
Good location, fast wifi connection, reasonable price
I was staying at room number 22 in front of reception desk therefore i could hear every single words what staff was talking about in front of my door. I woke up because of that almost every morning. Sound-proof door should be basic!
Location as well as hotel was great. Very clean, breakfast is served at the caffeteria and it is true that it is only coffee and croisant but there is also supermarket very close
Friendly staff, nice and comfortable room. Good location.
Small breakfast, should have more options.
First of all, is more a residence than a Hotel. The staff was very faulty, we arranged with them, at checkout, to pick up our luggage between 15.45 and 16.00H. We got there at 16.00 and there wasn't anybody at the Hotel and all the doors where closed. We had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to appear, wich led to me and my girlfriend losing our train back home. Altough they gave us an 80% refund, that was not even close to what we had to pay for another very expensive last minute train ticket. They didn´t warn us that they would be out at 16.00H, instead, left us in dispear for 30 minutes, without knowing what to do or who to call, because the only number provided was the one from the hotel. No emergency number, nothing. I seriously do not recomend this place to anyone, unless you want to risk ending up paying a lot of extra money as I did.
close to everything on walking distance
not very clean despite the efforts. second pillows and furniture not clean at all. Very very poor breakfast and unfriendly staff at the cafeteria not even close to international standards
Everything was just perfect in that B&B. The room was very large with a private Bathroom in an apartment with just 3 rooms and a kitchen in a very quite location very closed toTermini Station with all means of transport just right to the door. Finally the Staff were very polite & cooperative. Thank you :)
very nice staff, good price, walking distance to main attractions. The kitchen is basically empty, you can't cook, and WiFi is really poor.
The room was big and the bathroom very clean. The location was great for visiting the city by foot. The idea with the voucher for breakfast was very good.
THE FACT THAT WE HAD CLEAN TOWELS AND SHEETS WAS EXCELENT
THE ROOM COULD HAVE MORE SPACE FOR CLOTHS
Decent location, within walking distance of three metro stops (although none were very close). No breakfast room but vouchers were given for a simple breakfast in a cafe round the corner, which had outside tables. Rooms very newly renovated, modern and clean.
Check out is at ten am, as we only found out when they banged on the door. Very cold at night, heating appeared to be turned off, although this wouldn't be a problem in summer.
1. Friendly staffs 2. Nice room
1. The hotel was creepy, dark and cold 2. The whole floor was still under renovation and only 1 room is ready. 3. All the new paints can be smelled, dusty and all renovations tools were still laying around 4. Kettle provided was tainted with paint 5. Not recommended to anybody at all due to location and facilities 6. Lift/elevator super small and seems unreliable
great loction in the center of Rome, very friendly and cooperative staff
